Wonderful beach house for vacation with our adult family. The beach house was immaculate and had all the amenities as described. Terrific location and the deck opening right onto the beach was perfect. No worries with the pub and ocean mist nearby - great to play trivia and get a quick bite to eat without bothering your sleep. Highly recommend this rental property.

Been renting for a weekend here going on three years. Perfect setting for some Sunday football with the guys. It's a nice reset away from work with a couple great bars/restaurants nearby. Falling asleep to the waves makes you feel a certain something. I'd recommend this spot to anybody looking for a little escape.

As a long-time fan of the South Kingstown/Matunuck area, this was our favorite house yet!! Perfect place to celebrate intimate family celebrations, with plenty to do with our young kiddos. We LOVED being on the water, and really enjoyed our walks on the beach, to the playground, local market and of course to the Ocean Mist! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to enjoy cooking in, grilling, and soaking up the view! We can’t wait to come back!! :)

Absolutely wonderful and even better than the photos! Staying right on the beach is a special experience, we really enjoyed the patio and appreciated the full equipped kitchen and grill. We have a two year old and a newborn so we spent quite a bit of time at the house just relaxing and playing at the beach. But also found the location is super convenient for excursions to Watch Hill, Mystic, Narragansett, etc. We absolutely recommend and will likely rebook again next summer!

The home was beautiful, clean, and well furnished. The proximity to the beach was unparallelled! We loved being so close and very near great restaurants and shopping. *The caveat is the pub nearby - late night partiers were very loud and the street parking was very crowded. If you sleep deeply should not be a problem!

We loved our time at C Breeze! Right on the water with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. The inside was so well done- really nice finishes and decorations. Well-stocked kitchen. We recommend Coast Guard House- excellent food! Would love to come and stay again!

We stayed for a quick day and it snowed heavily. Being a winter lover from New Hampshire it couldn’t have been more lovely. Walk and run in the cold along the beach and even built a snowman on the deck. The house is wonderful and tastefully decorated in seaside decor. Bekki was a great host with communicating before our stay and everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bekki for sharing your home.

We're 4 friends who love the beach. It was so cold in February we couldn't sit on the deck but no matter. The sliders & windows have perfect ocean view. Bekki was so gracious & accommodating & a pleasure to rent from. Clean, VERY well stocked with alll you could need. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for everything Bekki! 😊

We stayed at C Breeze for a long weekend, that was extremely windy and cold, but it didn't matter to us at all! The home actually inspires relaxation and tranquility. This property is extremely clean, and decorated perfectly. You are truly oceanfront. We spent a portion of each day watching the brave surfers (remember it was extremely cold & windy) right in front of the property. Bekki made the process of reserving the property and arriving at the property very easy. She was so quick in responding to our questions and very accommodating. We strongly recommend C Breeze as a rental - even in the off-season months!

This is our second time to stay here in Matunuck, and we love the quiet of the off-season. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. The coffee shop across the street has the best iced coffee on the East coast. The house is well stocked with about anything one could need in the kitchen. The beds are so comfortable. The house is pretty darn cozy on a blustery November night. Everything in Wakefield/ Narragansett/ South Kingstown is within a quick drive. This is one of our favorite vacation spots, to be sure.

Opening up directly facing ocean, watching sunset right from the living room and patio. New appliances (washer dryer dishwasher microwave oven fridge), very comfortable beds, clean and sparkling kitchen. Beautifully maintained and decorated house. Two doors from The Pub and Ocean Mist, but you don’t hear the noise, all you hear is the sound of ocean. Garage parking is a plus. We especially loved the swing chair under the deck, it’s a warm spot hiding away from wind, perfect for sit or lie down and read a book while kids playing with sand steps away. We enjoyed games and puzzles that came with the house and watched FIFA World Cup on TV (there are 3TVs!). Remember to bring shampoo or body wash. Everything else was provided. We will be back again! Thank you!

Prime location, beautiful property and the perfect place for a few of us to gather for Sunday football. Previous two nights were ideal to relax and unwind a bit. I'd recommend staying here to anyone thinking about traveling to the region.

