While not centrally located, the property is quite close (15 minute walk) to Stirling Castle, which is the main attraction of the area. It was also quite close to multiple supermarkets. This was very nice. The property was quite clean and had a nice view (we were on the 3rd floor). Parking was available on site (which we appreciated). Beds were very comfortable (though pillows were a bit tough) and bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use.
As with most self catering places, the knives were completely dull and the kitchen lacked a few amenities such as a sieve. As well, we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift in the facility. Not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind if travelling with older family members or anyone with limited mobility.

Very functional, great location for car access and touring., good off road parking. We like it having stayed there three times before.
The chest of draws in the bedrooms are not tied back to the walls and fall towards you when you put anything in the draws. No curtains on the balcony access doors hence no privacy when in the kitchen/diner.

The perfect location for our family trip, lovely little balcony for summer nights - second time staying here and will come back again for sure 😊

great location. Fully equipped, self catering apartment, exactly what you need to feel comfortable.

Great location as there is lots to see in Stirling (wonderful castle within walking distance--20 minutes) and good restaurants for meals. And within a one-hour driving distance, there is a very large number of interesting cities/towns such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, to visit as well as numerous museums, castles, palaces and manors. Scotland is so rich in history. And, if you wish to hike, Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond are also not far away and are situated in the Trossachs National Park. That is why we spent 5 days in Stirling. As to the apartment, it had lots of windows on three sides allowing for a pleasant cross breeze and lots of natural lighting.
The apartment building is a recent construction. However, the builders took short cuts. For instance, the front door handle to the building came off in my hand because of a loose or missing screw. To be fair, there are two exits and the one leading to the car park worked fine. Also, the linoleum floor at the front door was not laid well (it buckles) and so you have to push quite hard to open and shut the door. In the bathroom, the gyprock (?) covering the side of the bathtub is already wearing out at the top left corner and at the central base. I took pictures but they are not worthwhile uploading. These observations make me think the building won't age well. We also used the washing machine as we had already been 16 days on the road. No instructions came for how to use it and the drying cycle seemed not to work very well as the clothes came out somewhat damp. Our machines in North America are quite different. Fortunately, the owner sent us a drying rack the next day--there was none initially--and so this was a satisfactory solution. Another omission: there was no French press coffee maker, meaning we had to resort to drinking instant coffee. At the price we paid for the rental, this seemed to be a glaring omission. Finally, since we like to sleep in cool rooms, we left the window open at night. The trade-off, however, was that we could hear the din of the traffic from the main road some 150 metres away, starting as early as 5 a.m.

Extremely clean and well kept with great facilities, lovely touches like tea and coffee, and fantastic responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a good central base, easy access to Stirling castle, town centre, Wallace monument, apartment was good size for the 3 of us. It was clean and comfortable.
Stairs were a bit much for me but I knew it had stair access.

The location of the apartment was great, easy to find and a great size. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the Birds and Bees was our favourite and well worth a visit.
There is a real lack of kitchen equipment making it hard to make the most of the kitchen. There was just two utensils both of which were spoons and then a potato peeler. It would be helpful to have a whisk, tongs, fish slice etc. Also a lot of the China and glassware was chipped and minimal meaning you had to constantly wash up.
The beds are quite worn and so very soft around the edges where the springs have collapsed and the springs can be felt through the mattress too.

Great flat for hosting a group of 5 friends who were visiting Stirling. Much cheaper than getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms and it meant we could all be together too. It was exceptionally clean and conveniently located! Barely a 3 minute taxi to get to the main street (it would've been within walking distance during the day time too)
If I had to be picky, it would've been good to have more seating in the living area, 2-3 of the 5 of us had to sit on stools because the sofa only accomodated 2-3 people max.
We did have a bit of a confusing time getting the access code to get inside the building. Turns out the code booking.com gives you is not the right code, I messaged the owner as we were stuck outside and its apparently a code sent to you via email instead but I couldn't find it. The owner text us the code immediately so that helped!

Clean, comfy, good location. Nice daylight walk into town. Take a torch for the walk home.
Had to hunt around to find where the hot water was. An info notice in bathroom/kitchen woud be helpful.

Excellent property, offering clean accommodation and close to all restaurants and attractions around. About 50mins away to Glasgow airport.
Check in time could be earlier (ie: 2pm) in general but we arrived late, so the 4pm check in worked out for us.

The space was more than accommodating for us as a family of four
The beds could have been a bit better.

Great location, quiet area, modern flat , close to shops and city centre
Poor equipment in a kitchen (example:small number of small plates ) also in my opinion there shoud be a normal dryer to hang a washing when is warm)
No blind or curtains in a balcony door

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. All the facilities you needed was there I.e washing machine and dishwasher and very good location
Maybe an airer needed for clothes after washing them and maybe a blind over the door leading to the balcony

Apartment was very clean and a good size, it’s a little outside the main town centre with easy access to the motor way. We had a very nice stay and would stay again

Everything was really lovely and very comfortable
The doorstop for the lounge was not high enough, and the door kept closing which was quite annoying
