Fabulous - fell in love with Florence!

Spacious rooms, air conditioning, good kitchen, outside private garden - newly renovated bathrooms. Great location 12 minute walk from train station and close to everything. Great restaurant - Royal Indian for curry at the end of the street.

Highly recommend

Everything was really good. The air conditioning was amazing which was so good considering how hot it was in Florence. The staff were friendly. Perfect location - heart of Florence. Would highly recommend.

There was no washing machine but we managed without.

A convenient and comfortable apartment that worked well for 7 friends travelling together.

A/C worked very well. Good location near the train station and enough bedrooms for 7 people to sleep comfortably. Three full bathrooms were great for our group. The outdoor sitting/dining area was bonus space.

When the pull out couch was being used as a bedroom for our seventh person, there was no indoor gathering area other than the kitchen table.

Relaxing beautifully appointed apartment.

Plenty of room at the apartment. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio. Marie was of great help and flexible with our requests.

Make sure you schedule a time for host to meet you at door as you will wait on sidewalk until they arrive.

fantastic apartment as it had 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms 😀. sunny backyard. moka ground coffee. 5 min walk to amazing Mercato Centrale food court. 15 min walk to Ponte Vecchio

no parking if you have a car.

Fabulous apartment with a lovely garden within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Florence.

This is a lovely apartment with three bedrooms (two ensuite) and a lovely shared kitchen/dining area. The garden is superb and is a real bonus in nice weather and we spent some lovely family time there with great food and wine we bought at Florence market, just five minutes walk away. On arrival, we were met at the property by Maria who gave us the keys and explained to us how everything worked. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk and the Duomo is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Free wifi too. We flew into Pisa and took a cab (18 euros) to Pisa cathedral so we could visit it (and see the tower as well) then a simple (straight down one road) 15 minute walk back to Pisa central train station for the train to Florence. The apartment is about 8 minutes walk from the railway station. A fabulous break in the centre of Florence, I would recommend this place for a large family or three couples travelling together.

This property was convenient for our family’s Florence holiday.

It was fantastic to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms for our family of five. The outdoor space was a beautiful surprise in the city.

It was not as clean as we would have expected.

Close to the railway station and within walking distance of all the best things to see in Florence. The apartment is spacious and was perfect for our family of 5.

The key used to enter the building needs to used in a particular way to open the door.

Host charged 100 EUR extra for late arrival; Key locks don't work properly; Gas leakage smell able in floor (professional statement).

we paid for a 3 bedroom apartment and ended up with 2 bedrooms and extremeconcern about avoiding serious injury

the location was good

a large section of stucco about 2’ by 4’ fell of the bedroom ceiling onto the master bed. if we had been sleeping while it fell we would have been seriously injured !!! the room was covered in cement dust the owner cleaned up the room quickly and removed additional Loose stucco from the ceiling but we did not feel safe and slept in a spare room there is a regular smell of sewage in the main corridor

Lovely spot in Florence, close to train and attractions. Beautiful apartment.

Loved everything about the apartment, great location, and layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of 6. The host was great. Definitely our favorite apartment from our trip. Easy to walk to all attractions and train station.

The key was a little tricky, but we figured it out.

Amazing Stay

Would definitely try to book this place when we visit Florence again. The rooms were nicely furnished and everything was available for ready to use including the kitchen. The apartment has a nice garden with furniture where you can also relax. The best part is the location - very close to the train station as well as the historic center.

The key for the main entrance needed some mix of trial and error plus some luck to get it to work :D

We loved our stay in Florence, it was our first visit and we would all come back again.

The location was very good, the rooms were all comfortable and clean and there was a lot of space. The hosts were helpful, the garden was a real bonus, lovely. Listening to the swallows in the morning was wonderful. I would book this apartment again

The entrance hall to the apartment was a shock and I wondered what on earth I had booked as we walked into the house as the paint was peeling off the walls. The apartment itself was good. Although the apartment was quiet you did hear a lot of noise from the people walking around upstairs as the floors were tiled. The third bedroom is smaller and you don't have an ensuite but you do have a bathroom down the hall.

A great apartment for large groups and families, could be a little cleaner.

The garden was amazing, the apartment was a great size and great location.

it would have been nice to have a lounge/sitting area other than the dining table. It was also not as clean as I had hoped, there were cobwebs hanging in many corners, the floor was dirty with many lumps of fluff appearing from under beds etc.

ALERT! They are ready to rip you off

House itself is very spacious and nice but careful with the scam.

Few complaints are listed: 1. We were 7 people in our late 20s, and the host completely treat us and talk you us like we are irresponsible teenagers who should listen to their parents. 2. There was no information about the extra fee on late check-in, the host only tells you once you book. The extra cost was outrageously expensive: after 9 pm, 50euro which is almost 30% of the room rate. 2. We booked for 7 people but only 3 double beds were set, so I needed to set one sofa bed by myself. While setting the bed (no bed sheet, no blanket cover, no pillow cover: just blanket and pillows), I found several really old, almost black, bloodstains on the blanket. I found it very disgusting. But we didn't report to the host at that point to not to ruin the mood of our reunion trip. However, after checking out, he started to accuse us of the bloodstain, telling us to need to pay him back. The host and the lady (Maria) do not believe us that I saw it too when I arrived and they seem really old dark bloodstains. 3. There was no wine opener in the house, which is annoying but okay, so we asked around to the next doors but at the end, we opened the bottles with a screwdriver. Then guess what, the next day the host accuses us that we stole the bottle opener. Why the hell we would steal that.

The location was excellent! Mr Mauro was top ! Thank you for your service. !We liked the property very much. Spacious and bright ! We felt very safe .Was nice that it had a garden with furniture .

We would have liked more pillows. Two per person would be nice. Also some more drinking glasses. An apartment for 8 needs at least 8 glasses.
