Buen lugar para estar

Limpio, las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables. Un lugar acogedor

No colocan toallas de mano en el baño y el último día se fue la luz temprano en la mañana y no hay planta eléctrica, hubo mucho calor.

Me encantó el trato de Niko. EL CHICO DE LA RECEPCION. ERA TAN AMABLE, EDUDADO SERVICIAL, ATENTO TODO UN PROFESIONAL EN CADS COSA QUE HACIA.

Veía a los trabajadores terminar tarde en la noche y luego muy temprano en la mañana. EL NO DEJAR DESCANSAR A LOS TRABAJORES. NO ORGANIZARLE LOS HORARIOS. MUCHA MUSICA MUY ALTA. QUE NO DEJABA DESCANSAR A LOS DEMAS.

Great place to stay

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. I liked the swimming pool.

I came back late at night. I had to wait 10-15 mins until a security guy opened the door.

Fijne accomodatie van max 2 nachtjes Santa Marta

Zeer moderne en leuke plek waar ook locals (in het weekend) graag komen om een hapje te eten, een verjaardag of ander feestje te vieren. In de kamer hadden we hier eigenlijk geen last van en om half 11 was het feest voorbij. Erg fijne bedden in de dorm en airco werkte perfect! Zwembad was schoon en heerlijk verfrissend. Eten ook goed.

Locatie is niet super. Aan de rand van het historisch centrum, maar werd aangeraden om daar taxi heen te nemen (5 minuutjes).

There was a good vibe in the hostel and the rooms were clean.

The bathrooms were sometimes dirty. Some of the stalls for the showers/ toilets could not lock propperly and the first night i tried to plug in my charger but the whole powersocket came out..

It was ok for a night but not the best experience overall .

The pool was great, room was spacious and staff was nice!

We got offered to enjoy the happy hour, we got 2 for 1 cocktail each. When it was time ti check-out we have been told we had our drinks out of the happy hour (from 5 to 7, we had it around 5:30). The waiter said it was before that, and they went to check the cameras to make sure we were telling the truth. Not the best experience. Also, it’s not the best location, there’s not much around. At night, music was very very loud and it was not easy to fall asleep.

The beds are nice and the airconditioning was good. The pool is nice. Good options for dinner.

The shower and bathroom wasn't that clean. It was at the end of the day but I didn't like this. Also the breakfast was minimal. The neighbourhood is not good to walk at night. Not too many people there.

Beautiful place but noisy as hell

Newish, very beautiful place for affordable price, just outside the center of Santa Marta. Pool seemed okay.

The loud music was louder than anywhere I have ever stayed, so there was really no option to work or read, and even talking was more like shouting. The room had a super loud fan and all in all, everything was so noisy I decided to check-out two nights early. The front desk was nice and gave me a refund, the restaurant staff didn't seem to enjoy their work.
