いつも通り楽しかった

朝食の際、回転させなければならないのは理解できるが、お皿を片付ける音が大きく、気になりました。あと、椅子を拭いたタオル？で、その後テーブルを拭いていて、ビックリしました。２日目は、お皿の下げるおとも、気にならず、ゆっくりすごせました。

離原爆館走路10分鐘一定會到，去哪裡都很方便，櫃檯服務人員態度很親切，整體來說是間很棒的飯店

check in 之後有頂樓的點心飲料吧雖然是小餅乾但很用心

介紹上說有宵夜但去餐廳之後並沒有找到也沒有服務人員在場有點可惜

Удобная локация, чистота, быстрая реакция на все просьбы. Чистый маленький и уютный номер, красивый вид из окна. Очень удобно пешком добираться до основных достопримечательностей и вкусных ресторанчиков.

Fantastisch uitzicht

1e nacht op een kingsize bed geslapen met z'n twee. Was niet te doen. Mochten de dag erna van kamer wisselen met twee aparte bedden. Deze kamer was vele malen beter. Het uitzicht is fantastisch.

Mag wel een update hebben. Oud en bedden ook.

ちょっと微妙。リクエストにもほぼ応えてくれなかった。

無料のバーのおツマミ、キャンディーチーズとカルパスだけ。無料だけど、他に気の利いたものがありそう。部屋のリモコンと照明器具にもホコリが。お風呂も汚れ残りあり。金額からしたらもう少し頑張って欲しいホテル。

快適でした。

フロントの接客がとても丁寧でした。

朝食をとるレストランがとても涼しくて、ブランケットを用意してもらいましたが、それでもまだ寒かったです。小さい子どもを連れての宿泊だったので、せめて直接空調の当たらない席に案内していただけたらよかったのに、と思いました。

Great views from top floor lounge

Great location close to the peace memorial museum. Great view from the lounge that served free drinks and snacks. Rooms fairly small but clean. Very good breakfast buffet.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Hiroshima

Lage war super, wir waren schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal war sehr freundlich. Toller Ausblick aus den höheren Etagen. Gut zu erreichen mit der Stadtbahn.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber, am Fenster waren noch die Kontaktlinsen von den Gästen vor uns. Und es war staubig hinterm Bett.

Would come back

The location was great, very close (few minutes walking) to the main points of interest in the city and also close to some nice restaurants/bars. The beds were comfy and wifi good. The breakfast was good as well, Japanese and Western options available.

Rooms quite compact, no lactose free milk alternatives for breakfast.

Fantastic mini stay in hiroshima

Fantastic location - surrounded by lots of food and shopping. Easy street car to/from the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had excellent blockout blinds for the morning sun. We were lucky enough to stay during the Hiroshima Flower Festival and had a festival (multiple blocks) full of food and entertainment right outside the hotel for the weekend. It's a nice easy walk from the hotel to the subway to get to Miyajima, and also to peace park.

Very minor thing - You couldn't adjust the shower head.

Estadia com excelente custo benefício. Hotel maravilhoso, recomendo!!!

Hotel é perfeito! Quartos confortáveis e o melhor: tem um rooftop com vista simplesmente incrível! Eles servem café, chá, bolachas, salgadinho, sorvete de graça durante a tarde e noite olhando Hiroshima lá do alto.

Não tenho nada a apontar.

綺麗な夜景も楽しめて、ステキな旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

フロント、エレベーター、お部屋もおしゃれでスタッフの方々のご対応が丁寧でした。特に、朝食会場のホールスタッフの女性は笑顔で気持ちの良いご対応をくださりありがたかったです。フロントでは、記念日という事でコースターのプレゼントをいただき大変うれしく思いました。

お部屋のユニットバスのシャワーフック下に、石鹸ホルダーなのか小物置きなのかポケットがあり、そこに使用済みの歯磨き粉が置いたままでした。歯磨きセットは持って行っていたので、前のお客様のものなのだな、と残念でした。

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Hiroshima

Coin operated laundry available, very clean, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast for purchase, breakfast is on upper floor and you can look out over the city, easy train ride from main station, close to shopping and food.

