The flat was nice, clean, and quiet. The price was reasonable and everything was good.

The home is well appointed and spacious.

Great value and management was promptly and professionally responsive. Will happily rent from this group again. Thank you.

House was perfect for our group of 4. Located in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the old city and market square. House was very clean, well decorated and stocked with all the essentials (body wash, shampoo, etc). Host sent several emails prior to check-in and during stay, even a list of suggested restaurants and activities while in town. Would definitely stay again!!

Had everything we needed. Walkable community. Great location to get to where we needed to go. Perfect size.

Loved the property and location - everything was as advertised. We’ll be back!

It's a beautiful place to stay, and it's located near the cutest brunch place. If you stay here, check out the Potluck Cafe and get yourself a brunch casserole.

Rented this property for 3 nights while visiting my son and his Fiance who attend university in Knoxville.
Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathrooms were great too.
Living room was perfect size for us to play games and watch a movie together as a family.
The only thing I’d suggest is a little bigger kitchen table. The rental is for four and not for big families but a little bigger table would be a little more comfortable. I also didn’t anticipate the smaller refrigerator and went grocery shopping prior to checking in. All the groceries fit but just barely. 😂
I do have four sons who have big appetites but for smaller eaters the smaller fridge would probably work just fine.
Towels and toothbrushes, paper towels, washing machine soap and fabric softener sheets were really nice touches. And, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were really nice too!
The house is impeccably decorated and modern which I loved.
Would definitely stay here again.
Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay while in town for a work trip. We will book again in the future.

Love the location. Plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Blossom Bowls, K Brew and Ale's added bonus. Knoxville is an old college town and likes to stay 'scruffy'. Bring a good gps and car suspension. Would stay in this unit again.

We like this cute little house. It was clean and we had no issues. It had everything that we needed. It was just too bad our niece graduated this trip or else we would stay there more often.
4.8
Great space, centrally located, well appointed, stylish and comfortable. I would stay there again!

This property was absolutely stunning! It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable the kitchen was perfect and it had the cutest little front porch. It was the perfect birthday get away!
4.8
The best thing about this property is the amazing coffee shop down the street. The neighborhood is kinda of sketchy and the traffic light is right outside the master bedroom window- LOTS of street noise.
Not super convenient to UTK. Like I said just ok.
4.8
Great little place. Everything was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. If your a light sleeper bring a fan the street noise is loud but my fan drowned it out. Would definitely stay here again.
4.8
The home and location are very good. The beds are super soft and the place looks exactly like it did online. Really enjoyed our stay there. Only downfall, was it was pretty loud, and the toilet runs all through the night.
4.8
This is an adorable property. It is comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great, too!

Great place for small group. 1-4 would be very comfortable. Very clean. Everything we needed for our stay. K-Brew Coffee down the street is a great local place. Business next door was quiet between 8am - 5pm. Will look to stay here on our next trip to Knoxville.
4.8
The unit is spacious and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was provided. Easy access to downtown Knoxville. Easy parking behind the property. We enjoyed our stay.
4.8
This house is adorable with all of your possible needs met! Hosts are in immediate communication with any questions or concerns! Had a great mini vaca with my Grandaughter who will be attending UTK in the fall! I’d stay here again and again❤️

Missy's property is just as described. My daughter and I stayed here for a UTK parents weekend. Very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds.
4.8
It's actually feels larger than the pictures show. We used it as a jumping off point to explore the Knoxville area. Not too far from Downtown area or the campus. Lots of places nearby for coffee or libations plus good food. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We will use again when we go back.
4.8
We had a wonderful time shopping, eating and going out on the town during our stay! The house was clean, easy to manage and had everything we needed to keep the weekend simple and fun.

Visited Knoxville with family and was excited to find something with a little more space for our family than a downtown hotel room.
Pros: Two beds, 1 1/2 baths, great coffee shop nearby, dedicated parking space, and a quick trip to get downtown
Cons: Shower didn’t drain which cleaners should have noticed and resolved before we arrived, suitcase stand was broken in the closet and no place in either room to put your suitcase on so spent the days living out of our suitcases, front screen door doesn’t stay latched to banged every night, event space around the corner has private events on the weekends and with the lawnmower shop next door noise is an issue. The basket of local guides also contained mostly religious books by one author, which seemed inappropriate in a rental.
We did lose power due to the high winds and the property manager was responsive when called.

Nice place in a convenient location. It was a quick 15 minutes to the University and five minutes to Market Square shops and restaurants. The beds are comfy and commutation with the owner very easy. We throughly enjoyed our stay in Knoxville.
4.8
The little cottage was very clean and cozy. Nicely decorated too. We did a lot of sight seeing so it was great to end the day knowing we’d be resting well. Would stay again.

This stay was for my friend to have MAJOR surgery. He is from Florida and I am from upstate NY and needed at least a 2 weeks. Before I booked it I had a few questions and Missy responded quickly and was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier since our plane arrived around 11:30...thanks to Missy! Unfortunately my friend only spent 3 nites there, but we both loved the set up of the apartment. I did have a couple of minor issues while I was there and they were addressed immediately. Missy was very easy to work with and would get a quick response...the experience was exceptional. Thank you!!!

Had a great time in a quick and easy process would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Knoxville

Adorable, spacious unit. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the noise level. Between Broadway and the riding lawnmowers next door it was very noisy. If you're sound sensitive like me, this wouldn't be a great choice. But that's my only complaint.
4.8
The house was very well furnished, roomy, and tastefully decorated. It was amply stocked and had those little extras that made you feel cared for. Missy was a great hostess and was available when needed.

I prefer to work through vrbo when I visit my daughter at UTK versus paying the expensive hotel prices. These places are so cute and about 10 min drive from campus. The property manager is super responsive and helpful! Always clean and decorated so nicely. Only suggestion for this unit is that it would have been nice to have a few staple pantry items such as cooking oil. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here again.

Very attentive property management
The location is close to downtown and other vacation options. The decor and amenities are very clean and inviting. We had all the toiletries and kitchen essentials that were required. What we appreciated most was the thorough communications regarding the rental property as well as the surrounding area. Directions were very clear and while we didn't have any questions, I feel certain they would have been answered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment (felt like a house) is so darling inside. Very homey and lots of space to spread out. We used it as a home base to move our son into University of Tennessee, I would HIGHLY recommend this place for that purpose. We had plenty of room for several suitcases, a giant Bed Bath and Beyond order including pillows and bedding, as well as a large Target run. The piles of stuff was not in our way at all. Plus with two bedrooms there's space for everyone. The kitchen is serviceable, I cooked a couple meals during our stay but note the very, very small cafe sized table with four barstools, You can't really sit four there and eat. It would be nice to have a little bit larger of a table. But great for one, or for doing work-from-home if anyone needs to have a Zoom meeting (we did!). K Brew Coffee is just a block away, an easy walk or drive, and it is THE BOMB. We absolutely loved it and we are from the Northwest where coffee is king. So so good. The other reviews mention the lawnmower repair shop next door, indeed, they start work most days at 830 a.m. so no sleeping in past then but otherwise it's mostly quiet (it's the moving of the riding mowers outside each morning that is noisy). It's a house on the edge of a main commercial street and bus line, so there are some interesting characters floating around, but the neighborhood has many fixed up homes and cute families and it's definitely a blend. It felt safe and just added local color I'd say. It was surprisingly quiet at night. You're really close to downtown as well as campus (a short 10 minute or less drive, many different ways to get there), and there are so many great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend eating out and trying some different places! Missy the property manager is wonderful to deal with, and we loved all the information and special touches throughout the property. It was about as good as it gets. Thanks!!
