The flat is very small but I assume space is uncommon around new york! We were able to get into the city on the local bus. The temperature was very warm in the flat, the whole building actually, even though it was freezing outside. Overall good

Stayed here on a holiday weekend after taking our son to college in NYC. The rates were crazy in NY and we had a van to park in an outdoor lot, so this apt. worked out wonderfully. There’s not much around but the bus is across the street & for $4 takes you to the city in 20 minutes. The apt. Was spotless and perfect for weekend! We’re glad to know about it since we will be doing the son pick up in May!

The apartment is in an older apartment complex. The apartment was clean and refurbished. All the necessary was provided for a weekend stay e.g. coffee filters, washing up liquid, towels, soap etc this was really helpful. When booking the accommodation I thought there was a room with a double bed and a room with two singles and the sofa. This is not the case it is one double and one single and the sofa. The communication with Claudia went smooth and she responded quick. In the double room it would be good if the bed was moved to the side as the door couldn't close otherwise. Also it would be handy to have the exact WiFi code of the apartment instead of a whole list, this would save time figuring it out. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Apartment
We absolutely loved the apartment. It was clean, super easy to find, was located close to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, then had a short drive into New York! We would highly recommend staying here! 10 / 10

Our stay at North Bergen
Our stay was pretty good. We came down for my daughter's surgery. So, we mostly stayed at the hospital. While our stay we didn't have any issues. Everything was clean and neat. The apartment is cozy and felt like home.

Comfy and Convenient
I stayed in the apartment for a week and commuted to and from midtown during the week. The Jitney buses across the street run every 5 minutes and get you into Port Authority in about 25 minutes for $3.50. Pretty awesome.
The apartment was comfy. Elevator does't work so well. so it's a 4th floor walk up. I enjoyed the exercise. I didn't use the laundry room, but dropped my laundry off at the 24th Street Laundromat for a wash and fold. Huge bag of laundry for $36.
Suggested additional amenities. Cork Screw, real full-size ironing board, full length mirror, and a master bedroom door that closes. I stayed here alone, so it wasn't an issue, but if I had my family with me I would have been annoyed that you can't close the damn door, so it's effectively a studio.
That said, I had a very nice stay. Thank you Claudia and family

Family get-away
The property is exactly as advertised. Communication with property manager was great and check-in very easy. We especially appreciated the ability to park our car on the premises (for an extra fee) and the ease of access to NYC. We also explored Hoboken - a gem!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft, um New York und Umgebung zu erkunden
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter mittels email klappte bestens. Alles sehr umkompliziert. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Der Bus Transfer in die Stadt und zurück klappt super, wie vom Vermieter beschrieben . GENAU die Beschreibung lesen

I spent seven nights at this property and it was an overall good stay. The most important things were cleanliness, comfort, and good communication with the property owner. I was also happy that the bus stop was just across the street, which made getting to the city super easy.
Some suggestions to accommodate the next guests would be the following: A quart or gallon of water would be much appreciated (we arrived from West coast after midnight and couldn't stop for water so we were thirsty!).
Also, it would've been nice to have liquid hand soap (instead of mini hotel soap bars), cooking oil and coffee (at least enough for the first day or two). For the number of days we stayed, we also ran out of t.p 😕 I would also suggest leaving a few additional towels.
The listing states that it sleeps six, however it can only sleep 5 with two on the sofa bed. Guests should also be aware that the door to one of the bedrooms does not close because the bed blocks it from closing.
Again, it was an overall good stay and we were glad to be within walking distance to a grocery store for our needs. Other than the grocery store though, there's really not much close enough for good food spots. We ordered pizza from DePalma and it was delicious!!