Trust me and rent something else. My bad experience: We stayed three nights with 2 adults and 3 kids under 6 years old and when we left Bekki accused us of damages that didn’t happen (one example is my kid peeing the bed - they wear pull ups and it just didn’t happen. And really, even if a pull up did leak -hypothetically-, any rental should have some sort of mattress protector on for sanitary reasons). Yet she called and demanded $6000 for a new mattress. I literally made the beds before we left and there was no accident. I know she will respond and stick to her story of us doing her wrong in an attempt to look like a perfect host, but I share my experience so no other person is harassed after their stay, turning what was supposed to be a nice retreat into an absolute nightmare. Now an honest review of the house: house is beautiful, but the beach is very rocky and very weedy (the seaweed might be different at different times of the year but it was so bad when we were there). Our kids couldn’t even swim because when the waves crash on the shore the waves are full of rocks and they were getting pelted with rocks. It’s also two doors down from ocean mist which wasn’t an issue during the day, but at night ocean mist patrons were on the beach taking pictures, drinking, etc. in front of the house. Even if we weren’t faced with the nightmare of accusations after we left, we wouldn’t have rented again solely due to the beach being rocky, weedy, and not kid friendly.

An absolutely delightful oceanfront home! Well decorated, well stocked and well maintained. We couldn’t get enough of the views and the oversized deck plus floor to ceiling windows provided ample opportunity to soak it all in. It was a perfect getaway for my family (two very small kids) being right on the beach! The kitchen has everything you need but if you don’t feel like cooking there is a coffee shop, pizza shop, two restaurants and an ice cream stand all within walking distance.

We had a great stay at the “C Breeze” during the last week of August. My wife and I with our three children (ages 6, 4.5, 1.75) had a memory filled week at this beautiful clean modernly renovated home with a huge porch and steps leading right to your private beach and ocean to swim in. We swam everyday and enjoyed all the local businesses - pizza and coffee across the street for takeout, the Pub and Ocean Mist a few doors down for dinner, and the Vanilla Bean a short walk for ice cream. Also highly recommend the Matunuck Oyster Bar for a dinner, our 6 year old turns out loves oysters! The house was perfect size for us with its 3 bedrooms and even enough space for the grandparents to stay over one night.

What a fantastic amazing time we had at this house. Bekki is wonderful to work with and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions(lots). She responded very fast. The house is extremely clean and decorated so so lovely. We are so grateful for a wonderful week enjoying family and the sound of the ocean right out the door. Thank you for everything!

This is the third year we have stayed here and it is always fantastic. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing! The beach can be rocky, but if you bring your water shoes, there is no problem at all.

Magical perch directly on ocean! The views are always changing , magnificent to behold from inside or on the deck. We loved dining by the window to take in the scenery and hear the waves. The home is nicely decorated and appointed with lovely kitchenware, etc., making us feel right at home. Good times!

The property was in a perfect location. It was quiet, the beach private, and the ocean view spectacular. Yet 2 doors away was a pub, and across the street a pizza shop and a coffee hut. Newport is close by, and that's where we had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. Can't wait to return in warm weather when we can eat on the deck and take advantage of the most well-equipped kitchen we've ever encountered in a rental. Thanks Bekki.

My mom and my sister and I needed a weekend to relax and unwind. My mom is in the midst of chemo treatments and it has been draining for all of us. This was the perfect place for us to recharge! The deck gave us an amazing lunch spot as we sat and watched the surfers. Being able to see the sunset (and sunrise!) over the water was so unusual and beautiful! Carpenter's Farmstand was a perfect stop for us to pick up some snacks, and we took long walks on a variety of beaches all within just a few minutes of the house. We are hoping to rent it again next fall!

Our stay was fantastic! The beach house is beautiful with tasteful decor, creating a wonderful vacation environment. It was very clean, which is important to our family in general, but even moreso during the pandemic. The location was great and you can't beat being steps away from the ocean! The outdoor shower was especially convenient too. Thank you also to Bekki for the timely and helpful communications. We already booked our stay for next year and can't wait for another wonderful getaway.
