Clean, comfortable and modern. Great breakfast!
Our room was near the breakfast and there was some noise

Location was great, it was really private and the popular places not far away. Has a menu were you can order a lunch or a dinner at the reception. Breakfast was okay, different Italian cakes and croissants as well as vegetables, eggs, yogurts, cereals. Staff was really welcoming, always asked if you need something more and made you feel comfortable. Room was cleaned between our two days of stay.
They had all the things you need - shower gel, shampoo, conditioneer, even body scrub and intimate wash, body cream.
The only problem was the sound insulation through the doors. Had a room 11 which is right by the breakfast place and you could hear all the noises and talks from there in the room. A big problem for late sleepers, couldn’t sleep because of the noises. And couldn’t understand how to turn off the lights in the bathroom. When going to the bathroom at night, they switched on and only after some time switched off.
Hair dryer was very heavy and not so good, took a long time to dry the hair.

Amazing quiet corner with a beautiful garden right next to the historical and archeological sites.
I loved the comfortable and cozy room with a balcony view of the garden, contemporary design and lighting. Relaxing bathtub and shower amenities.
The breakfast was delicious, including pancakes and different pies every day.
The staff was kind and helpful, and the common area with a fireplace (in winter) is also very inviting.
Perfect for a romantic holiday.
A really great experience, I look forward to coming back!
The bed was quite big, but still a sofa bed - not the most comfortable ever. But I slept fine.

Una estancia estupenda

That it was close to Circus Maximum, and not too far from downtown.
- that there is an additional wall on the top of the beds that is very dangerous. My friend and I hit very bad our heads due to it is of the same color of the walls, and there is no warning signs of it. When we complained, the counter told us that “yeah, that happens… we are evaluating to do something so that kind of accidents won’t happen again”. I don’t know how difficult it is to just paint it as a different color.
- the beds are really small. I know that hotels in Europe do not necessarily have wide beds, but these one were pretty small.
- The water of the shower stagnates and runs out of the bathroom. It was a mess every time we took a shower.

Ritorneremo sicuramente, ci siamo trovati troppo bene.

Great location and a nice break from the craziness of Rome

We loved staying at Fauno Urban Resort. Away from the crazy noise of the city, but close enough to walk to see a lot of the sites. I had a bad back, so we had to take a taxi everywhere but everything seemed really close. They had one of the nicest breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel in a while, and when we arrived in the afternoon we were able to grab a lite lunch which was also very good. The pictures of the pool don't do it justice (I think the green tile throws off the color) and it was so nice to jump in after a day of wandering and cool off before bed. Speaking of cool, the AC worked better than any of the other places that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was fanastic and extremely helpful with anything we needed, even making sure we had transportation to and from the train and airport. It's a cute, quiet quaint resort and if we make it back to Rome again, we will definitley look to stay there first.
We were very happy with the accomodations.

Lovely and quiet location with pleasant pool area and garden - slightly off the beaten track but close to Coliseum and Palatine hill. Staff were generally very nice and helpful
Hotel felt understaffed especially at breakfast time when food and coffee often ran out and guests had to ask for things to be replenished. Pool area is lovely but it needed some attention - garden a bit untidy and overgrown. Expected more given the cost of the hotel
I had a major issue on arrival as I could not access the hotel and no-one answered the bell or the phone (hotel access is only via a gate that is locked 24 hrs a day and only accessible with an access card or by being buzzed in by staff). Luckily my sister was already at the hotel so was able to help, otherwise I would have been stranded on a dark street late at night which is not at all safe. Even when I accessed the hotel, the night staff were completely unaware or prepared for my late arrival. We raised this issue with the hotel but to be honest do not believe it was treated with the degree of seriousness it should have. I had contacted the hotel in advance to advise them of my late arrival and to check that there would be no issues (they said no problem) and my sister had also spoken the staff at reception earlier that day to confirm that everything would be fine. I would not recommend this hotel if you are arriving late at night.

It is like an oasis of calm when just outside it’s doors it is busy.
Nice pool.
Lovely grounds.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Doesn’t have a gym but that’s okay.
Could have a more extensive hotel bar.

They were helpful to arrange transportation to the airport but… they do work with illegal tax drivers (not the regular taxi drivers who have standard prices for airport transportation). It was an unpleasant surprise- the driver was late and made us pay more than the usual €50,- rate the legal taxis do. He made us feel unsafe.

Nothing, no complaints.
