Our completely renovated home is located in a quiet part of Cape May and is an easy walk to the ocean, harbor and downtown. There is no need to pack your beach stuff every day, our home includes a locked storage unit right on the Philadelphia Avenue beach (rest rooms on site). Six seasonal beach tags are available for your use.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, there is plenty of room for the whole family! The open floor plan connects the fully equipped kitchen to a large family room and dining room. Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or watch the kids play in the private fenced-in yard from the wrap around deck with awning. Plenty of outdoor seating for your evening family BBQ.
Our house is perfect for all ages, including children and the elderly, even handicapped.

This was the perfect gathering spot for our group of four women. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for private space as well as a huge living room (with very comfortable furniture), kitchen and dining room area for us to be together. We also loved the outside seating areas, how well equipped the home was, and the convenient location.

The home we rented is beautiful! It’s in a great location - close enough to many attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood, which worked for us having two babies under two. If looking to stay in the Cape May area i would Highly recommend this property!

I was born and raised in North Cape May, moved away 2017. We decided to rent a home as our family has gotten much bigger and boy we weren't disappointed!
The house was just gorgeous! It is very well equipped with everything needed. All the appliances were up to date and clean. The main master bedroom my gosh was just beautiful! That batbroom!
We were able to walk to the mall, playground, biked to the beach front and we were happy to see the trolley comes by and the end of the street. If you don't know that will take yoy to key points around town.
We will definitely be staying there again!

The property was everything as described. The accommodations were comfortable. Everything you could have needed was available. It would be perfect for a summer rental as the deck and backyard are very nice and the garage had everyou could possibly need for a day at the beach. I highly recommend this property. And thank the owners for providing a great rental.

The home is well equipped. We didn’t need to run to the store for anything. Everything we needed was there for us to use. The home was spotless when we arrived and spotless when we left. It was perfect for 6 sixty something women. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and the owners were wonderful when I needed to communicate with them. Hopefully we will be back this time next year. I would highly recommend this home to everyone thinking of going to Cape May. Thanks again to Tom and Carol.

House was simply beautiful, so clean (I’ve never put my personal things away in drawers before) and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and paper goods. Even a crib for our 4 month old grandson and to our 4 year old grandsons delight, toys galore. Loved everything about it. Loved the laundry room, sitting together as a family in the living room and the key pad entry so we didn’t have to worry about who was currently in possession of the key. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great spacious rancher style home. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice layout for spreading out. Good size kitchen to cook and socialize. Only a half mile to the beach and can walk to shops and restaurants too. A perfect place for a get together!

This is a fabulous property to rent! The (4) bedrooms are great, especially having (2) master baths! The bedrooms are off to the side of the house so it was very private and quiet even with family in the living area. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the family room was a great size and very comfortable with plenty of room for seating. There is a beautiful back yard with a large deck with plenty of furniture. Perfect for our morning coffee and cocktails in the evening.
The house is in a great location, walking distance to both the beach and Washington Square.
The owners thought of everything to make their guests comfortable with this lovely home! My family will definitely be coming back again soon!!

This home easily accomodated 6 adults and is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but was still within walking distance of the beach, some restaurants, etc. The beachy decor added to the charm of this clean rental. The front porch and back deck are nice places to relax outside as well. It truly did feel like home as soon as we walked in and it made our stay in Cape May very enjoyable!

The house was clean, with a lovely lay-out. We only used two of the four bedrooms. Spacious, tons of games, toys and equipment for kids. We are seniors and came to see the town, hike and bike. Neighborhood nice and quiet, established, near the beach and well located to the shopping district and restaurants.

This property was PERFECT. Myself, my husband, and some family and friends came up for my bestie's boot camp graduation.thsi house held everyone that we needed it to, was walking distance to honesty anything we needed, and had GREAT little details to make our stay amazing. The kids toys were a hit with my toddler, and there was enough plates and cups for a crowd for after graduation to make dinner. Nice open living room/dining room/ kitchen perfect for a gathering. Beds are super comfy and everyone slept well! Having 2 cribs was great too. In a nice quiet neighborhood, and my kid enjoyed being outside too. Would 12 out of 10 recommend to anyone headed to Cape May.

