Ocean views capture the essence of Manly and the Northern Beaches from this spacious perfectly positioned family & executive accommodation.
Views from every room water, beaches and gardens. Privacy and peace with 2 large office spaces. Large living areas with open light filled spaces. Beach oriented with 80m to a green fringed pathway to Shelley Beach protected for snorkelling and world class café culture at the Boathouse Café for breakfast and sunset drinks.
An amazing location for Manly living. Moments away from Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach you won't run out of options for activities and dining! The distance from the house to the water is 100m so you'll be able to pop down for a swim at any time. The Bower Restaurant and the Boat House at Shelly are both great venues for brunch/lunch and Manly itself (a 5-minute stroll away) has tons of food and drink options to satisfy all palettes! If you are after a bush walk, North Head offers plenty of tracks and amazing views over Sydney harbour.
