Great if you are with a group of 10 and just want to sleep, but otherwise not to be recommended

There was somebody at the reception and the location was as described

There was no sitting room as there were two bunk beds and nothing you expect in a sitting room - see picture. Reception was generally unmanned and WiFi only worked in the 'sitting room'. Water dripped rather than flowed in the shower. Only good to spend the noght but not a comfortable hotel

Nice accommodation at a good value for our money.

Our family room was spacious and clean, I also liked that there is a safe parking space for our car. The facility is well secured and protected from outsiders using a biometric access. Also, Charity was so helpful with all our needs and even helped us with our luggage.

The water pressure seems to drop down at some point in the morning and consequently the water heaters do not operate on low pressured water flow.

Great suites, good value

The good reviews are justified. Fantastic place, so much space, hot water shower, toilet paper, towels, kitchenette etc. Everything you need is there. Quiet sidestreet, so not even noisy from outdoors. Restaurants, shops are a five minute walk away.

I really have to look hard for something... the Wifi did not work on the rooftop.

location is a bit far but walkable. the room is clean but there is no lift. staff is friendly and accomodating

Accessibility. Convenient for family. Comfortable bed pillows & llinens. Clean. A warm shower is available. I like that there were two rooms for a couple or family. The veranda is an extra room with a view of the city.

It's minor. The kettle or water heater is broken, but still works.

Great Place to Stay and Relax.

This my 2nd time staying and I am always satisfied with the overall condition of property. The location is great it is near the well known places in the city, the room is big I think it can fit up to 10 people and it is super clean as well.

Near to the city center, quiet neighborhood, courteous staff, spacious rooms

Bathroom is fine but noticed that water pressure is quite low. On our last night, water pressure was good but hot water is not as hot as when the pressure was low.

It was a great stay. We were comfy.

Location was great. Good value for money since we got a Genius discount from booking.com. Lots of beds, can fit as many as 10 in a group. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No towels, but you can rent for Php 50 each.

It was good value for money. The family room was nice. It has the basics of hotel-apartments. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cleanliness, prompt response from the staff

Lack of parking space. Hot shower is not consistent as per experience from our assigned room. The mono block plastic chairs, although cleaned appears to be old and black stained. Perhaps replace with new sets of mono blocks or with a different color.

All women work there. And anything that needed to be fixed they took care of right away.

The toilet seat was broken in one bathroom, but they replaced it right away with a brand new one. And ants got near the table, but I think I wiped them out. Anyway we told the front desk and I'm sure they took care of it.

It has no elevator and not recommended for those with seniors., we stayed in the 3rd floor and with 2 seniors with us. It's hard to get a cab if you're living early (like 5am and before).

Very roomy. Comfortable furniture.

Badly needs a deep clean n a paint job. The cleaner can only do so much. Had a kitchen yet no utensils. Had a TV but very bad reception. Doors locked but most windows didnt close properly. Hot water in the shower but no other.