The house was cozy and so clean. Everything was very well maintained. We loved that restaurants were open in the area, given that it’s off season. Closet was stocked with paper towels, tissues and toilet paper which is rare in many rentals and any appliances needed were readily available. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

My Family celebrated our daughter's birthday in Cape May. It's her favorite place to visit. This house was the perfect place to spend quality time with family. We were a group of 10. Grandparents, two couples and four teenagers. The house was very clean, spacious, and had a really nice layout and décor. Quiet location. This house was well stocked! We had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing time celebrating Christmas at the Cape May Hideaway. The house was very well thought out, so many little details taken care of. The home is beautifully styled, modern conveniences and perfect for family gatherings. The space is so welcoming with an open layout in kitchen, living room and dining room. There is not one thing we couldn’t find at the house. The house is very close to the Washington Street Malls-shopping and restaurants and close to the beach. Owners were very helpful throughout the process and we can’t wait to book our next stay! This is definitely a 5 star spot!

The property was perfect! Just fit our family well. My husband and I were traveling with my 24 yr old daughter and my father in law who is 85. Everyone had enough privacy and yet the large kitchen family room was perfect for family gathering. My daughter and I were attending a function in town and the house was just a short drive from the venue. The neighbor across the street was sweet and very welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Nice house. Good location. Close to most things without being in the middle of everything. Well maintained and clean. We only used 2 bedrooms which were each a good size. The front porch and back deck are very nice. We staying in the Fall so didn't spend much time on either. Good weber gas grill.

For our 44th anniversary since first meeting at College, we selected a weekend in Cape May for this year’s annual getaway. In researching, we definitely wanted 4 separate bedrooms all on one floor, at least 2 bathrooms, sufficient parking, and a safe area. This VRBO checked all the boxes. The pictures and description were accurate. The price was very reasonable. The owners were accessible and quickly replied to all our inquiries. Upon arrival we found the property to be in excellent condition and extremely clean. It had everything we needed for an easy going, comfortable, and enjoyable weekend. Mattresses and pillows soo comfortable—I’m ordering them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found the accommodations to be excellent. Clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with anything we needed. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes away from stores, restaurants and bars. The house is lovely, furnished nicely, great space. A very comfortable front porch and also a nice back deck to enjoy. Absolutely nothing negative to say, we absolutely loved it.

Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy time in Cape May. I stayed for a weekend for my friend's bachelorette party. Plenty of space for 8 girls. The house was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We didn't have time to enjoy the backyard but would be perfect to hang with family and friends in the summer. Property owners were very responsive as well. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all within a quick 5 minute drive or a short walk. About a 15 min drive to Willow Creek Winery and Cape May Brewery. Would love to stay again in the future!

The house was even better in person than in the pictures! It was extremely spacious, clean, and well maintained. The place was perfect for our group getaway to Cape May and was so close to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Cape May!

Overall the house was extremely clean and very spacious! We had 8 adults and 3 kids sleep comfortably!
Also, we were very pleasantly surprised at how kid-friendly the house was - stocked with ample toys and games!
Although we stayed here in December to see Santa at Congress Hall, this place would definitely be a top contender for vacationing in the summer as well - great, quiet location while still being in close proximity to a lot of attractions!

Our entire multi-generational family loved every minute of our stay at the Cape May Hideaway. The description of the home was absolutely accurate with regard to the superior accommodations. We enjoyed everything from the 4 comfortable bedrooms to the 3 full bathrooms to the well-stocked kitchen to the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to the convenience of a storage box right at the beach. The location was ideal: a great, quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to the beach, Washington Street Mall, public tennis courts, and a playground for the kids. Taking longer excursions on bike was also a highlight. The hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend the Cape May Hideaway and we look forward to spending another vacation there.
