Tania was an excellent and very friendly host. While simple, the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a good sleep and close to the wall
Nothing. Was a great find

The reception from Tania and her husband was excellent.
The location is serene and close to the Castle.
Really nice people and I'll be lodging here (Hospedaria Do Senhor da Pedra) anytime I go to Obidos.

Eazy access, friendly welcome, cleanliness... A hearth of candies on the bed 🙂... Coctails in the night bar 👌

It’s in a good location, 10 mins walking from the centre of Obidos, lots of parking. Big space, next door to bar and restaurant.
Even though the bedroom is in the basement and it’s not that hot, at least a fan would be good. Also bed was too hard for me, as i prefer softer mattress.

Very clean and well supplied with all necessities. Tania was a delightful host who looked after us superbly. Easy to park and a great location to walk into the walled town of Obidos
Everything was great. There was nothing that we didn’t like

Was very close to historic town of Óbidos and plenty of parking space nearby as well as a few restaurants.
The bedroom was in the cellar downstairs without windows and very damp. This was not clearly indicated in the advert as the photographs of the different studios are mixed. Also, the principal picture of the ad, namely of the nearby church, is very alluring, but is unrelated to the accomodation itself and should be replaced because it is misleading.

spacious and comfy apartment, very well equipped and beautifully decorated :). we could see the Obidos Castle from our little terasse. calm location, lovely host. Near Obidos old town, just few minutes by car, or a longer walk. Interesting and pretty church next door.
everything was perfect!

The location was just what we wanted within walking distance of the fortress but quiet and included free parking. The bedroom was a bit cramped with beds for three person, but the bath was great. There was plenty of free parking. From the residence, there was a nice view of the fortress which was a 15 minute walk away. Yet, the residence was quiet. One of the nicest features was the presence of a really great restaurant, Caldeirao, right next door. We had wonderful dishes of the day including first rate seafood, and steak. WiFi was also very good. This place was a great deal for the price.
The bedroom is a bit cramped with a single and a double bed. The matress of the double bed was a bit lumpy. One of the screens needed repair but mosquitoes were not a problem at this time of year.

The accommodation afforded plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Tania was very welcoming. Proximity to the walled town was just 10 mins stroll. We loved being able to meander there when all the coach trips had left. Everything was clean and beautifully presented.
Comfort was compromised, the sofa, being a sofa bed, was not a comfortable evening relax.
The pillow was a brick.

The friendly staff, they had the room ready for us earlier, there is complementary coffee and tea, walking distance to the city center, plus beauty surrounding areas.
Probably there was a shared kitchen area that we could use; I don't know, we saw one common area when leaving and, if that's for guests usage, it could be nice to know.

The location is in in a quiet area, slightly out of Obidos (a 10mn walk to town, maybe 15mn to the main street) and out of the hustle of the touristy area - which is something we appreciated. We had a car, so the ability to park easily just across the flat was very welcome (it was problematic in several other tourist spots). The place was clean and functional, well equipped, with a nice bedroom and a comfortable bed. The host was very nice. There are a bar and a restaurant a few doors down, with a few local patrons, not just tourists. No breakfast though. It's a good choice for spending a couple of days in the area.
We would have appreciated if there were a few little extras provided in the kitchen, like maybe some coffee pods and/or tea bags. But that's just a minor thing.

A sweet place. Very quaint with a lot to offer. Tania was very nice and offered a wonderful greeting. It's just outside of Obidos, allowing for a wonderful serenity while still with a view of the castle, which we explored extensively.
Clen, friendly, impressive.
Thank you, Tania.

There was no breakfast
No place to sit really...except on the bed.

Great Location
Lots of parking spots available
Door and Window need to be updated. Bed without headboard made it uncomfortable to sleep and get cold and wake up each time we touched the cold wall. The bathroom had no heater. The walls are thin and we could hear what happened in neighboring rooms. Not worth The money.

Beautiful view of Óbidos castle and incredibly cozy

Excellent value for money, the studio/apartment was actually a lot bigger than we were expecting with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. All of the areas were clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. Easy parking right outside the front of the apartment. Great location outside of the Obidos old Town but only about 5 minutes drive to get there. It would be nice for a longer stay, unfortunately we were only booked for one night.
As with most accommodations in Portugal in winter, the tile floor was quite cold. I'd recommend travelling with a pair of slippers in winter regardless of where you go. The apartment was a little cold, definitely warmer outside than inside during the day, but we had a heater which did heat up the bedroom quite quickly. It wouldn't be a problem in summer, instead it'd probably be nice and cool.

what an amazing experience in a traditional small quarters

The place has everything you need. It is just outside the village of obidos, which you can reach easily on foot. Perfect if you want to stay in a quiter place, far from the more turistic area of the center. Tania, the host, was super kind and friendly, giving us suggestions and helping us with the transports. We definitely recommend her place!

The owner is very nice. Everything is clear and well organised. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed.
You can hear everything from everywhere near, there was noise until 1 a.m. and it started again from 7 a.m.

Great location in quiet area. Nice well decorated spacious room. Walking distance to Obidos (15min) or few minutes drive to public car park outside Obidos. Bring your own breakfast, kettle and cups provided :-)

The location is nice to explore Obidos as well as the view to the wall is awesome.
There were a lot of flies in the room maybea mosquito net at the windows would improve the situation.
