Easy location, clean room and very accommodating staff. Would stay again.

Staff was wonderful and accommodated us with breakfast planned the night before we had to leave early the following morning. Decent location in proximity to city center/markets - prepare to hike though, lots of ups and downs from hotel. Easy to find. Clean, large room and comfortable pillows/bed.

Nothing directly about hotel but often difficult to get a taxi but jeeps are frequent so maybe not an issue if you’re used to it.

Hotel which runs out of towels

Spacious clean and comfortable rooms

They run out of towels and havent been able to provide new towels till 9 pm. That was totally unacceptable. Breakfast a la carte which could be ordered to the room or taken in the small lobby. Need to be ordered in advance otherwise long waiting times. Location on a road with many traffic, not much around there but at least jeepney to downtown only 5-10 mins

Our short Baguio trip was super comfortable and relaxing thanks to Hotel Tugos and its staff.

- The view is super nice. - Location is accessible. Taxi’s and jeepneys are always passing by. - Clean room and bathroom. - Staff is super nice and approachable.

- Needs a little improvement on the complimentary breakfast. (Pancakes were bland)

4 stars for me, will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

I like the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom, no molds on the tiles, ample supply of toiletries. Food was good in serving size. Staff are all friendly, courteous and approachable.

The restaurant has limited variety of food to order, breakfast was plated but I remember seeing it at the website as buffet style. Room service food served was cold including the coffee.

All i like same 5 star hotel confortable,so very big bed 2bed in 1 room not expensive comfortable, i book 3nights but i extend 1 night coz im happy to stay i come baguio i first i book other hotel but not comfortable that why i change hotel in hotel tugos more comfortable i comeback here.the staff is friendly good free breakfast so very nice breakfast you can choose .have small fridge, the toilet is clean nice to stay.

Clean, big room and very friendly staff

Staff are accommodating and helppful. Shoutout to the guard who was very helpful to hail taxis. Also to the receptionist when we arrived, she was so friendly and helpful.

Only little flaw with the food. Tocino was too tough, also we ordered hot choco but served with coffee. To not inconvenient and not waste the coffee, we just asked to replace 1 coffee with hot choco since I don’t drink coffee. Waited 15 mins but hot chocolate still not served, we followed up and just told that the first server did not tell that we asked it to be replaced with hot choco.

I am very satisfied with the stay, friendly staff, good hotel interior design, and spacious rooms.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are great and helpful, friendly but above all, the interior of the hotel is very good.

The breakfast is only in buffet every weekends, but this is just miniscule.

The restaurant always évent never free for the guest hôtel. The breakfast waooo so horrible, they served you water and said is coffee🤣... At check out they said i drink one beer .. i never drink alcool 🤣🤣.. So they keep the 1000 pesos caution 🤣.. hey guy i leave you tips 1000 hahaha you ridiculus...

Good Value for money

The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. They have electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Delicious breakfast buffet and the restaurant is organise. The hotel staff are very friendly and approachable.

i don’t think the bed sheet in one of the bed has not been changed as I saw a hair tie in the bed and the sheet don’t look fresh.
