This condo is a rare find with all luxury updates and the closest to the beach. Amazing direct Gulf/Beach views from every room in this condo. Relax and enjoy the endless waves from the large 20' balcony. You can also watch the free firework show every Friday and Saturday night from the balcony (Summer time). This condo is one of the most popular condos in the condominium complex and books quickly.

This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo comfortable sleeps 4, Comfortable Sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with beautiful furniture. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your basic cooking needs. The Bathroom has double sinks and is separated from the toilet and shower. The condo is tastefully decorated with high end furniture and items that make you feel comfortable and at HOME. We strive to have cleanliness a priority and have high expectations to provide our guest with a great home away vacation. We do allow dogs under 25lbs with our approval with the additional pet fees. The complex offers 2 large pools and are heated during the winter.
This non-smoking 1 bedroom/1bath condo is 750sqft: sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is 3rd floor with no Elevator, two set of stairs that are very easy. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot & keurig, microwave, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

All the Island activities and attractions are a walk, drive or shuttle away. The Island shuttle stops in front of the complex and can take you anywhere on the island for free. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoo's in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

The condo was wonderful and as described, generally speaking. Clean, tastefully decorated, with great view of beach and gulf. The kitchen was well equipped, which I apprecate, since I like to cook, not just eat out. There were a couple of things we didnt care for personally. This is very individual, and some may not care at all. The Marriot next door has a large outsoor bar that plays relatively loud dance music all the time. This sort of hampered our enjoyment on the deck, as we prefer something more peaceful and quiet. Some may like it. Similarly the propererty had large flood lights on the corners directed at the beach. We considered it light pollution. Others may feel a since of safety or like to see their family on beach, especially if young. I will say, looking up and down beach, the property seemed to be the exception. Most were much darker. Due to the individual preference in in the comments, i still gave perfect score. Others should decide for themselves.

The overall stay was great! I loved the dehumidifier and that everything was labeled making things easy to find and put up. There were a couple of small things I wish were there, such as coffee filters and paper towels but those are easy enough to pick up from the store down the street.

We loved our stay! Everything was as expected or better. Very clean! Perfect location! We loved to have our coffee and sit on the balcony at watch the waves. The host was easy to reach for any needs/questions. Look forward to staying again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The condo was super cute. Everything looks fairly new inside and redone. It was very clean and the host’s were very responsive. The view is absolutely phenomenal! No reason to ever really have to leave. Just walk out on the balcony and there is the beach! The beach is very clean and well kept. Doesn’t get overly busy even on the weekends. We were there at the end of April though. It was still really humid and hot. It’s a very relaxing spot to be! Walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants that also sit right on the beach. There is an option for chair rentals right next to the condo. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the stay, would have given a full 5 star rating-but just a couple of really minor things -not one coffee filter -not a roll of paper towel -should be advertised that there are no beach towels-so make sure you throw some in your suitcase Again; just minor things but I thought worth mentioning

This was a wonderful location and comfortable condo. But I learned from my stay here you should treat VRBO’s like rental cars. Recorded everything when you get there and recorded everything when you leave! That’s the only way you will have proof you did break anything!

Condo was wonderful. Third floor ocean view was perfect. Very easy to get around on the island and light vehicle traffic. Numerous restaurants to choose from and we are out every day. The only negative was the weather since we only had sunshine a few days. Thinking about coming back next year!

Stayed in this lovely condo for 3 weeks in late November-early December. It exceeded our expectations in all respects, from the beautiful setting overlooking the beach to the first class furnishings. The owner/manager was always responsive and the property employees were super focused on making our stay enjoyable. We’ll be back!

The stay could not have been any better. The place is spotless. The location is excellent. The view is awesome. It was exactly as described. Nothing left out. Kitchen was well equipped but we never cooked except coffee. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for casual lunches. Loads of excellent restaurants on the island that are a must try. Pet area was close and well lit all night. We hope to return

The condo was clean and as described on the website. During the daytime, It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. However, at 7pm, the security light (mounted on the exterior wall next to the balcony) illuminated the entire balcony & bedroom all night. There was no way to enjoy that space from 7pm to 7am & difficult to sleep with the light shinning in the bedroom. Perhaps some blackout shades would help the situation.

Ocean view made anniversary trip! Nicely decorated beach theme condo. Perfect for the 2 of us! Enjoyed the fireworks Friday and Saturday night from Clayton’s Beach Bar off the pier 2 places from us. Condo had everything that we needed to make us comfortable. Easy process to book and great communication with the owners. Tried some of the restaurants that were recommended( The Meatball Cafe, Sea Ranch). Staff at condo were very nice and helpful! We would love to come back and stay. Too many things that we didn’t get to do, but I would recommend the SPI Bird, Nature and Alligator Rescue and Sea Turtle Inc.

We stayed for the whole week for Sand Castles Fays (a great event). Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The third floor balcony was great and gave us front row seats for the weekend fireworks off of the boardwalk.

The condo is just as advertised, right on the water with easy access to the beach. The place was very clean with non issues at all, communication with the owners was easy and quick responses. Only issue was the tv in living room didn’t work well but we weren’t inside too much so not much of a big deal. Will stay again.

If the beach is your primary goal, it doesn’t get better than this. Watch sunrise from the balcony and then walk onto the beach from the complex. Clean with everything you need to stay in. The most complete kitchen I’ve experienced in a rental home. Perfect size for 2 adults! Owner was very communicative and instructions were spot on. We did not have noise problems mentioned by some in the apartment from the hotel next door, it is loud coming and going, but inside and even on the balcony it was never an issue.

My husband and I and family have been coming to the Tiki since 2018. This time we got a condo facing the water. It was everything we were expecting. Loved waking up in the morning to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the beautiful ocean. Our sons and their families were staying in Tiki condos and were also happy with their stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool!! The updated condos were very nice and clean. Our owners were great!

This condo was by far my favorite in all the years I’ve been going to SPI. It’s the perfect location, perfect view, perfectly stocked and decorated, perfect hostess (when I couldn’t get the lock box open), perfectly matches its description, etc. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for providing a great place to stay on the island! :)

Disappointing stay. We arrived after the office was closed, but we were told the password for Wi-Fi would be in the room. It was not, so we were not able to use Wi-Fi the first night. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and serving Items, but there were NO I paper towels, coffee for the first morning, bottled water for the first day, shampoo or shower soap. There was no welcoming note or information about restaurants, etc. The couch and bed were OK, but the counter height chairs in the dining area and on the narrow patio were so very uncomfortable, that we both had aches and pains from sitting on the hardwood chairs with no foot rests. I even had trouble climbing onto the chairs. We did not feel welcome, and we would not recommend this condo.

Our 3rd stay here, and it was as good as ever. Although the complex is older, it is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The condo itself is an exceptional value for a unit on the beach, and its' location on the island is convenient to everything. It is just as pictured and described.

Very nice property right on the beach with gorgeous views. The whole complex shows it’s age a bit, but has all the amenities. Short walk to beach and pool, comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was a great location, but we did not appreciate all of the negative notes through out. The note on the vacuum cleaner that there is a charge if the canister is not emptied was a little over the top. And there were others. The TIKI itself was wonderful.

The condo was perfect. Close to the beach and clean. Even though we were there the start of spring break and there were parties happening all around it was surprisingly quiet in the condo.
