Welcome to Cape May! Four Bedroom, two Bathroom Townhouse 1 block to the Washington Street Mall, 4 blocks to Cape May beaches! Wake up and take a quick stroll to local cafe s for your morning coffee or spend the day shopping at nearby boutique stores. This townhouse offers parking for two cars and two front balconys to enjoy the fresh air. There are 4 queen beds, two twin sized beds, and a full sofa sleeper in the love seat. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guests should plan to pack or rent their own flat sheets, fitted sheets, bath and beacht towels. Bedroom - Queen Bed - 1st FloorBedroom - Queen Bed - 1st FloorBedroom - Queen, Two Twins - 3rd FloorMaster Bedroom - Queen Bed - 3rd FloorLiving/Kitchen is on the Second FloorThe first level bedrooms now have ductless air conditioning units.The homeowner leaves 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and a few beach toys for guests to use.A few special notes:The living room TV has cable. The two TV s in the bedrooms offer Roku which is a streaming service.There is parking for two cars, one in-front of the garage the other location in the gravel to the right.This property is rented through Coastline Realty in Cape May. There is a $600 Refundable Security Deposit, $65 Processing Fee and a $300 Cleaning Fee. If you are renting for 2-3 nights the cleaning fee can be reduced to $250.

Great spot. Location terrific and home was very nice. Modernized for the most part. Clean and comfortable, closet space lacking in first floor. Only thing to keep in mind is that there are only the 2 parking spots so be prepared to either pay the meters or find a non metered spot some blocks away. Overall great spot and look forward to visiting again. Beach box also great amenity.

This rental could not have been more perfect. Everyone had their own room, which was really wonderful. The location is central to downtown Cape May, we could walk to all meals, shopping, local bars, and points of interest like Congress Hall. The rental agency was very communicative and check in/out was simple. Would recommend, and would stay again!

We really enjoyed this house and we have stayed in close to two dozen over the years. Thanksgiving in Cape May has been a tradition for our family for over 30 years. It's a wonderful way to give thanks and enjoy the beginning of the Christmas season. This house even had a Christmas tree up and decorated upon our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful details. It had very comfortable beds for everyone. The location is fantastic with the grocery store and Washington Mall within a block and a short walk to the beach. We were blessed by our time together and grateful for the realtors at Coastline who were wonderful to work with!

This place was perfect for our Girl's Weekend. The location is just steps away from Washington Street Mall and is clean and spacious. We will definitely book this place again. More lighting in the bedrooms would be helpful as well as 2 ply toilet tissue. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was wonderful and we have absolutely NO complaints!!! Loved our stay!!! One change for convenience would be to have a keypad instead of using keys and having to pick up/drop off at the office. Also, we asked if we could get in early and were told no changes on the day of arrival as cleaning people made their schedule already, which I understand. But giiven it was such a rainy weekend and pre-season, it would have been nice if the agents offered to call the cleaning people and see if the house was ready, rather than an immediate No.

This house was the perfect size for 6 friends on a girls weekend! Enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms for getting ready and the living space was nice and open for hanging out. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The house is also a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again!

This home was awesome except for the strong smell of mold. The mold is overwhelming. Other than that, the house is great and located near everything. We were in town for a Memorial Golf Tournament and will be back next year. I would rent this house again, only if the mold smell is removed. Thank you.

We are a group of 8 siblings, 6 girls, 2 boys. We range in age from 55-70. We have been going away this weekend every year, just us, no spouses or children, for 20 years. We call it "Saving Sibling Sanity Weekend". Its a way for us to connect, share and just be there for each other. About 1.5 hours from our homes and 88 year old mom, so we were close for any emergencies. The property was perfectly located so once we parked, we could walk everywhere, the beach, the shops and dining. Thank you for making this a memorable weekend!

This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and stocked with the basics (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc). There was even a Christmas tree to make our Thanksgiving stay festive. It comfortably fit all 8 of us (4 couples) with 2 twin beds to spare. There was a tiny problem with a toilet and it was fixed immediately. Bravo! The kitchen was big enough to cook meals with plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and various cooking utensils. There was mix match cookware and not useful for our needs. Luckily we brought our own (griddle, instant pot, etc) so we just used that. Overall it was a great stay, we had a blast, and I definitely recommend this house. If opportunity presents itself I will rent it again.

We did a long weekend here with friends for a wedding and it was the perfect place. It was SO clean! Great set-up for 3-4 couples. Location is perfect for going to the bars, shops, etc and not far from the beach either. Would stay again for sure!

We loved this unit because it was : clean, private yet very near shops and restaurants, newer decor on 2 levels, 3 balconies plus a patio are with a table, chairs, and grill, and included a beach box full of supplies (5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a boogie board and some toys). Location is quite central to town but not far from beaches.

We really loved our stay at the Heritage Townhouse. It was clean and well kept and had more than enough room for the family. It was walking distance to the beach and shopping and restaurants. The beach box was very helpful so we didn't have to lug our beach chairs around. There was a funky smell in the bottom floor when we got there but it cleared out after a day - open windows and air conditioning. The check in process was so easy and the check out process equally easy. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location very clean home. Everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will be looking to return another weekend. Setup was perfect. The first floor had 2 bedrooms with queen beds then the 2nd floor was the kitchen and dining and third floor had two more Bedrooms with a queen and the other with a queen and two twins.

there are 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 on lower level with the living space inbetween. Was perfect for our group to give everyone some space when needed. We were able to walk everywhere. Out there coffee is a block away & the perfect morning starter. House was clean & everything worked. We are already planning on coming back and staying at this house!
