Was a lovely sized house very clean and spaciousx
Nothing major two of the shower rails holding the shower head up had come away so kept moving when in the shower and the downstairs bed broke the first night and we reported it at reception but it never got fixed so we didn’t have a great night sleep even though we wasn’t there long.

Cracking size property. All bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. The property had everything we needed for our stay
The place could do with a little TLC but nothing that affected our stay

Great open plan living space for the whole family.
Couldn’t use the on-site facilities, but we did know this beforehand.

The house was lovely and a great size. Facilities were perfect and had everything we needed.
Lovely decor and comfy beds. Duvets were a bit thick for me but that's just me. Overall a really great place, would stay again.
The scones and cream on arrival were a really nice touch.
Hadn't switched on the hot water so ended up having a cold bath. Had to hunt around trying to work out how to do it.
No one at reception all weekend so couldn't register car to get parking permit. But did email and they replied right away to say they would pass on my details. I couldn't see any permits in other cars so I hope that was enough. Everything else was really great.

Loved the open plan, plenty of room for the family with enough bathrooms for all.
Would have been nice to be able to use the swimming pool and other leisure facilities on site instead of having to drive elsewhere.

a little tired but great family space & nice & clean.
needs some updating.

The house was very spacious, clean and in a great location. It was such a bonus to be able to bring the dogs. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. The beds were comfy, the showers were hot and powerful and the key safe made it easy for everyone in the house to access it. We cant wait to come back.
There were a few ear wigs crawling on the kitchen floor throughout our stay. The water in the upstairs bathroom ran brown for the first bath but fine after that. We had to turn the Wifi off at the wall every now and then but that wasn't too bad at all.

The location was good but the address was wrong so it took us quite a time to find. The address should be updated to allow the next users to find the property easily
A lot of mess out the back of the house and the dinner table was very sticky, despite several attempts tp clean the table it stayed sticky. Water was much to hot and could easily burn children.

Great location, easy to find just off the A30. House is comfortable, well equipped and with 3 bathroms is ideal for large groups. Hosts were very responsive to little glitches, thank you so much for the welcome pack of a Cornish Cream Tea, milk, tea, coffee etc, scones, jam and clotted cream were just delicious!
You do need a car to stay here though; on site swimming pool, gym not open to us but we were fully aware of this before booking. Wonderful beaches of Watergate (12 min drive), Holywell (20 min) and Perranporth (20 mins) closeby with Newquay just 15 mins away

Brilliant location! Central to everything we wanted to do.
Beds were so uncomfortable. Internet signal none existent and needed with two teenagers! Tv reception appalling. And dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests!

The location of the property was excellent. Close to Newquay and also close to the A30 to access the rest of Cornwall.
The property was nicely decorated and had plenty of kitchen accessories to get by. 3 bathrooms were also extremely helpful
Genuinely, it was nice. Ok for the purpose but a few things need to be fixed to justify the amount of money being charged
The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I saw a couple of other reviews that mentioned these and we looked past it. But in truth, everyone that stayed had a problem other than than the youngest kids. It’s time to replace
The dining room table was very sticky after cleaning and many of the chairs need fixing as they are loose.
The boiler is extremely noisy
The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare. There is a driveway of sorts that sits to the side of the property but you risk being blocked in by people who don’t want to walk 100yds to a space.
The WiFi is a frustration as you have to text the owner when you need a top up. Surely it’s easier and cheaper to get an unlimited plan?

The size and layout of the house was perfect for all the family to stay so we didn’t feel all squashed up. We knew before we arrived that access to the site facilities were not available but I could understand some visitors being frustrated about this especially those with young children.
The property has obviously been well used over recent years, and the owners need to spend some money on certain upgrades. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is broken and uncomfortable it needs replacing, so too do some of the pillows. There was no plug to the kitchen sink, and when items get broken I am not sure they are being replaced there were only three tea spoons. The patio at the back needed cleaning and the trees were overhanging that badly at the rear of the property that they were coming in the back bedroom window. Also a review of the cleaners needs to be considered, the family who stayed before us wrote in the visitors book that the oven was dirty and smelt. In fact it was a dirty grill pan that had been left in the oven, the cleaners hadn’t dealt with this prior to our arrival but not to worry we popped it in the dishwasher and left it clean. Eventually the property will require a redecoration to spruce it up to enable the owners still to charge the prices they are doing and to get repeat business.
10.0
The space of the house and facilities for BBQ, car parking etc
Room doors doesn't lock properly and the WiFi connection wasn't very strong
5.0
The living area was big and plenty of space.
Owners were helpful on arrival.
Welcome basket was a lovely touch.
Beds need replacing as very small and heavily worn, not a very comfortable nights sleep.
Bath towels were tiny, jacuzzi bath wasn’t working, oven was dirty, couldn’t see out of the upstairs windows due to the trees growing into them. Outside area was very poor but has the potential to be very good. Couldn’t use any of the site facilities due to private rental. Kitchen equipment was poor, had to purchase a frying pan, spatula and tongues, would benefit from a washing machine inside.
The house needs to be heavily upgraded to justify the price paid.

House was pretty amazing. Big spaces.
Theres nothing to do around. Needed cars to move around to buy stuffs.

House was lovely, site was appalling
The site was dreadful, reception closed, children's pool should be closed due to health and safety, pub not open until 5pm, site dirty, won't be returning.

It was comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus and great value for money
The property needs a little tlc
