Nice apartment but noisy aircon

I stayed here with my husband and baby. The room was a decent size, much bigger than similarly priced hotels which is why we chose this one. Has a nice little kitchen and bathroom. Close to Fuji Grand shopping centre.

The aircon was quite noisy, which made it a bit hard to sleep. For some reason the laundry area was smelly. Could hear footsteps of people in the apartment above.

Für den Preis absolut fraglich.

Es war alles einigermaßen sauber und das check in und Co war okay.

- alles wirkte schon relativ abgenutzt - Internet (WLAN) war faktisch nicht möglich zu nutzen mit 0,5 bis 1 MBit im Download (Huawei 4g Router, mobile Daten hatten keinen gutem Empfang) - bett bestand aus alter federkern Matratze mit einem komischen topper drauf, der sich permanent verschob, somit nicht allzu angenehmer Schlaf - Fernseher war nicht eingerichtet, durfte ich selbst auf japanisch den Sendersuchlauf starten Wir haben die letzten Wochen für die Hälfte des Preises deutlich bessere Unterkünfte gehabt

Great central location. Clean comfy beds & room. washing machine & large balcony to hang out wet clothes.

The apartment was quite small with just a base door only (no party wall above the door) separating the bedroom & living area so no privacy between the two rooms. The sofa chairs were a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

The instructions were clearly written and displayed wherever it was necessary. Good location and accessible public transportation from the apartment.

It’s ok, but I did not feel this property cunstomer minded.

They provided enough beds for us, two parents and two primary school children. (Some property counts one child to sleep with one parent but usually beds are not enough big for sleeping together. )

The owner asked through “What’s up” to provide all passport numbers of my family. It’s not secure to send such important and sensitive information though “Whats up”. The property, especially bathroom was not good ventilated and air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Kitchen cutlery were not enough considered for customers. A tiny coffee table doesn’t suits for four people. We sat on beds and ate breakfast at a tiny coffee table with desert spoons and forks. We felt miserable.

Hiroshima is great. Maybe not this appartment.

The location is good. With lots of sight seeing nearby.

The sleeping bed was horrible. Space wise it was really cramped.

Good location, too small for the price.

Location, easy self check in and check out.

Certainly not for 4 adults. 1 bed of 140cm, a futon and two small sofa chairs that you push together to make a bed. No space or table to eat, hardly existing cutlery.

great location, a nice change from a hotel and plenty of facilities nearby

great location, close to a Mall, with food outlets, good bathroom, good communication with host,

could do with more than one plate, side plate, bowl etc and directions to the property are old (though in good detail), so finding it was a little difficult.

Very good

Well located. We were 2 people, so plenty of space. Is large for what you find in Japan. No problem with anything. Easy to find. Ok all instructions. Never the saw the owner. Quite close to most important attractions.

I think is a bit expensive for what you get.

A good place to stay in for tourists:)

The place was nice, clean and near the city center. The host was very friendly and promptly replies to messages.

It would be great if there’s alcohol / disinfectant in the place.

Very good

The room was small but nice, with an air conditioner, electric kettle and fridge. 2 of the 3 beds were comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and there were shampoo, soap, and towels.

The red sofa makes the main room entrance almost not passable and this sofa if so used and crushed it is impossible even sit on it, but it was a sleeping place. It was the only uncomfortable thing there.
