Il personale di servizio è molto gentile e disponibile e voglio metterlo al primo posto tra le cose belle della struttura. Oltre a questo la struttura si è rivelata disponibile a aiutarci nel cambio stanza dovuto a qualche piccolo problema di malfunzionamento per cui bravi e grazie della comprensione!
Per le nostre esigenze forse la posizione non era la migliore perché arrivavamo dalla stazione e Casa Voyageurs è lontana. In compenso però la struttura è vicinissima a Casa Port da cui si può andare a esplorare altre città del nord Marocco come Meknes Rabat etc quindi comunque ha una posizione di tutto rispetto all’interno del mercato.

Le Ryad est très joli et très bien décoré
Il est idéalement situé proche de la gare, près du bus qui longe la côte ce qui était super pratique pour nos sorties plages
Il se situe à l’entrée de l’ancienne médina pleine de charme, et non loin de nombreux autres transports ce qui est indispensable à Casablanca 😅
Le personnel était adorable, mon fils a été malade une nuit 🤢ils ont fait le nécessaire rapidement le lendemain matin pour changer nos draps, serviettes ect. Un service au top 👌🏽
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon
Et la terrasse pleine de charme
J’avais une literie peut être un peu trop « dure » et le quartier reste un quartier bruyant même la nuit. Cela ne m’a pas empêché de bien dormir pour autant mais il faut être prévenu du bruit. Cela convient parfaitement pour quelques nuits

The Riad was clean, comfortable, great staff and easy to find in the medina. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and was truly a great introduction to Casablanca.
I wish that we would have been informed that we would not be able to shower after midnight as the water was turned off. Ordinarily it would not be a problem however after 24 hours of travel, food was our first priority and when we returned we found only a trickle of water. It was a shame as the bathroom was spacious, attractive and very clean.

Lovely room with good air conditioning and great location in the Medina. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was nice.

Ryad 91 was so accommodating to all of my particularities - needing to be up before the front desk opened officially every morning; being allergic to gluten & dairy (they made me special breakfast that was still complimentary because I couldn't eat theirs) - and they were so kind each morning, and evening upon return, asking about my day.
The neighbourhood is quite intense to be in as a solo-female traveller (middle of the souk in a poor neighbourhood). I might have booked the Ryad anyway if I had known beforehand, but it's good to keep in mind if it's something you might not be comfortable with. I asked to be accompanied by the man working the front desk while hailing my last cab with my luggage to the train. He was happy to help.

Staff is awesome and very helpful. Halid gave us information on city and activities upon arrival. Breakfast is delicious. And the choices of lunch at the restaurant are wonderful and healthy, excellent chef. Plus Faisal, the waiter, is most helpful, respectful and friendly. Very nice bedroom as well.
The toilet seat cover does not stay up, so using the toilet is uncomfortable.

Die Juniorsuite ist grosszügig mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist traditionell und gut , der Service etwas unstrukturiert.
Wir konnten unsere Koffer am Abreisetag bis am Nachmittag im Riad deponieren.

La chambre était très propre, la literie très confortable, un petit frigo dans la chambre bien pratique et le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant !
Très bon rapport qualité prix
La décoration très sobre, manque de meubles et sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, manque de pression dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner etait très simple. Et les murs sont très fins, on entend pas mal de bruit, mais nous avons tout de même très bien dormis !

I absolutely loved the interior, comfy bed, everything felt luxurious. Just a few steps from the Casa Port train station, everything was nearby. The staff was really helpful and they have a luggage compartment. Nice view from the terrace was an added bonus, Lots of TV channels plus Netflix - courtesy of someone who forgot to log out ;) Everything was perfect... until the morning.
The "breakfast" was like a slap in the face. Dry bread, one(!!!) fried egg, a spoonful of jam, a tiny glass of juice (from concentrate). That's it. The portion size might have been ok for a 5-year-old. No coffee unless you pay for it. There was such a huge discord between what I expected and what I experienced, that it left me speechless. If they charged me 20 or 30 dirhams more for the room and served a proper breakfast, it would've been a full 10. Shame.

Staff are professional and friendly. Especially the guys who work on a rooftop terrace and a man at the entrance of the restaurant!

location was good, just inside the medina walls although devilishly hard to find! 5/10 minutes walk from Casa Port station, reasonably close to United Nations Square tramstop (frm CasaVoyageurs). Room was Ok for one (but not for 2). About 30 minutes walk to Hassan II mosque and sea.
this is really a single room - having a double bed in the room meant that the wet room door could not be fully opened

Die Lage des Riads ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Medina. Und durch die nahe Haltestelle der Casa Tramway ist man auch schnell an anderen Enden der Stadt. Oder in 5 Haltestellen am Bahnhof Casa Voyageur. Das Riad erstreckt sich über 2 Gebäude und hat teilweise sehr schöne und großzügige Zimmer. Das einzige Zimmer auf der obersten Terrasse mit eigenem Vorplatz und schönem Stadtblick war sehr schön eingerichtet und ausreichend groß (Bilder). Hier hatte ich erste Nacht meines Trips verbracht und hätte gerne weitere angehängt.
Das bei der Rückreise zugewiesene Zimmer 14 war dann leider ohne Fenster (bis auf ein etwa 40x40 cm Oberlicht, dunkel verglast). Es gab auch kein Fenster zum Innenhof. Einrichtung pragmatisch, ohne Flair. Weiße Wände, kaltes blaues Kunstlicht. Ohne Kunstlicht war das Zimmer auch am Tag dunkel. Der Kühlschrank brummte, Der TV war defekt. Und man hörte während der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants sehr laut den Essensfahrstuhl zwischen Küche und Terrasse.

The room was spacious and comfortable; the beds were comfortable and the towels were big and soft and absorbent. The breakfast was really nice - my daughter loved the croissants. The coffee was excellent. There was the biggest TV screen I’ve ever seen in the room; my daughter and I watched the movie “Casablanca” on it! The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.
Would be nice to have a full-length mirror in the room (or ANY mirror apart from the one I. the bathroom). Would also be nice to have some fruit at breakfast.

Ryad 91 was nice. The room was spacious, bright and bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped arrange an airport pick-up. Ryad 91 is in the medina and I wouldn't have felt safe wandering the medina late in the evening- something to keep in mind.

Lots! Apartment where we stayed was dangerous! Too many stairs of various heights and different directions. We both tripped several times! A passageway with loo and shower to one side and basin & chair to the other led into the kitchen with a high stair! Badly designed. The bedroom had a stair in the middle of the room. Eugene fell down this in the night hurting his hand. Too much furniture squashed into this room - a wooden lounge suite impossible to sit on, and another divan bed!

The staff at the Ryad were amazing and kind. Fortunately for us the staff at the reception spoke English and were very helpful. The location is great, very easy to get to from the train station and not buried in the Medina. We stayed in the traditional side and the rooms were on the smaller side but were certainly adequate. Nice terrace where they serve breakfast of breads, spreads, boiled eggs and coffee/tea. The Hammam was being updated while we were there, so we didn't get an opportunity to use it. Overall, this was a great stay, but not a "fancy" one if you were comparing to Ryad's in Fes or Marrakesh.

Zimmer 1 ist schön und individuell, hat aber eine sehr steile Treppe zum Schlafbereich.
Die Lage des Ryads ist sehr gut.
Es ist hellhörig.
Bis spät abends hört man Unterhaltungen von der Straße und von der Lobby.
