Amazing flat

This is a wonderful place in Santa Marta with amazing views over the marina and sea. Very conveniently located close to restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Super friendly staff.

Recommended for location and comfort

Staff were really nice and attentive. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Didn't like that my friend's family couldn't come visit because no guests allowed. Also, all the amenities are actually owned by the hotel that is adjacent so I felt just slightly like a step child.

Great stay in a very nice apartment with all the facilities.

Easy location, big space, great view from balconies. Close to bars and restaurants but on a quiet street. We forgot a few things in the apartment and the staff was beyond helpful to get them to us in a very short time.

Would have been good to have some bottled water but not a big issue

The apartment was impeccably equipped.

The swimming pool doesn't open until 10am - leaving no option for an early morning swim before the sun becomes a problem (given that the pool has no shade)

Que los chicos de recepción nunca contestan los saludos deberían ser más amables en eso, y el anfitrión no contestaba las preguntas y deberían ampliar el horario de la alberca ya que no tuvimos oportunidad de usarla porque cierran a las 7

Zeer ruime en schoon appartement met alles wat je maar nodig hebt voor een prettig en comfortabel verblijf. Zeer comfortabel queensize bed. 2 balkons met uitzicht naar zee en Santa Marta. Super fijn zwembad. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

הדירה גדולה, מאובזרת, מעוצבת. יש מזגנים בכל חדר, נוף מרהיב (קומה 17) למטה יש הכל, חוף, מסעדות, סופר, מוניות. קרוב למרכז ההיסטורי. בקיצור מצוין.

למטה יש המון רעש בלילה, היינו בקומה 17 ולכן עם חלונות סגורים לא סבלנו. אבל קראתי ביקורת על מישהו שסבל מרעש ואפשר להבין. לנו היה סביר בהחלט, לא מקום שקט בלילה.

Super!!

A very well-maintained apartment complex within a 5-minute walk of the old town with all the bars and restaurants. The advantage is that you don't hear anything in the apartment and can sleep peacefully. I also had a fantastic view over the swimming pool, the harbor and the sea with the setting sun. The apartment is fantastic, a great swimming pool and good customer-friendly service.

What a view this place has, check in process was smooth. Everyone is helpful and advices you of the best places. Everything is close by and they request a taxi for you in the lobby if needed.

Very good

Perfect location, so close to everything yet still really quiet. Pool was amazing!! Lovely and refreshing in the hot weather. The view was incredible and we loved having a wine watching the sunset.

The place was a little worn, the ice machine didn't work until the day we left. The bigger shower had water come out above the shower head and it soaked the bathroom. But sometimes things break and that's life :)

Very comfortable stay in Santa Marta after a gruelling trek to Ciudad Perdida

Very spacious, very comfortable beds, nice pool, sea views + washing machine!

The air-con was noisy and they cannot keep your luggage over night if you go on a trek and want to leave a suitcase with them

Perfect location, central to everything, the staff was so attentive and welcoming. The apartment was clean and spacious, beautiful views. Cold AC, Hot Water, and Comfortable bed, bonus, we had 2 bathrooms!
