Excelentes instalaciones.

Great location, clean and very big rooms. Loved the yoga on the rooftop
I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but that’s more got to do with my own preferences.

Close to beach and downtown
Nothing really. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Cooks. Cleaning. Front office

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté et la localisation de l’hôtel, les petits déjeuners (dans les meilleurs reçus dans un hôtel), les cours de yoga, l’ambiance sécurisante et bienveillante

This is an adorable, little hotel that is located north of Sayulita's town centre. Thoughtfully decorated, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, two pools, and a spacious yoga shala on the top floor (hotel guests get 50% off yoga classes). The price for a standard room cannot be beat but next time I visit, I will pay a little extra to have a room with a balcony/view.
If you're planning on working remotely from this hotel, the wifi isn't very strong.

Was under the rooftop kitchen where breakfast was prepared. Lots of noise first thing in the morning.

Love the property, yoga, the breakfast is delicious, would definitely stay here again.
I work remotely and the wifi was unreliable - it cut out mid call every day I was there and had me rushing to find internet at a cafe. The front seat would say it was fixed and then it would cut out again. I loved everything about this place other than that, and would definitely stay again.

Great location near beach in quiet neighborhood. Landscaping lovely. Helpful staff. Great yog classes and massage services. Plenty of Bottled water available.
The breakfast food and service need improvement. Poor quality coffee, no hot water available to make tea. Fruits, yogurt, and granola good, Cooked food poorly made. Service should begin and end one hour earlier.

Staff was excellent. Location was convenient. Not too close to town but close enough to walk comfortably. Also close to beach access.
Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

My friend and i went on a "baby moon" and couldn't be more happy with the hotel and experience! The staff was incredible and so helpful! The room was large and clean and loved the two pools. The breakfast was on of the best included breakfasts I have had, so fresh and so good. The massaged were FABULOUS!

The staff was super helpful and friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hotel staff also seamlessly arranged taxi transportation to and from the airport. The vibe of the hotel is very relaxing, and I liked the pools and that the hotel was very quiet, which made for excellent for sleeping. The open air layout is great for seeing and hearing birds, and the landscaping is lovely. I also liked the availability of bottled water throughout the property.
If I had to suggest an improvement it would be to modify the layout of the bathroom, if possible, to create a little more space between the fixtures (toilet, sink and shower).

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, quiet, close but away from the noise, close to the beach, sparkling clean, excellent customer service, bed and room so comfy, AC in every room.
Staff, starting from cleaning, kitchen to front desk is a 10+.
Homemade vegetarian breakfast, best breakfast I have ever tried. Freshly prepared every morning.

Wonderful hotel! Booked for 5 nights and ended up arriving 4 days early as our accommodation in PVR had a cockroach issue. Hotelito Los Suenos was able to accommodate our reservation change, which was great. We had a room on the first floor which was very large and had a nice patio. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and into town, and there are a few places to eat nearby (2-3 minute walk) - one of our favorites was Taqueria Los Reyes (get the arrachera quesadilla!). The staff (and management) were very attentive and friendly. Someone was always at the front desk to answer questions and provide assistance. The beds were very comfortable. Turbo AC. Great wifi. I was happy that there was a large safe in our room as well - I typically travel with my laptop and some hotels have very small safes which don't fit laptops. There are two pools - we swam in both and enjoyed it quite a bit. We loved the buffet breakfast, although I wish the menu changed from day to day (it seemed to during our first few days, but since we spent 9 nights there, we wished for more variety in the end); however, the food was great and I loved having jamaica with my breakfast. We didn't do yoga or try any of the spa services - it was just too hot. Next time I come to Sayuita, I will definitely stay at Hotelito Los Suenos again.
During our stay a large group of about 20-30 people arrived and they were very disruptive and loud on their first night, but management handled the issue very quickly. When we indicated that we wanted to have our towels changed, we sometimes didn't get the right amount (only 2 large towels and no hand or face towels, for example), but it wasn't a big deal to me. When I booked the rooms, their website indicated they had beach umbrellas to take to the beach, but we found out that wasn't the case when we got there which was kind of a disappointment (I would have traveled with my beach shade tent if I had known; even though you can rent umbrellas and chairs in Sayulita, if you want to spend the every day at the beach, like I do, it can get kind of expensive).

Quiet. Location. Pools. MASSAGES. BREAKFAST. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Beds are rather hard.
