This was our second time staying at the house and it was just as nice as the first time. Thank you for the delicious lemon blueberry cake! We will definitely be back.

Overall we had a very nice experience at this property. The inside of the property was clean and very attractive. The third bedroom with the bunk beds did not work well for adults. Not sturdy enough, so we were forced to improvise. The television and receiver was complicated with too many remotes and steps to take that were not included in the written instructions provided. However, the owner was excellent about responding and helped us correct that problem quickly. The pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but yet provided a very nice place to relax each day. The water was warmer than I would have preferred, but most might like it that way. The outdoor chair cushions all seemed to be covered in a film of dust that we needed to brush off before using. The landscaping seemed a little over grown, so it kind of felt like the whole outside should have been given some attention before we arrived. We went to the store and bought some burgers to cook on the grill, but unfortunately we needed to go inside and fry them because the gas bottle was empty in the grill. That was a little frustrating to experience after paying what we paid. We ended up buying a bag of ice for drinks because the auto ice maker in the frig just didn't last very long. All in all, we had a very nice time, and we would stay at this location again, but there is certainly a little room for small improvements.

The property was as described in the listing. The pool & hot tub were great; clean, everything operational & private. We spent most of our time in the hot tub or the bike/hike trail that was right at the rear of the property! Bikes and pool toys were available for our use and plenty of room in the garage for our car. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Everything in this property has been thought over to make life of renters easy. Kitchen utensil's location is labeled, nothing is missing. Everything else is easy to find. The pool was wonderfully warm, the hot tub heats up very fast. The small preserve is within walking distance to enjoy in the morning before breakfast. Along the preserve is a walking and bicycle track that a ranger told us is 60 mile long. The two saguaro N.P are within 30 minutes drive, plus a lot of other exciting places to visit. Definitely the best place we have rented--and my wife and I have seen many since we are in our 80s.

Have stayed in this area before but the location of this house was superb - directly across from the El Rio reserve that is a birder's delight in the Spring. House was immaculate, quite neighborhood with no traffic noise yet fairly close to the freeway, contact with the manager very good. Only minor complaint was we had to pay for pool heating even though we didn't use it and it wasn't very clean anyway. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish our stay would have been longer than 2 nights! It is in a nice neighborhood and the home is well equipped with Kitchen necessities. It was also very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here. Nice to have added a king size bed. Love the pool and spa, great for walking the dog, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Only negative was the backyard security camera pointed at the pool and spa. Understand the need for security cameras but seems like it should be turned off when house is occupied. Was hard to truly relax in the back yard when it felt like we were being spied upon. Did not know about the cameras until documents were sent for signature.

This was our second time at this wonderfully located property. It is quiet, close to everything and very comfortable. The new bed in the primary bedroom is divine. The guest shower has the best water pressure. The hot tub works great and we liked having a fireplace. The owner Dan is very responsive. Truly recommend.

Nicely maintained home in wonderful location. Perfect for family hikes, bike rides, swimming, shopping (outlet stores nearby!). Well appointed kitchen -- we were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. Dan and Holly were very kind and communicative. Cannot beat the sunrises and sunsets here!

Everything was spot on to the advertisement. We stayed with our 3 month puppy and the only thing that was hard was the astro turf was too hot for his baby feet. Had we known we would have brought a big piece with us to put in the shade. The home itself and the pool had us staying an extra night. It is very close to shopping but oh so quiet! Loved it, thank you.

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The neighborhood here is quiet. It is great for walking it it literally on the mountains in the area. The house has everything you need and also items needed to cook, but there are plenty of delivery options and places to go. We so enjoyed our time here. We will be back.

My family has been staying in vacation homes for nearly a decade, and Dan's Tucson property is by far one of the best we've ever stayed in. The house is new and immaculate, and Dan has provided everything you need, down to the smallest detail. Pool is heated and amazing. Home is in a beautiful, super-quiet neighborhood that's also very convenient to the highway and stores. There's a lovely nature preserve that's literally in the back yard. Dan was fantastic to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family. The house and pool were very clean. The location was a short drive from many stores and restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. The pool and spa were absolutely our favorite part of the house. We would definately stay at this location again if we are back in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dan's place! The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly. We spent MANY hours relaxing outside. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen supplied all the things we needed to make a few meals at the house. The location was ideal as well with many shopping and eating out options nearby. Great path right outside the house that we walked on several times. Also close to other hiking spots near Dove Mountain. Overall, a great stay. We hope to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place. Everything was as described in the listing . The home had everything we needed. The pool and spa were a great treat in the evenings. Loved the immediate access to the bike trail for walking and running. The host was very responsive and I would highly recommend renting this house. An excellent VRBO.

This was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week in Tucson! Dan the owner takes meticulous care of the house, pool, and spa, which makes for a smooth, enjoyable experience. The full kitchen, with its beautiful granite counters, was a pleasure to cook and prepare meals in. The TV/entertainment system was the nicest we've found in a vacation home, so we easily settled in to watching our favorite shows. The Wi-Fi worked great, and I was able to host a Zoom meeting one morning. The bed and pillows, with their crisp white sheets and pillowcases, were very comfortable. The covered patio made for pleasant outside dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The outdoor grill was great for grilling steaks and hot dogs so we didn't have to heat up the house with the oven. And, the best part was the swimming pool and spa. We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated, and it was worth every penny. When we had an issue one night with heating the spa, Dan responded immediately and stayed on the phone with my husband while they troubleshot the problem. We also loved that the house was adjacent to El Rio Preserve. In the evening we enjoyed watching the nighthawks, martens, and ducks flying over the lake and marsh. The Loop also runs through El Rio Preserve, which is great for walking, jogging, and biking. We look forward to staying here again!

This property was a delight. Exceptionally clean, well-presented upon arrival, and a quiet, lovely neighborhood near the parts of Tucson where we needed to be. Dan was easy to work with and get a hold of. There were unexpected extras that made this an even better property than we had hoped for: things such as a large closet with hangers to stash away our belongings, plenty of hooks throughout to hang towels and items, pool noodles, and extras in the kitchen that I usually have to go out and purchase for our family (plastic wrap or foil, napkins, coffee). I enjoyed walking the neighborhood and we all enjoyed the yard very much. We would stay here again happily.
