We loved staying in this apartment in The Old City. We walked everywhere we went. We parked 2 blocks away in a free parking area. Train tracks right behind the property didn't bother us at all. It was a unique experience. Got to tell my wife "since we're up"... Restaurants in the area were great. We will come back to Knoxville and would definitely stay at this beautiful place!

Everything in the listing is accurate and the amenities were beyond expectations. So impressed. The decor and vibe of the place is modern and fun. The only minor “complaint” would be the train that goes by a few times a night. Fortunately it’s just a quick whistle blow and we’d go right back to sleep, so I’m not even removing stars for that (because everything else was so great)! My daughter and I were there to tour the university and we were able to walk to downtown easily, and Uber to campus.Loved the coffee shop next door, and all the shops nearby, including Corks! Dana was very helpful and responsive the entire time. It couldn’t have been better! Thank you!!

The owner went above and beyond for us. The property is very clean and well stocked with many amenities. Very convenient to lots of Knoxville fun and very close to UT campus for visiting our college girl. We will definitely be back 😊

This is a unique and exciting unit. The owner considered all details to address our stay in their unit. No stone was left unturned. Bravo.. Job well done! However, the building property manager should replace the hallway ceiling lightbulbs.

Horrible business… cancelled on me the day of arrival. Sold out game in Knoxville with no where to stay. Horrible business. I was charged twice. I was charged on day of arrival and charged when I booked. I still do not have a refund.

This is a great place with all the amenities you can ask for. Very comfortable and conveniently located within a short walking distance to S. Gay St. You need not leave the block to enjoy great food; Osteria Stella, Southern Grit and for lunch, Good Golly Tamale.

Books this amazing, unique property with the perfect downtown location. Dana is amazing and very responsive. Great location close to multiple breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and a small grocery store. The condo is very well stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay in Knoxville, visiting our favorite UTK student and celebrating Easter. This property has a fantastic location in Old Town. Easy parking, walk to great places to eat and shop. We loved the wood floor and tall ceilings. The tall ceilings allowed lots of natural light from the windows. We are looking forward to staying at this property again.

Just when I thought I couldn’t love Knoxville any more, I stayed at this wonderful place in Old City. It was exceptionally clean, great amenities, spacious, and very cozy. So many great restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, and a 5 minute drive to UTK. The host was very responsive and friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend

The apartment is stunningly decorated in a modern style. It is very large, and the extra-high ceilings make it even larger and more elegant. It came furnished with everything we needed and more. The bed is extra large and super comfortable. Located by the tracks, it was a novelty to see and hear trains going by right outside. Free parking under the freeway bridge is located about 3 blocks away. Otherwise there is paid parking right next door but it is very pricey. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Arts, shopping, and downtown attractions also within walking distance. Owner was very responsive. She had lots of helpful suggestions and ideas for us. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend it!

It's a great location. We enjoyed walking around, exploring the neighborhood and trying out the outstanding recommendations for nearby food and drink! Was very nice place roomy . Very nice decorated. Had anything you needed to shower actually wife loved there shampoo & conditioner wants to buy it at home lol . Great location. Felt very at home . Everything about this property is spectacular. We chose to stay in Knoxville rather than the touristy towns surrounding the Smoky mountains. We came for fall foliage hiking and fell in love with Knoxville. This apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The pictures really do not do it justice. We were in awe the second we walked in. The location in Old City offers great access to the major parts of town. We walked everywhere and there are great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Dana offered several suggestions and we were pleased with all of them. She is an attentive host and made staying here a joy. We would highly recommend this apartment and this area of Knoxville. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Dana!!

My husband and I loved our stay in this apartment in Knoxville on our road trip down to the Smoky Mountains. It is SOO charming, beautifully decorated, and the perfect amount of homey. The custom greeting on the name board when we arrived was so thoughtful. Bed is so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it! My 9 month old son loved watching the trains go by out the big windows also. Perfect walking distance into town. Didn't hear any neighbors and wouldn't even know they were there. Large private building. Highly recommend staying here! :)

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for two days. The property was located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and liquor stores (owned by the apt owner). Dana went the extra mile and made us feel at home. I am not exaggerating when I say the place was so comfortable it was the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. We will always stay here when we come to Knoxville!!

Stunning and spacious are the two words that come to mind when describing this property! We loved everything about it - the location in Old Town (we loved walking around this area!), the apartment itself was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked, and the host, Dana, could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We loved the provided toiletries, the extra linens, the incredibly soft bed and bedding, the kitchen appliances, the full size washer and dryer and the supply of detergent, and most importantly (to me) - the coffee!!! Sadly, I meant to contribute to the coffee fund, but then forgot on my way out. But Dana please know that the provided coffee and creamers, etc. was very much appreciated and enjoyed! I would definitely stay here again, and like many people have commented either on VRBO or in the guest book on property - Dana, you did an AMAZING job with the decor!! Such a lovely place to relax and unwind!
