Visited Knoxville for a conference, and this was an amazing home base. Close the everything down town, overlooking market square: food, shops, night life, farmers market all just steps away. We will be back

5 of us stayed in this apartment for a weekend. The location can’t be beat, right in market square and central to shopping and restaurants. There was alot of street noise with cars honking, music and people until after 2am Fri & Sat but that’s to be expected in the location. Bring a noise machine or headphones. We would definitely stay here again for the convenience of the location. The listing was exactly as described and there were extra amenities in the apartment.

We took our grandson to check out UT. We also went rafting. The apartment was great. Loved being in the square. Great restaurants within walking distance

Great place in THE HEART on Knoxville Asked friends what to see and do, literally most everything in walking distance, some within 200 ft Apartment has great views, well furnished and a cozy place to get away Excellent communication from owners. Make sure to check out Alice In Appalachia while there!!

Love the location - reviews that mention street noise seem exaggerated to me. In the living area you definitely hear the street performers. But the bedrooms are perfectly fine, and I am a light sleeper. While appreciated, I didn’t even need the ear plugs. If you’re lucky enough to be there on a Saturday morning between May and November, you must go to the Farmer’s Market which is just right downstairs. It’s awesome: produce, pottery, breads and pastries, soaps, honey, you name it. My parents stayed in the Garden unit and also had an exemplary experience.

Great location and space. My husband and I and our son were in town for a weekend wedding and this was a great space for the three of us for the weekend. The location was perfect for us to spend time enjoying Knoxville before the wedding.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend for my daughter’s wedding which was on a rooftop in Market Square. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and parking is very close by. There is street noise, but we expected that given the location.

Great place to stay. Clean and ready to go. Easy walking to all restaurants and parking was pretty cheap for 3 full days in nearby garage spot. If it is available, I am staying again!

What a great spot. Parking was super convenient (and free on the weekend). Great downtown spot convenient to everything. Listing was accurate. Instructions were perfect. Would stay again! Only downside (and it’s on the listing), late night revelers can be lout; the provided earplugs were used and greatly appreciated!

We stayed here for a concert at Thompson Boling Arena, the apartment is a great location and if you don’t mind a 20-30 min walk to the venue it’s walkable. There are so many great restaurants around the apartment you won’t have to go far to find a great place to eat.

Very nice property. Clean and stocked wit everything you need. Right in the middle of everything market square restaurants, bars, etc. Not a bad walk to UT stadiums. Would definitely stay again.

Location is awesome. Visiting our daughter at UT, great apartment and has everything you need. The only downfall it is such a great location it can be loud but they provide ear plugs. We can't wait to book the place again. Thanks

Coming into town we stopped for lunch and realized how close we were to our apartment. The location was perfect, lots of space and easy to get in and out of. Parking was easy and we were walking distance to everything!

Excellent location and plenty of space. Also allowed our small pets making for a fantastic family weekend. The Garden will be our go to for Knoxville visits if available!

You are walking or crawling distance from the heart of the pedestrian downtown area, but so is everyone else. If you plan to be out in the bars and clubs until closing, this is definitely the spot for you, if you turn in a bit earlier, you will hear everyone else as they leave the bars and restaurants. Everything seemingly in walking distance, World Fair park, UT campus and stadium, all the little shops and restaurants are right at your doorstep.

Walkable to Neyland stadium. Plenty of options in Market Square. Nice place. We were prepared for the noise at night, but not for early Friday morning street traffic and deliveries. Saturday and Sunday mornings were fine.

We’ve stayed on Market Square multiple times before in hotels. This is definitely a much more comfortable place to stay with couples/family. Place was clean and well equipped, will definitely book again.

Nice decor, very clean, comfy beds and pillows! Couple of Suggestions…better lighting for family room, such as side lamps with end table or up light stand up lamp. Too dark at night. Include directions to leave market street and walk down wall past the sports bar Entrance from Mary place is difficult to see as it looks like part of the restaurant. Overall great stay and amazing location !

This apartment was perfect for two couples. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on Market Square, making it handy to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean, had a well supplied kitchen and even had a nicely filled candy dish on the island! All the comfort of home! 😊👍

The place was beautiful, comfortable and in sunch a fantastic location. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was really great. Access to thw building was easy and there was an elevator so no worrying about stairs each time as its on the 3rd floor. Its location cant be beat. Great restaurants and bars in the square just underneath the unit, perfect for the saturday farmers market or going out at night and not having to worry about ubering. Its a brisk but easy walk to old city and just around the corner from Gay St. Would highly recommend staying here and if i ever go back i would check this place out first.
