Perfect spot for this prize

Very friendly and kind people, they’re always there for you when you need them. The room is small, but you get everything what you need. First, the door didn’t open (you have to pull first and then push) but they were there for us and helped us fast. For this prize the peeeeerfect accommodation. ☺️🙏

Un sitio aceptable a un precio asequible

Me gustó la ubicación y también el precio, de los más asequibles de la ciudad. Dado que venía del "horno" de Mallorca, se agradecen esas temperaturas en Santander. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo suficiente y está bien distribuída, si bien yo pondría una ducha un poco mayor, ya que apenas puede uno moverse dentro y el hueco que dejan las mamparas para entrar a la ducha o salir de ella, es muy reducido; una persona un poco más gruesa que yo, no entraría y, además queda algo de espacio entre el inodoro y la ducha que se podría aprovechar. No estaría de más poner un ventilador ya que en la tarde da un rato el sol.

No me gustó, sobre todo la nula insonorización; algunos huéspedes llegaban muy tarde o marchaban muy temprano, es decir, que se les podía oír ducharse, mover muebles, toser, las conversaciones, etc. después de las 12 y antes de las 7, horas en las que yo suelo dormir. Tampoco me gustó tener que recoger las llaves en el restaurante, sobre las 14.30 o más, con el comedor lleno y yo muy cansado, esperando a ser atendido en la barra del bar. Cabe decir que mi habitación era la primera entrando por la puerta de la calle (patio, realmente) así que el portazo cada vez que alguien entraba o salía era inevitable. Me cambiaron las sábanas una vez en los 5 días que estuve y las toallas solamente el penúltimo día y porque dejé una nota solicitándolo. Ese día, también porque lo pedí, me dejaron un champú, cosa que agradecí porque los otros días me tuve que duchar y lavar el pelo con gel. Había por toda la habitación unos bichitos muy pequeños que no picaban ni molestaban pero resultan desagradables.

La ubicación de la Pensión y la amabilidad de los dueños así como la de la persona que limpia.

La ciudad estaba toda con las calles cortadas por reparaciones, en especial la calle Cisneros del Alojamiento por lo que nunca pude llegar y me fui a Guijon, lastima que no me avisaron que existia ese problema perdí tiempo y plata

Que no avisaron de los problemas de tránsito

Petite pension familiale

Personnel très sympa et très serviable. Équipe très réactive si un souci surgit.

Les portes de douche de ma chambre devraient être changé mais tout était très propre. Par contre d'autres chambres les douches étaient parfaites.

Muy económico pero podría ser más comfortable

El precio y que está muy céntrico.

Se oyen bastante los ruidos de otras habitaciones y la que me tocó a mí era algo incómoda porque una puerta del armario no se podía abrir entera porque chocaba con la mesita de noche.

Very good location, decent accommodation for a few days.

Very good location, in the city centre. The closest beach is about 2.5 km away.

The room could be clearer. The towels were very warned out, could have been replaced. The staff can’t speak a single word in English, except one person, which finally I managed to get in contact with.

Very well located in the center of the city. Staff is lovely; I enjoyed the food from the restaurant and checkout was very smooth as well. The bedroom was comfortable and clean,

comfortable bed and lovely people. good bathroom products, clean

shower drain dirty and unsightly. could not fit comfortably in shower and doors opened awkwardly. good temperature though.

Everything was really great, staff is very friendly! Perfect location, tasty and cheap food in the restaurant

There was a little bit of smell in the bathroom which would bother if staying at the hotel for a while.

It's a cheap apartment, worth the money but there are few things to compromise

Good location (city center is close), Cheap price and nice staff

Urine-smelled apartment entrance, no enough heating during colder nights, insufficient bedsheets, wet walls
