Such a great house and property. Perfect for multi-family, each bedroom has a bathroom. Spacious house with a good layout. Has all the amenities needed. The property is quiet and peaceful yet just a 2 minute drive to the beach and town. The fire pit, kids play structure and hot tub are what sold this place for us, also loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch.

This is a great place to rest, relax, explore, run around, soak in a spa while watching the grandkids play in the playhouse house. Did I mention the majestic Redwood trees on the property?

Our family of 6 spent 5 nights at the farmhouse. It was our 2nd time staying here. The entire property is very comfortable and quiet with lots of space to spread out. It’s only about a mile off of the highway, so the location is perfect. The house is very clean and everything we needed was provided. There was no need for us to contact the host. We look forward to staying here again.

The informational binder could have had a lot more information in it. Password was password (lower case), not what was texted to us. No coffee filters! Even Super* gives you the means to make coffee (we did bring our own coffee...) Matches were hidden, DVD player didn't work. The gutters were full and pouring rain right into the walkway at house corner. I got soaked packing out and couldn't get the dryer to work (lint screen detector, which we cleaned and still didn't work!!) so I left the house in cold, wet clothes. We'll rent a different house next time, for sure.

This was a great place except for the hot tub. A person came out to fix it and said it probably wouldn’t be usable. It was not ok until the last night there. Having said all that. The place was beautiful and I would stay there again. It was very spacious with a big dining/kitchen table. It was great for family members to talk.

Lovely home! Perfect for our little get away weekend. So peaceful in the mornings, best morning sun towards the end of summer. The house was really spacious, didn't feel crowded. Highly recommend for a big party or family to stay.

Mostly well, the hall bathroom had an annoying odor! Smelled like cat urine! Called about someone was suppose to come, we were gone most of day so don’t l don’t know if anyone showed up it still smelled remainder of trip. You need to replenish silverware! There were only like 3 teaspoons but 12 forks!! There were BIG soup spoons. But that doesn’t work very well. Specially with small children. tan out of dishwashing tabs!

The home is beautiful and serene. The outdoor area is large and very relaxing, especially with the fire pit and grill. The close proximity to the beach was a big plus. Over all me and family had a wonderful time there, my only regret is that I didn’t book more days.

We are originally from FB, we went for a family members 70th birthday. The house was great! Plenty of room, plenty or outdoor space. The only bad thing i would say is needed more TP, paper towels things like that. Beautiful home! Thank you!

Good, Needs a new bed in guest room, date on mattress Jan 1988!! Even with a topper could fee springs! Please purchase a toaster! That toaster oven does not work properly. Timer lights go off when in shower! Back bathroom trim needs to be finished going to ruin sub floor! Really is a great property just needs a little more TLC

This home is so spacious! Perfect for a large family. It is situated next to the caretakers house, but there is plenty of trees and privacy, especially from the backyard. The house is charming and very well stocked. It was very clean and there was lots of great information. The daily fee is great for what's included. We used the grill, hot tub, and fire pit, so fun! However Vacasas fees are so ridiculous. It cost almost a whole night for cleaning fees for my husband and I to use 1 room. Nothing against the home but definitely a downside.

This large and comfortable home with easy access to the wonders of the Mendocino coastline was a perfect fit for my group, including my 4 and 7 year old sons. The backyard is a great place for young minds to play and explore complete with a play fort. There is a hot tub and fire pit with plenty of firewood to enjoy the outdoors even when it’s a bit chilly. The kitchen has what you need to cook for a family, which we did nearly every night we were there. There are three bedrooms and bathrooms all comfortable beds and space to stretch out. The skylights allow lots of natural light to come in and the woods and quiet make it peaceful. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay in the Farmhouse. The setting is idyllic, nestled amongst the towering redwood trees. It felt private and secluded but was only an easy 5 minute drive into Ft Bragg and just 20 mins from nearby Mendocino. The space itself is very comfortable and spacious. Our toddler had great fun running around in the large yard. My only complaint is that the hot tub was not functioning well during our stay and would not heat above 99 degrees. If you plan on using this amenity I recommend checking with the host to see whether it has been restored to full functioning. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely return.

We had the best time! The home is spacious and clean and all details are attended to. The best VRBO we’ve ever rented, so much great space outside for the kids to explore and feels like you’re in your own private forest. We absolutely will be back!

Beautiful home, great location, property is lovely. The only thing I found odd is that one of the bedrooms has a double bed! Spring for the queen size bed! I would make this fabulous property over the top!!