The rooms are small, BUT that is very common in Japan. They are very clean and organized.

Schönes Hotel mit Aussicht und in super Lage

Die Lage ist super. Ich habe das meiste zu Fuß gemacht. Die Zimmer mit der Aussicht sind gut, die sind zwar klein, so wie die meisten Hotelzimmer in Japan, aber immerhin hatte man einen kleinen Tisch mit Sitzbank. Abends hatte man die Möglichkeit bei einem Glas Wein (kostenlos) den Sonnenuntergang auf der obersten Etage zu beobachten.

An sich hat mir alles gut gefallen, das Hotel ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer merkt man es nicht, eher in der Lobby und dem Rest.

A very nice hotel for it's price, not super modern looking, but in a great location.

A very nice Hotel in the centre of Hiroshima. Staff is very nice and helpful, there's free drinks included in the Hotel restaurant. The room is quite spacious for the price and depending on the floor, a very nice view over the city

The hotel feels a bit dated, could use a fresh coat of paint here and there.

Very good! If I ever return to Hiroshima, I'm likely to stay at this hotel again.

Nice and spacious room with a good view. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great for the Peace park etc, and quite close to tramline 1. For other options for public transport there was a bit of a walk, but not too far. The pictures used on booking.com were absolutely representative of what we got at the hotel. The highlight was the breakfast and lounge area on the 25th floor. Good food for breakfast and snacks and drinks all day, with a wonderful view of Hiroshima.

ベッドが大きい、スタッフが親切、宿泊者はラウンジが使える、値段に対してお得感がある。

古いホテルのリノベーション？だと思うので仕方ないのでしょうが、お風呂周りの作りが少し古いですね。 3泊したのですが、これだけ滞在するならやはり風呂トイレ別の所がいいかなぁ…。

立地はいい。バーで時間によって楽しめるラウンジコフレールが、夜景も見ながらゆったりとした時間が過ごせた。

契約駐車場が限られていて、自家用車が停められなかった。

眺望がよいホテル

25階のラウンジが使えたこと。朝ごはんが美味しかった。眺望がよかった。

部屋が喫煙室だったが、非常に臭かった。ソフトクリームがラウンジで食べれると聞いていたが食べられなかった。お風呂が古くて汚かった。

Amazing!

Loved the window view, location and the breakfast was a m a z i n g, really the highlight of the stay plenty good food and absolutely delicious and clean. There is a guest lounge where they give amenities most part of the day, there is a happy hour time for free booze, then late snacks like yogur and cookies. Staff is super friendly and they do the best to keep you comfortable. There are umbrellas for you to use while your stay complimentary. This was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan

호텔 위치도 발군이며, 청결, 서비스 어느하나 부족한 점이 없습니다. 한국인이 일반적으로 느끼는 방 크기도 비교적 넓었으며, 최상위층의 라운지 무료이용도 쾌적합니다. 체크아웃 후, 아내 몸 상태가 안 좋아서 로비에 앉아 있었는데 괜찮냐고 여쭤봐주시고, 물을 챙겨주시는 등 많은 도움을 주셔서 다시 한번 감사하다는 말씀 드리고 싶습니다. 히로시마에 다시 방문하면, 또 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

非常に快適で満足でした。

交通機関とのアクセスも良く、周辺に飲食や雑貨をそろえられる店舗も多数あり、非常に便利でした。朝食も最上階からの眺めが良い場所で、食事内容も和洋中のバリエーション豊富で美味しく頂きました。

眺めはよい、施設が完備、スタッフの対応がいい。

冬時期で、中央空調が動かないため、とっても蒸し暑い。スタッフの方をファンを守ってくれたでなんとなく乗れました。
