I booked this hotel because of its location. Strategically located near SM Baguio and the bus station.
The room was very small. I guess it was the butterfly room. I can hardly pass by in between the corner of the bed and the wall of the room. I feel claustrophobic because of the shape and size of the room. It is neither rectangle nor square. I wanted to transfer to another room but i was too tired to go through that process so i just slept off. Anyway, we just stayed for the night.
They can add more light in the reception at night as it is very dark
They can add a signage of the hotel at an eye level so it can be easily located.

Coffee bar was delicious! View from rooms were beautiful! And room service was perfect!

It’s near the busy streets of Baguio, a few steps away from SM and Session road. They have a free valet service too!

Staffs are nice and very accommodating. Located in front of SM - prime location.
A bit pricey for its rate. On our first day, ac is not working so we requested to have it checked. They moved us to another available room however, the next morning ac is also not ok. We asked to have it checked but need to wait for their tech at 9am so for the meantime they offered a fan. Fortunately, after they have checked, ac worked.

The room is quite small for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids

I really love that it’s super close to SM Baguio, session road, burnham park and night market. Perfect location. Facility is also great as well as the friendly staff.
There isn’t a thing I didn’t like. But I would like to make a suggestion to clean the barrier on the Balcony and wash the curtains thoroughly.

Everything from the facilities to amenities. Like the food also. The hotel is accessible to all tourist spots too

the location is perfect. definitely an advantage to be across sm Baguio and Burnham park.
the exterior and interior ambience is too dark. not cozy for its price point. the bathroom could have been cleaner. no face towels only bath towels not meeting the price point. it feels too small for its price point almost claustrophobic on how enclosed it feels. especially in the hall ways.

walking distance to SM and night market. good food and coffee.
small restaurant. limited bar.

Room is not whats we booked i believe. The carpet is moist, the room has molds felt you can catch a lung infection or virus. The cleanliness i would say is not at par with what you pay for. Its already a price of a 4 star considering breakfast is not included.
Location is good and accessible

cozy lobby , polite and helpful staff, quick service
the smell of the room…when taking a bath the waters spreads in the toilet no barriers and it gets really wet!! i hated it as well as the smell of the room, but the other room we booked panda room was ok no smell

Location is what made me book this place because it’s convenient and close to the main attractions. The staff were nice. Elevator functions well. Love the lobby ceiling design.
I’ve stayed here before about 3 years ago, and I can say that it’s not as clean as it was before. The lighting in the room was dim, but good thing the outside light was good. The furniture needs to be changed in this panda room — the sofa chair is sagging and dirty, the mattresses also have sagging/uneven indentations, the flooring is faded, the TV doesn’t work, plus the shower pressure is not good. The Christmas decor in the past was more festive than this, and the overall vibe is not as happy as I remember it being like it was. This place needs an update or else it will just age like the other old hotels around Baguio. Given that it’s located in a Main Street, the road and neighboring noises can heard in the room even with the sliding doors closed.

A bit pricey, the room is not that clean and the toilet has leak on the floor.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable and linens and beddings smell fresh and clean.
The bathroom is outdated! Shower was painfully hot. It was hard to get it to comfortable temperature.

Excellent customer service, very clean & comfortable room, yummy breakfast.
The location of the hotel is also very good as places like the mall, laundromat, convenient stores, atms/banks are at a walking distance.
The water wasn't hot enough in our room. Baguio generally tends to get cold at night. Combine that with a rainy night, I really needed that hot water.
Not sure if this is common in The Philippines but there is absolutely no parking space where you can park your car yourself. Valet parking is available (where they park your car in this very small garage packed with other people's car) and it was great but just a head's up to those who will be bringing their own cars there.

Value for money accommodation for solos and couples. Best place to stay if you're commuting to Baguio and want to be walking distance from SM City, Session Road, Night Market, Burnham Park, Genesis Joy Bus terminal, city center and downtown area. It's so easy to hail a taxi.
Nothing.
