Excellent location, clean, when needed extra duvet it was delivered immediately. Lots of space for 5 of us and plenty of hot water for us all. We would book this property again if staying in the area.
Every guest had a bath towel but only one hand towel between us. It would have been nice to have had one each.

Pleasant view.
The kitchen was odorous as was the apartment, really unpleasant.

Fabulous location and views. Overall clean and welcoming
There were no instructions for the oven and we could not get the oven to heat, only the grill part. Also no instructions for coffee maker and lacked little things like lamp in dining area, mirrors in bedrooms and we disliked the bedding as it was not cotton. If we return again we will bring our own bed linen!

The sea view.
This place reminds me of what I would consider a HMO being like. It was dirty and so overpriced.
On arrival you are greeted with a shabby facade of tired paintwork and cheap fixtures and fittings. When you get to the flat and shut the door behind you is a hole in the wall that from previous reviews has been there a while. The bedrooms are not like in the pictures of bright clean rooms, they have old devan beds with nylon covers and old worn out mattresses, the view was something else.
The bathroom taps are all backwards so if you turn them off as normal you accidentally turn the pressure up and soak the bathroom. The bath handle was on the top of the cupboard.
The tiles in the hall are cracked and tired, the useful washing machine in the kitchen pictures was not there, cupboard doors were really grubby loose tap, dirty oven, minging bin, the kitchen needed a good clean as mentioned before in other reviews.
The living room windows are dirty inside and out, door just old with brocken seals, long black hairs on the curtains and bed. Settees old and uncomfortable as in previous reviews. The photos on the website have so been photoshopped.
The balcony is damaged and needs redecorating like the furniture.
The property book is less than useless as there is no information on rubbish, recycling, how to turn the heating off. Did have an item at the end about drug abuse not been tolerated.
The music noise at 1am kept us awake quite a few nights.
It's a really good job they took the £1350 for a weeks stay fee six weeks before we stopped as I would have stayed at the hotel next door for £100 a night.
They could offer a residence parking permit but no you have to pay the underground car park charges on top of their massive rental fee.
I would not normally leave such a bad review but this deserves one.
Just a shame I can't upload more photos I took 25.
Shocking. We left early as could not spend another night there.

beautiful views and great location. Lovely apartment with nice little touches such as the biscuits and cereals they left in the kitchen for us.
balcony had a towel on the floor and it could do with a really good clean

The location was excellent with nice views out to sea. Everything (incl railway station) is just a short walk away, Paid for a week's parking at the underground carpark opposite and we could have got away with not using the car at all during our week's stay.
A few things were broken when we arrived (sideboard door, chair seat); the Nespresso machine settings did not work so you had to keep button pressed for the required length of poor. The shower had a mind of its own. The oven temperature was not correct. Only 4 mugs, so we were constantly washing up. No coffee cups to use with the Nespresso machine.

Beautiful location, right next to the beach with gorgeous sea views through the large living room windows. All of the attractions were right on our doorstep.
We had everything we needed, it was clean, easy key collection /return and very quiet neighbours.
The interior design is quirky and fits the seaside location well. It was super comfortable for the whole family. The beds were brilliant in size and firmness with lots of different types of pillows, so there's one for every preference.
The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner waiting for us in the bathroom, as well as the wide selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cornflakes, jams and biscuits etc were a nice touch, which made it feel homely. There's an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, clothes drying rack, a coffee machine and lots of chairs and stools, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils etc...literally all you need.
Large apartment and very good value for money.
We had a great family weekend escape and will definitely return :)
There were a few signs of wear and tear (small hole behind main door and bathroom towel rail loose on one side) but nothing of huge concern, i guess that added to the homely feel.
The terrace door handle was a bit difficult to operate and the toilet was quite noisy on flushing. However, none of these would prevent us from going again.

The apartments location is perfect, seafront and within walking distance of all of Hastings attractions, inclusive of the caves, aquarium, crime museum and pier! Apartments parking is very convenient, apartment was very clean and well kept. The balcony is stunning for a morning coffee. Instructions from owners was super clear and easy to understand!
The grey sofa is alittle uncomfortable to sit on.

Location excellent. Generous size apartment. Views from apartment fantastic. Lovely to have balcony.
Furniture tired, very uncomfortable and dusty. The heating device “nest” is not easy to operate. Lift not working. Flat sheet improvised into a fitted sheet, never seen anything like it.

Everything!!
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Would be good to get a sheet for it, to go with the duvet and pillow.

A very nice flat with an excellent location. Everything was clean and comfortable. It all worked well. I would recommend it to others.
Thank you very much
Nothing really. The lighting inn the sitting room wasn't brilliant for reading. A minor point

Amazing view from balcony however it wasn't as clean outside.
Bathroom door could not be locked ... not ideal especially if you travelling with friends or family. Saw alot of fights right outside due to being right next to council flats so not ideal . Had to ask for more toilet paper and tea ... despite saying no the manager dropped them off. Squeaky beds.

Easy to find, very nicely decorated apartment in central Hastings with plenty of space for two people. Very good water pressure and quiet.
The beds are quite soft and the couches could be a little more relaxing to enjoy the sea view, bit of you aren’t planning on spending lots of time inside, it’s no problem.

Excellent location .Sea view. Decor . cleanliness.
Heavy, self closing doors inside and outside the apartment. There was NO FREEZER compartment in the fridge. Heavy duvets and squeaky bed!! The hot water tap in the bathroom washbasin was opening in the wrong direction., so before we figured it out, I was wet all over!!

The place itself is perfect! The balcony is just heaven as you can sit there and enjoy the view. The rooms are quite big. The location is convenient as the shops and attractions are nearby.
The only things we didnt like is the bed. The bed is making noise when we move. If you
