Peu mieux faire pour le prix déception

Piscine en cette période de forte chaleur, l’emplacement, et le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

L’absence de mise en fonctionnement de la climatisation en cette forte période de chaleur qui devrait être automatique d’autant que c’est un automate qui se programme de la réception. Ce fut une déception surtout quand on nous répond qu’il fallait se manifester. Et d’autre part, la chambre ne correspondait pas au surclassement gratuit proposé par booking. En dehors de la piscine et de l’emplacement ce sont les seuls attraits de cet établissement.

Zentrales und sehr luxiuriöses Hotel

Die ganze Anlage erinnert an einen Palast. Der gepfegte Garten mit Pool und Brunnen laden zum verweilen ein und das Personal legt sehr viel Wert auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste… Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt mitten in Firenze..!

Bien, correcto

Era amplio, nos tocó una habitación de las de afuera por lo que si llovía y demás no era tan cómodo, la habitación amplia y limpia, el personal amable, lo malo que todo en el hotel era de pago extra, queres ir a la piscina es de pago extra, las aguas de pago extra, el estacionamiento afuera pago extra. Nosotros no fuimos en auto ni tampoco estaba habilitada aún la piscina pero en caso de que si era todo extra.

Exceptional - Beyond expectations. Stunning mansion house. Warm friendly staff

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Hotel clean. Breakfast fresh and lovely with lots of choice - including vegetarian options. Pool is perfect for resting. Rooms stunning. We will return to this hotel.

A spectacular, relaxing holiday, in a great place, made special by wonderful staff.

Very central, close to all key tourism attractions, great restaurants and a lovely swimming pool, especially for the Italian summers! Staff were very friendly helpful and caring!

Overall Nice Property in a Great Location

The hotel location, the fact that it had a pool was really nice, the staff was excellent and so accommodating. This property being in historic city center of Florence was very nice.

The only parts I'd like to change about the property would be the size of the rooms were a bit on the small size, but that's likely to be expected given the location. The A/C was not the best; our room was cool but when trying to adjust the A/C to be a bit cooler we were unable.

For the price it’s not bad

It is near the train station but not on top of it. You can walk to all the major spots in 20-25 minutes. It is central.

The Hotel Royal (as the sign outside says) had its hay day a long time ago. It has fallen on hard times. the Gardens are more basic then the photos show. The front is still impressive and the lobby area has a feeling of what once was. Nothing is modern but it thankfully has WiFi. Don’t expect an iron, or ironing board, room service, free water, late check outs a heated pool etc it is much more basic.

Everything was perfect! The most chic hotel we have ever stay in! Nice breakfast!

The fact that we paid for parking even it was their private parking, but considering that we got a good discount for the hotel the 25€ for parking was worth it.

overall it was a great stay here at villa royal. met all our needs and was a very clean and quiet space.

clean and easy to navigate to. big spacious room and front concierge was nice and english speaking

the room seemed to be an old storage room with strange room, and you could hear all the noise from the corridor. I assum

the location, close to city center, easily reached by foot.
