We had a great time at this property. The owner was very responsive to every need. The house is located in a central area close to many activities in Cape May. The house was as advertised, very clean and charming. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing house for two families with four girls in total (ages 6 - 12) - they spent hours in the pool and loved the bunk beds! The adults loved the proximity to everything, plentiful space in the house and how clean the house was! The only minor complaint is we had to bring our own sheets and towels.

This place has it all - location, cleanliness, well equipped, nicely furnished and a fantastic yard with heated pool. My wife and I along with her two sisters enjoyed going to the beach, exploring the Cape May area and spending time around the pool.

Beautiful house, great location, wonderful private yard and pool!! This fabulous home was chock full of every amenity our family with 4 20-something kids+ could imagine and we loved the pool, hammock, BBQ & firepit in the huge yard. The beach box of chairs & umbrella was a game changer as we rode rented bikes to the beach every day. We could also easily walk or ride bikes to Washington St Mall & a multitude of restaurants. And the oversized dining table and couch were the perfect family gathering spots where so many memories were made. Thank you Nora for being so responsive and accommodating and for sharing your lovely home. We will definitely be back!!

I have never rented a beach house with such a great backyard. My only tip would be to rent a golf cart to make getting to the beach a little quicker.

We enjoyed staying here for a week with my parents and children! Nora is a great host, she was reachable right away when we had a question for her! The house is very clean and has a lot to offer with open space and of course the heated pool! We liked that we could walk to the beach as well as into town. Neighbors were quiet however you can hear road noise in the front bedroom. Would recommend for a family wanting to enjoy the beach and a private pool!

The house was perfect for a three-generation vacation. It was clean and well-appointed and the pool was a perfect way to spend afternoons following mornings at the beach. We used the Linen Ladies for rental of a crib, sheets and both beach and bath towels, which was much easier than bringing our own. The cottage included beach chairs, which was also a plus. It was a great stay!

House was in great shape. Very modern for Cape May area. Inground pool was bigger and better than I expected. It was exactly half mile walk to Washington street mall which was an easy stroll. We drove to beaches because of all the things we needed to bring for the little kids but we always found close parking on the street meters.

Nora and Paul are the most responsive owners we've had in our stays with VRBO & others of this type of rentals. The house is lovely and the pool is my granddaughter's favorite. Only reminder to renters is no bathroom on the first floor - just for those who have an issue with stairs. Convenient location to walk anywhere including into town. This is a wonderful rental property, beautifully furnished and fully equipped kitchen.

A great family home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home with our entire family (age range 80 -4). The house offered space for everyone- we loved watching movies on the huge couch and of course spending afternoons in the pool and eating dinner in the shaded backyard! The house was nicely located far enough from town to be quiet, but yet still a close enough walk to the beach! We look forward to booking again next Summer!

The house was modern & clean. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was such a convenience & treat to use after a swim. The outdoor fire pit was used by us as well & we really enjoyed that too on the Oct cool night. The house was within walking areas of coffee shop, browsing shops & restaurants. There is a CVS nearby as well. Our family loves to walk so we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It's a safe, clean, well manicured area. We loved our three night stay. None of the five of us had a complaint! Easy touching base with the home owner.

We truly had one of the best weekends ever! My daughter’s wedding weekend!! This home was perfect! Large enough for all to be comfortable and have a large family dinner. The pool was perfect for kids (younger and grown) to enjoy and catch up between wedding activities!! I think my family will be visiting again!!

House was nice but no downstairs bathroom. Steps are pretty steep so plan on a workout hauling luggage up and down and running up and down to use the restroom. Beautiful backyard area and pool. Only downfall to pool is lots of trees so you are fishing debris out of pool every time you want to swim. Grill was very dirty upon arrival. Could tell it had not been cleaned any time recently. We used tin foil to cover the grilling area when we cooked. Grill works well other than that. Overall we had a good stay and we were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

We loved our stay at Driftwood Cottage. The house is very nice and having a heated pool was a bonus. It was nice to return from the beach each day and relax in the pool. The house is a short walk to everything. Due to Covid 19 we ate in most nights so having a large dining room was perfect.

Nora and Paul provided us a wonderful stay at their Driftwood vacation home. My family has been coming to the Jersey shore for 30+ years...some at Cape May but mostly at Stone Harbor...and I think this may have been our most enjoyable stay. The week was just wonderful and so enjoyable....the house was just perfect for our family no matter the weather. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed so that we were able to have breakfast and lunch here...we got to love West Cape May and all it has to offer...coffee shops, restaurants, a CVS and very walkable to the middle of Cape May. The home is perfect for a summer vacation week...providing all that we could possibly need...and the pool in the very spacious back yard...goes without saying that it was so enjoyable and a perfect ending to each day. Our experience was great, the pool was such a joy for our family. The backyard area was perfect for us to relax. We were able to cook dinner and walk to Cape May downtown for an evening and it was perfect. I would recommend this property. Nora was very available and communicative and we appreciate that very much.

This beautiful property is close enough to town center to be amazingly convenient but also just far enough "out" to be quiet and family oriented. The pool and yard are wonderful. Only caution is that the pool is deeper than most and might not be suitable for young children who do not swim. Other than that, the property is super well equipped with everything you need. Just take extra paper products & bug spray. It's a wonderful vacation house.
