desayuno, muy rico y variado.

Some of the staff were very helpful.
It was cheap.
They stored mg luggage safely for me when I went to the national park for 3 nights
The mattress was very old and squashed. There was no hot water. There was no WiFi. I changed rooms the second night so did have WiFi and hot water but I had already unpacked so was a bit of a nuisance but the nice team helped me.
It was very noisy hotel. My room had window into corridor so light kept going on. The room also had electricity noise buzzing unless you took key card out of slot but then no air con. It was cheap so it is what would expect.

the staff were EXCEPTIONAL- particularly Andrea Cruz at reception. I was recovering from an illness and she ensured I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot praise her enough for her care and professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely stay again!
rooms are a little small but still very comfortable

Great location, close to parque los novios and the marina. Parking available right next door. No problem to store luggage before check in. Breakfast included at 7am with lots of options. Super friendly and helpful staff. Blanket available on request. Not the first time I've stayed, and definitely not the last! Thank you!
Beds aren't super comfortable.

Staff, location, room
The bed sheets weren't properly cleaned. You can see that they cleaned and fold them, but they still contained a lot of stains.

The room and the people in charge was kind, thanks for that I’m grateful

No windows, the rooms look like prison cell, tiny window on top near the ceiling to get some light. I asked about a room with a proper window and got it but we cant open the window to get fresh air in the room. It is like a business hotel not holiday hotel. Rooms small. Apart from that, everything was good. Lovely staff , average breakfast, nice pool and terrace. Wifi ok. Great location.
No window. Room small.

Staff was very nice and kept my valuable before check-in while I went to the beach. Good price value
The room didn't have exterior windows. Also I was next to the door for the pool and at night with the wind it was making alot of noise

The location is good. Working AC. And hot shower which is rare in Colombian coast.
Very loud, next to a big street. Small and basic room.

I didn’t like the property , I stayed in Santa Marta , they posted the pictures of another location and when you get there it’s on a main noisy street . music , cars , motorcycles all day and all late . one day I didn’t have hot water to shower .

Good location
Hot water in our room didn't work, took ages for them to move us to another room and they put us in a much smaller room and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Breakfast was disgusting too, I've stayed in much better backpacker hostels costing alot less than this place. Do not recommend staying here

The hotel staff was super helpful with my check in and navigating the neighborhood.
The neighborhood was great for walking around and experiencing Santa Marta Beach and Central area.
Safe, Friendly, Festive.
I found a laundromat nearby and had my clothes washed and folded in 2 hrs and I was running out of clean clothes so it was super helpful. The night area was really cool - lot's of nightlife but really pleasant and chill.
The room was clean, comfortable, small but I didn't expect it to be big
AC worked , wifi worked really well.

I’ll not recommend this hotel, unless you don’t have a different option. you’re better off sleeping in the park.

The central location is great, only a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Wifi was great, pool was small but warm.
The room is EXTREMELY small. One of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen (outside of europe). Just enough space to walk around the bed, and that's it. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, you will not like it. If you only plan to sleep there, then I guess it is OK for the money.
