Great location

The location was excellent, 10 mins walk to Bondi Beach.

The noise at night. There is a restaurant/Bar in the ground floor of the hotel, the music and noise is so laud at night that this could disturb your sleep at night.

Excellent hotel and staff in a great location.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Great location.

As we were there over the weekend the night club and bars in the hotel were very noisy until late. Glad I brought my ear plugs.

Everyone was so friendly

I loved the Staff they were so friendly especially the cleaning staff they were amazing and always had smiles on their faces. Nice work ladies. Will return again knowing that I have lovely staff

Good value for money and good location

It’s a great location, staff are super friendly and the bed was really comfortable.

Other people have mentioned the noise. I took a good pair of earplugs and was absolutely fine.

Noise up to the midnight at bar which comes to upstairs No lift facility on the property stairs especially if you have a few suitcases

Exceptional

Location was perfect.

Fire alarm went off there was no staff to allow the department to access different levels of the building. I had to show them around.

the noise and stale smell of beer in the hotel room hallway. super loud - maybe I'm just old. would be great if you wanted to party downstairs until the early hours of the morning. also $40 cheaper a night to book direct.

A great hotel in Bondi, it was a one night stay but perfect for my requirements

Nice, comfortable, food in their restaraunt was good adn well priced.

Comfortable stay, staff were very nice, no complaints.

Car park could be a little bigger, parking was hard on our first night, but we were able to use the hotel car park the following morning.

I know we were paying because of the area but it was less than 3 star accommodation

Location good close to our daughter. I didn’t expect the amount of nighttime noise especially from the outside.

More conscious of outside noise problems especially skateboarding of a night time around premises

Don’t stay here unless you want to be awake at 1am listening to the pumping music from the club below. Would not conside

Good location to get to Bondi Beach

The music downstairs at the club did not stop pumping until 1am, so could not sleep. Then once the club closed all the loud drunk patrons were screaming outside the venue and slamming doors and screaming down the hallways to get into their room. Had to pass over 20 policeman standing at the entrance with drug dogs to get inside the hotel at 9pm. No other way to enter or exit the hotel than going past the drunk people. Hotel room hallway smelled of Marijuana. Barely any parking at the hotel property. I would not call this a hotel!! More like some rooms above a night club.

Great location, new and clean rooms, friendly staff.

Great location! New and clean rooms. Easy for our 4 day stay over New Years. We could walk to the beach, shops and iconic Bondi spots. The hotel itself was new, renovated and the staff were friendly. Great having the pub downstairs for a drink and food. Very quiet, never any issues with noise.
