Short walk to interesting places

Hotel location is good, a short walk to sightseeing locations. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at reception.

Room very basic and the toilet didn't flush properly

Hotel céntrico y limpio. Una renovación de la habitación la haría más acodera pero es funcional 100%

Situado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era amplia…la cama muy cómoda… el baño pequeño pero con todo y limpio

Quizás un lavado de cara de paredes, techo y mobiliario la haría más acogedora…

Die Lage ist gut.

Wir hatten ein sehr altes Zimmer, was entsprechend abgeranzt war. Griffe von den Möbeln lose. Im Zimmer gab es Mosquitos. Das Badezimmer war alt und sah nicht soooo sauber aus. Sehr teuer für das, was man geboten bekommt.

La camera: il.letto addossato alla parete sia alla testa che ai piedi. Per arrivare all'armadio bisognava rorolarsi sul letto. Assurdo!

Ottima posizione

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 5 giorni, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale era gentile sempre pronti a dare le giuste informazioni, le camere pulite e curate nonostante fosse un albergo a 2 stelle. Ottima posizione. Ringrazio in particolare il personale del ricevimento.

La connessione WiFi era lenta e in alcuni punti della camera non prendeva.

Located near points of interest.

Front desk was not helpful. Off site parking was difficult to figure out. The bed spread look like it hasn't been updated since the 1960s. We didn't use them. There weren't enough pillows, and the bath towels were old and raggedy.

The hotel is very well located not far from the city center and the train station, one can leave the baggage in the reception if you arrive/depart later during the day. The rooms are very spacious, there is AC.

As the building is a bit old one can hear the people in the hallway or whenever someone closes the door. The photos in the platform differ a lot form reality. The rooms are more basic and older.

Only thing was the 2 very bright red flashing lights on the smoke detector right above my eyes when trying to sleep. Take an eye mask as necessary for safety.

As a solo traveler, I lived Florence two days and this hotel provided me the best experience of it, its perfect location around 8mins walk away from the central station surrounding with a nice park, varieties of restaurants and attractions. The professional work of the beautiful Chinese receptionist also impressed me very well. My room is spacious with comfortable bathroom and the large size bed garantiert my sound sleep as if staying home.

The only stuff dissatisfy me might be the breakfast they offer. Well it was not that bad but I hope there would be more improvements in the future.

Very good

The size of the room was realy good. The breakfast was ok, poor options, but it was value, cheaper then take at the street. The breakfast attendent was very nice, "molto simpatica". The hotel is located a walking distance from every turistic site of Firenze, mainly the Mercato, Piazza San Marco e Santa Anunzziata.

They did not changed our glasses during our stay.

Excellent hotel . Lovely stay in Florence

Stayed with my daughter. Room was lovely , clean . Very nice bathroom . There was also a fridge which was useful. Location good .staff really helpful . Lovely breakfast

On booking.com I asked to book for 2 . Somehow booking was only for 1 . I paid the difference at the hotel but was not expecting this

Great room very clean and you can't hear the trains even though it's just across the road down the street you have one of the best restaurants I have ever been in and the rooms must be sound proof because nobody heard us and we didn't hear them very good.

A lot of noice from the street. No refrigerator to keep cold drinks breakfast for 6 euro was a bit to simple 3 stars was maybe a star to much. only two hangers in closet

Highly recommend

Amazing location. The room is spacious and clean. The building has lift. Breakfast is pretty good for the value. Staff is nice. I would return!

Everything was perfect. If there is one little thing I could pick on is the hotel could have irons available at request. But it does not change my overall satisfaction.

Great budget option for Florence

Good sized room for two people with lots of storing options for clothes. Room was on the side of a semi-busy street but windows kept the sound out well. Pretty good view from the second floor. Our room had old electrical sockets (3 pins), but our regular 2 pin chargers fit and worked no problem. The staff was very friendly and we were allowed to keep our bags in the reception area before we checked in and after we checked out.

Minor nitpicks but can't complain for the price and great staff.

Very good

Location was excellent, 10 minute walk from the train station and not too far from everything else we wanted to see. The building is really nice as well, the rooms are basic but was perfect for a one night stay. Check in was quick and easy, Francesca was very nice and gave us a map, food recommendations and let us store our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out.

I can't say I disliked anything.

Superb

We recently stayed at St James hotel for a night, and it turned out to be a great choice. Our room was quiet and over-looked a park. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the city's action and being conveniently close to the train station((10 minutes walk). The value for money was impressive, considering the comfort and amenities provided. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff. If you're looking for a convenient and affordable option for a one-night stay, this hotel is highly recommended.
