Excellent breakfast and relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Even got in gluten free bread and lactose free milk for me. Bacon lovely. Owners friendly and dropped us at the race course.

A wonderful property with fabulous hosts

A beautiful property with great hosts. The room was very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was fresh with lovely produce. We will definitely return.

Great would stay again and again

Wonderful property and friendly owners, fantastic breakfast, great price and a free ride to the racecourse, lovely and quiet and a beautiful part of the countryside.

The shower controls need replacing but other than a beautiful stay. Not the owners fault but our neighbours were making a bit of noise when they entered the room at night.

Very pleased

lovely, clean quiet property perched at the top of the hill overlooking Uttoxeter. Keely the host was especially welcoming and even dropped us off at the racecourse when we arrived. The breakfast was also spot on.

Gorgeous cottage. Very comfortable. The furnishings and decoration in the room were lovely. Breakfast was perfect. Keely was amazing, so hospitable! Would definitely recommend the cottage as an ideal place to stay if exploring Uttoxeter and the surrounding areas.

Very accommodating hosts, really nice place, excellent breakfast

Breakfast was excellent, we chose what time we ate and the host was very accommodating. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The host offered us a lift into Uttoxter which was really nice so we didn't need to worry about taxi's. We were also able to book in early as we were going to the races. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

gorgeous place , very clean lovely facilities, everything you need for a break, staff amazing offered a lift into town, breakfast lovely great value for money

the only tiny criticism was the bed it was so soft we rolled into the middle

Beautiful cosy room with excellent bedding and towels. Lots of nice ambient lighting. Xmas decorations were a lovely touch

The whole experience was lovely. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly, the room was well decorated and comfortable and it wasn't too far away from town.

Beautiful rooms and gardens. Perfect location with easy access to local attractions and places to eat on a evening. The lady who served us breakfast was beyond lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Overal, the stay was excellent value for money. Very pretty location.

Lovely welcome from the host and a wonderful breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the local perfect for Uttoxeter Racecourse.

We had the twin room. The bathroom was very small, and the sink only good for washing hands, More like a cloakroom sink than a fully functional bathroom sink.

Nice stay

A great location a ten minute drive to shops pubs and restaurants great if you like horses racing as the race courses was 5 minutes away the accommodation was clean and tidy the staff were very helpful fresh water and milk every day food was loverly staff very nice ,very relaxing the only 1 thing that was a little I would change and that was the shower room and toilet very small but adequate me and my mum enjoyed our say and would recommend to family and friend
