We had the most amazing stay at Distrito 88, the hotel was beautiful, quiet, and an easy walk to town. The manager Lalo was so welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The food was incredible as well, great to enjoy while laying poolside! Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Everything was amazing. Staff was super friendly and location was perfect for our stay.
Nothing! It was all perfect.

The room we stayed in was the top floor and was amazing, a really nice room with an awesome view. Great balcony, big space, everything we needed. Staff were really nice and Lola was helpful. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Close enough to walk into town without all the noise.
Loved everything!

Location and staff were great
unit needs hooks to hang hats, towels and other items. Tissue Paper was not provided. it would be nice to have a private area on balcony for each unit

lalo the manager and staff were amazing and super helpful. location is nice, close to the center but far away enough so the street noise isn’t a bother.
we stayed in room 8 which we felt was really overpriced for what it was (keep in mind, this was over new years so maybe the prices were hiked up during this period.)
the specific room options should be more transparent when selecting on booking.com
4.5
Loved the cozy friendly style and beautiful design. It has nice natural lighting, spacious rooms and lots of Mexican charm. The sea view is exactly as expected and the distance to the downtown and beach area is ideal - a short walk and yet a nice distance for a bit of separation too.

Everything was great. Location Is amazing. We loved the pools and the suite was gracefully decorated. We definitely will be back again

modern and nice hotel, perfectly located: close to the center but far enough from the noise. The staff is very nice and helpful (special mention to Lalo). I was staying to the pool rooms that are nice and big enough. They may be noisy in the morning being very close to the bar, for us was not an issues since we get up early but it is to be considered.
Minor details could be improved such us more cushions (but to be honest we didn't ask to get more) and more storage space in the room. The breakfast was a bit expensive (but tasty).

Very chic hotel. Well decorated with a great view. Small and beautiful grounds. Quiet and relaxing. The room we got I think #3 had a spectacular view and the shower was amazing!
We got upgraded to a suite that was nice, but lots of stairs be ready. The hotel is on a steep hill, we rented a golf cart that was a good call.
Bed was hard. I booked this hotel because it was adults only and had TV in the room. However, the room we got had a TV in a hallway/sitting area. We couldn't watch in bed. That was a little bummer because we had just stayed at hotel that had no TV, but if that's not a big deal to you then great! The view was spectacular 😍

Delicious breakfast. Best Chilaquiles in the world.
We loved the new pool, the new terrace and our beautiful suite. This is our second time at this beautiful place.
Amazing view and really closed to the beach and the plaza.
We will definitely recommend Distrito88 to our friends.
Everything was perfect.

The food was good
They could have had a box of tissue in the room, coffee capsules where scarce the town was very busy because of holy week

Attractive minimalist/local design features, extremely clean, well maintained, lovely grounds, great little onsite cafe (w/Wi-Fi for working) and amazing property manager and staff. My favorite place to stay when in Sayulita!

so gorgeous, clean, and safe

it’s set up on a hill and we could see the beach from our room. It was peaceful and beautiful and removed a bit from the city noise, but still just a short walk to town. Lalo was super helpful.
It was a little tricky to find since we arrived after dark. if we had taken a taxi it wouldn’t have been a problem.

This hotel is amazing. All staff is super kind and attentive to your needs, specially Lalo. Lalo is quite the best concierge ever. He worries to have every single detail ready for you. Views are quite amazing and the available pools are also a plus. Comfort and zero-noise at night make a quite relaxing stay at Sayulita. The food offering is also quite good and convenient.
It would be the perfect hotel, it have everything you need but location... it's just laziness from our side, but going up or down to the town sometimes it's uh... it's not far! 10 minutes would give you the chance to go to main parts of Sayulita but the fact of returning via that hike at holidays, it's hard. But, does it worth it? yes.

great little hotel close to all the action but far enough to be quiet at night
it is on a hill so you have steps to climb

This was a beautiful property and really great value for what you get. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the semi-private pools with the view of beach and greeneries. There are multiple pools in the property, and the lofted suite we got was right infront of our room. The staff was very friendly. My only issue would be that the location is a bit of a walk to get to the nearest restaurant which was also a plus because it is situated in a very quiet neighborhood and far from the craziness of the town.
The only issue is there are no nearby restaurants - with that said, it's a 10 minute walk so it's not that far.

the service there willing to help you on your stay and they answer any questions you have very fast .
cleaned and they have great ocean view

I can’t recommend this place enough! Its a short walk to town but nicely removed from the buzz of Sayulita. Lalo, the manager, is friendly and always eager to help. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with a great shower and ocean view. And the people we met there were lovely! Great stay!
Nothing.

Wonderful views, nicely decorated rooms with amazing paintings. Relaxing adult-only atmosphere, great food and drinks and excellent service. Two beautiful pools and the perfect location, 5 minute walk to the beach and to Sayulita square.
We will definitely go back!
NOTHING AT ALL.

Everything was great
Robes would have been nice
5.0
The hotel design, the view, the terrace, the staff and the location
The bed was comfortable, however the mattress and pillow pads were plastic and made noise. No robes

The property is beautifully set up with 2 pools and a gorgeous lil view of the ocean.

We will be coming back here. Lalo is an exceptional host! We went to a 4 diamond resort after this one and we wished that place had Lalo there. Everything we needed was done in 10 minutes. We need a cab, I'll get it to you in 10 minutes-Lalo. We would like a golf cart, he'll be here in 10 mintues. The guy is the best guide of your trip. The women who cleaned our room were awesome and personable. I am so happy my fiance loved it here because I want us to go to Mexico often and now we will! Also the room is cute and the view of the Ocean is great. Their is some construction noise as they are expanding, but you're not going to want to just chill here being next to the lively center and beach!!
