We were unable to use some of the facilities onsite ie pools we were under the impression we could pay to use them however we were not allowed to use them at all. Very disappointing especially for the grandchildren.
3.0
The property was great, the rooms were a great size. Everything was really tidy and easy to find and the property itself did have everything you needed.
The facilities within the Atlantic Reach resort looked great, with a pool, tennis court and some other great things to do, however, we did not have access to any. We did ask if we were able to pay a day pass at the site however, they confirmed that it would be £40 a month from the property owner. If we had this the property would have been exceptional. The location of the property was also a bit further outside of Newquay meaning that driving was a mandatory everyday for the property.

House was spacious, well equipt and perfect for our break
Upstairs floor boards very creaky waking the whole house if someone went to the bathroom in the night. Front double bedroom had dirty items left under the bed. Didn't ruin our stay and would book again

It was perfect for us, family and friends, all adults, in this large house with plenty of bathrooms and space to lounge at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean, as was everything else. Plenty of pots and pans and crockery, the kitchen was well provided, no complaints! Didn't have time to try any local facilities on the Atlantic Reach, we were out a lot. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you!
A very minor point in the grand scheme of things, but quite a few light bulbs were out, but that's it. I told you it was minor.

Everything especially the beds so so comfortable and the location.

The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We were surprised and delighted to see we had been left milk, tea towels, dishwasher tablets and welcomed with scones, jam and cream. A bedroom and bathroom downstairs was great for our elderly mom.
Nothing really - we would definitely book again

Location of property, very peaceful
On site facilities could only be booked 2 days in advance with a leisure pass, on site cafe was closed, very disappointe
Oasis Pool 10 mins away which was excellent value and could be booked online that day

We were very happy with our stay.

A home from home. Spacious and well presented.
Floorboards upstairs very creaky.

We all loved the space and the house
There was a lot of ants downstairs and few bins haven't been emptied. It would be great as well if the booking said we can not use the leisure facilities on site because it is a private rental.

The property was clean, spacious and well looked after. The beds were comfy and thought put in for cooler evenings with extra blankets. Plenty of pillows and towels.
The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. wifi worked a treat and the games supplied were amazing for the family.
The hoover may not have been emptied as when we used it the place smelt of dog, and we didn’t have pets with us. I know the property accepts pets but I was glad there was no trace of hairs etc in the property, we only noticed it when we used the hoover.

Seathrift had all facilities that you would want in a holiday home. If was clean and enough toilets for everyone.
Parking was always packed so we had to park a bit further.
4.0
Great location and very good sized house.
When we registered at reception, we were told that we were not allowed to use the pools/gym etc as the owner hadn't paid for this privilege. It didn't much matter to us as adults but had we bought the kids, it would have been a problem!
3.5
Facilities e.g. Netflix, hair dryers in every room, property size, location, communication from owner, size of property and value for money.
Disappointed with the level of cleanliness considering we were told not to check in until 3pm due to a ‘thorough’ COVID clean. We found socks left under beds and kids plastic toy from previous occupants, table was not cleaned, thick dust behind radiators and furniture, some bowls and plates had not been cleaned properly and the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs etc. We found chewing gum under the banister etc. Bathrooms were clean and rooms were comfortable. The house felt tired. Overall though for the cost we were happy with the accommodation and liked the cream tea welcome pack, good communication from owner.

The house was great, perfect for us with the dogs. Everything we needed was there. A small garden would have been a bonus, but we took the dogs out to the beach early every morning instead.
The facilities on the complex were unavailable to us because we were renting private accommodation. Would have been nice to have the option to use the pool / gym.

Comfortable spacious accommodation in a nice location. Good central location in Cornwall
Atlantic reach facilities poor for non members, would have been nice to pay a weekend fee to use all the facilities

Property was clean and they left for as a basket with goodies.
Everything was fine.

Location was brill. Size of house great. Parking good also. Milk and scones on arrival which was nice.
Floorboards!! Terribly noisy. Couldn’t get our baby and toddler to sleep as every time we moved, the floor boards creaked and it woke them. Floor was really hard as there was no underlay under the carpet.
Also lots of ants so not sure where they were coming from.
