We waren op doorreis en hebben dit hotel geboekt om te overnachten en tussendoor moskee Mohamed v te bezoeken. Daar was

Vriendelijke persoon, schone kamers. Stort douche was erg fijn.

Geen werkende wifi op de kamers. Best een afstand om naar de moskee Mohamed V te lopen, we deden er ongeveer 40 min over.

nice staff but hotel needs a serious deep clean and upgrade

The only positive is that the staff is helpful and kind. Location is a block away from the cathedral, park de liga and mohammed square.

Cleanliness was such a low point for this room. The pictures were not accurate in portraying the cleanliness or current state of the room. there were ants, and cockroaches in the bathroom, built up dirt and grime in bathroom and bottom of walls, and numerous brown and red stains on sheets

Superb

The room was very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Simple but good breakfast.

The elevator is quite old, very small and slow so you are better off taking the stairs no matter the floor. Breakfast was simple but good. A bit more choices would have been nice.

Ok to stay for a couple of days in Casa

Hotel is located in a good part of the city. Room service was helping, they gave me an electric kettle for the tea.

Too much water leaked in the bathroom. The bed is placed near the door. Small room, relatively expensive.

Superb

We - again had late check in, with which they didn't have any problems, receptionist was kind and polite - not the best speaking English but no problem we managed to discuss everything :) he/they were really helpfull. They have a lift, they also provide free parking in front of the hotel.

Exceptional

Clean and decent room. Very helpful personnel. 30min walk from Port. For active youger people everything nice to see is about one hour of delightful walk.

Wonderful people running this place, convenient.

Redouan and his staff were very chill and kind. They helped us out beyond the usual. (walking us to cafe, walking with us to catch taxi) We were two mature women, and their service and hospitality was wonderful. And the lady that cooks....hmmmm...smells so good!! Redouan also was so helpful in trying to help me get my lost luggage back from Air France with many phone calls....Thanks again

I wish there had been a breakfast....

Good location, relatively quite. Friendly staff

Bad smell from the bathroom! Lacks basic utilities in the bathroom. No any hangers in the closets. Rooms can be made perfect with minimum changes.

Very friendly and helpful staff, central location and free parking right in front of the hotel, just need to let them know before arriving.

Unforgettable

It's right in the center, walking distance to restaurants and the beach also could be reached if you like to walk. The staff are really lovely and helpful.. always smiling. Hisham is so kind and helped me a lot . The rooms are clean and well organized. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean hotel

the location was great. the rooms were comfortable and modern.

The bathroom could have been better equipped, with a hair dryer for example, hand soap, etc

Good location & value, with an excellent staff.

The staff was excellent: very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and the room large.

The shower, although very clean, was a little difficult without a soap dish or shelf. Also, a few hangers would have made the large wardrobe useable.

Very helpful staff, good location

It's located just across the road from the parks and cathedral which are nice to spend some time in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I was trying to get a breakfast in the morning. One of the staff accompanied me to a nearby cafe, the cafe owner spoke French (I can only speak English and Spanish) and the guy from the hotel helped me order a take out to eat back at the hotel. At the hotel they serve fresh squeezed orange juice. I was given one to drink when I arrived, and had to wait for my room to be available, and also one with my take-out breakfast.

I had a lower floor room and sometimes other guests would stand in the hallway just outside my room and chat - it was quite echoey in the hall so was a little noisy at times.
