Living waters was perfect for our extended family of 12 to stay! Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. Clear instructions for everything. Kitchen size was small with only one sink (21 of our family was there a lot of the time for meals) & fridge shelves had been removed, so it was difficult to store all our food, but we coped.

Living Waters was a memorable experience for our family who celebrated a 70th birthday. The house was beautifully maintained and facilities could not be faulted. The views from most rooms were stunning. We would stay there again and it comes highly recommended for an occasion requiring 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Assistance and instructions provided by the Manager and Owner were also very informative. Great Work guys.

We had a lovely weekend at living waters. Great house to fit everyone in 😊 All couples were able to have their own room & ensuite. Just needed a music source and possibly the scullery as it was difficult to do dishes in the small sink in the kitchen.

For a team of Athletes this was the perfect place to relax and recover between races. Plenty of space to have time away from the group or join in with movies in the cinema room or pool table. Everyone came together for dinner on the 14 seater table. Would definitely stay again!

On booking I was impressed by ability to sleep 6 couples in 6 rooms with separate ensuites. Booked for our sons wedding and looked froward to hassle free stay, use of butlers kitchen, walk in dressing room from master suite and daily use of the Spa. However from the moment we arrived there was nothing but issues. The front gate broke down and did not work. Butler's kitchen and master walk in robe were locked (as was linen and study, not required) So we had a small free standing clothes rack and a tiny kitchen sink to cater to washing up pot and pans etc for 9-14 people. First night one bathroom flooded from a blocked pipe thanks to a tree root. Second day the power shorted out due to a faulty toaster. The spa never worked properly for the duration as it has a habit of overheating to 46C+ and although we followed instructions given we spent more time maintaining it and never got to use it. Maureen and Jimmy were quickly on to all of these issues and organised trades as required along with a new toaster and pool noodles to keep the temp of the spa down.. While some of these issues were unforeseeable I am a little disgruntled that I paid premium rates for things that were advertised but not available and that I spent too much time maintaining the spa without use. Sadly much maintenance needed which interrupted our stay making it less relaxing than expected. J & M were on to things quickly but one doesn't expect to see owners quite so much!
