Nice spacious place

The apartment itself. Very spacious.

That the pillows (not the shams) need to be washed because they smell sweaty. Also, need to sweep and mop under the bed. Very dirty under it.

Good

Interior was pleasant and very clean. Nice towels, laundry, TV. Dishes to use etc. Close to the beach.

The main issue was the daily morning till 2:00am techno music, which was blasted outside. I had read this was a quiet, charming surf town. Not the case, it’s a party town. Less replace by, but mentionable: house has an Odd floor plan, also floor has random areas that changed level, but not a true or visible step, which caused stumbling/tripping at first. Entrance is flanked by a Subway sandwich shop and a car rental place, not charming.

I would like to see more directions to find the property Include located on Jose Mariscal between Subway and Enterprise rent a car Also the noise at night is unrelenting until around 4 am

Authentic Charm

The location is super close to everything. Garrafones with drinking water was supplied, which is a super nice to not have to worry about in MX. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas & chairs, made service, good A/C in all the rooms, Authentic Mexican decor and feel to the house, washer and dryer, etc.

Other reviews have noted the noise from the bar next door. It was louder than we expected. Didn't really bother us though. We travel with a little white noise speaker.

Casa Juanita was great for our family of five!

The house was great value for money! The house was very comfortable, very well equipped and lots of space for our family of five. It was super clean and the housekeepers were great. It was in the heart of Sayulita and close to everything. Having beach chair, beach towels and boogie boards was fabulous. There is a great food stand right outside the front door a delicious fish and shrimp tacos!!!

There is a downside to being in the heart of town -it was really loud in the evening often well past midnight. I am not complaining about it, because the bands were great! It was just unexpected how loud and really late it could be. So if you are expecting a quiet place - this isn’t for you. Also there is construction happening upstairs, so if you are still resting after listening to the bands playing in the evenings, then construction noise started in the mornings some days.

this place is exactly how described! beautiful Mexican flare, decorated very tastefully! it’s location is amazing for the sayulita buzz. I would highly recommend this!

fantastic house with tasteful design and furniture!!

spacious, clean and right in the centre of Sayulita! no need for cars and Javier very punctual with check in ! maid service every day plus fans and air on if required ! great place to stay in Sayulita … highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable stay and would certainly stay here again.

loved the place! three bedrooms plus a living room and an outdoor covered patio. It was super comfortable for 5 of us as everyone had some space. step out the door and you are right in the middle of the action.

the only downside was the noise, from the traffic outside and the loud music playing at a nearby bar.

Midnight fire juggling and drums in the street woke up my 5 year old...but it was cool to watch.

Perfect house for families of 4 to 7. Very comfortable home. Javier, Ruth and Nancy very professional. Love that you walk out the front door and there is Everything there. We have been coming to Sayulita for 6 years and just found this gem,, definitely coming back to stay in Casa Juanita.

Good except for the noise and location. hard to find a parking spot.

The apartment is really nice and well decorated.

There was undergoing repair works on the floor above us but. Terrible noise that extended for a fewh hours and continued the next day.

Definitely recommend for those looking to be smack dab downtown steps to everything.

If you want to feel the vibe of downtown Sayulita from a large comfortable apartment with plenty of room this is your place? All the action is steps outside your door.

You will hear the sounds of nightlife later in the night, but really just part of the experience of being downtown. We stayed here for only 2 nights before moving to a quite/private beach house for the week so we specifically aimed for the downtown action/experience.

Great location near all the main attractions!

The place is in a great location and easy to get around! The rooms are spacious and fit a family very comfortable. This is a great location for a quick weekend trip. The seafood in the corner spot with "Tacos Gaby" is beyond amazing. We ate there on several of occasions! Definitely try out the "Aguachiles" and "Camaron" tacos!
