Exceptional

the staff was sooooo honest as i forgot all my staff in the safe (Money and other staff) and they called me back after my check out and told me. i'd like to thank them very much and highly recommended for such stay in Casablanca

Great value for money, good location and comfortable bed

Excellent value for money. Good location close to CTM bus stop, to the marina and the Souk..super comfortable bed, big room and good pressure on shower. Staff at reception is very nice and professional. Perfect for one night stay for reasonable price.

Breakfast was not excellent, perhaps being Ramadan no many people have breakfast and variety and bread/croissants quality was not very good. Other than that, nothing else to say.

good location,. Hotel with somewhat retro feel

good location close to the bus stop close to the railroad station. Easy walking distance to downtown parks and restaurants. Good hot water and shower excellent made Service clean up

Air conditioner was not terribly efficient. One lamp was broken and did not work in the room. The neighborhood is a little rough, but it is a big city.

Excellent location

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Casa Port, 10 mins taxi journey to Hassan mosque, or Casa Voyageur. Most spots are within walking distance. Many grocery stores nearby. Easy to flag a taxi on the main roads. Friendly staff.

A four stars hotel well past its prime. Facilities and towels are old. Limited choice of breakfast. The building next to the hotel is under construction.

it’s just old and while it’s very clean - it is just tired and gross. I wouldn’t stay here again. got an apartment on booking.com for less that was amazing for rest of trip

Very comfortable, well styled Hotel in the centre.

We loved the style of the hotel. So nice to have proper furniture & lampshades in the room, instead of all that ‘ready fitted’ stuff you see in most hotels nowadays. It was a bit like going back into the 80-st but in a very good way!! We really enjoyed this hotel! Breakfast was good, with friendly service.

Excellent location with great customer service

Excellent location in between the city centre and the Port close to the city's main attractions on either side. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Bathtub for shower is a bit tight on space and lighting in room is quite dim. Bit pricey for the room quality in comparison to other hotels in Morocco.

Room aircon didn't seem to work, it didn't get cold with aircon switched on Room smells of mould. Perhaps the aircon filters need a clean or service

A pleasant stay in an excellent location

Check in was easy, communication was good, the room was large and comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit limited.

Very friendly staff and all was clean. The latter is important since clean accommodations are hard to find in Casablanca.
