What a great place! Location makes this place so quiet, which after a day on the Strip is more than welcome. Access is easy, and safe, coming through the back. The kitchen is well-appointed, though fairly, we never cooked while we were there. But the decor! There are several vintage pieces of art, decor, and furniture that made being here a step back in time. The home was perfect for 3 adults with plenty of room for more. We had a great time!

Our stay was great. Very spacious and quiet neighborhood. The bathroom shower head off the patio ( 4th bedroom/living space) kept coming off while in use. Had a few insects the first day, but you really can not control waterbugs in the dessert.
More positives, my family was pleased. And we are looking forward to many more memorable family trips together.
Thanks

I liked the location, price, and communication of the owner. The cockroach situation needs to be dealt with. Saw 2 our first night and that was it, but still.....

The house is very clean and comfortable, we have 6 adults staying comfortably. The host was great, we had an afternoon flight on check out day so she let us have a late check out time. No issues at all we will definitely be back.

Overall the home was very nice and was a very convenient location to many of the places we wanted to visit. Our only concern was the electrical outlets. We were very glad we had no toddlers because many of the outlets had no covers. The plug ins would literally fall out of the outlets in 2 of the bedrooms making them very hard to use. It was very inconvenient for my CPAP machine. Fell out 3 times during the first night so I wrapped the cord around the bed frame next to the plug and that helped. The location is very near what the businesses called the homeless population but we had no issues during our stay, we did drive more than walk just to remain safe. Overall I would recommend this home to those looking for a nice but less expensive option!

What a nice house! It obvious the owners did a great job renovating an original Vegas house. Bedrooms are nice, common areas are comfortable. Had difficulty getting the TV to work; seemed to be a problem with the remote. Both bathrooms are ok; original one is small. I noted other visitors mentioned problems with cockroaches; these are still an issue. I understand they are frequent visitors in the desert, but we had 2-3 dead ones each morning. If you are squeamish, this is not the place for you. Overall. I do recommend this house!

Great place! We were two sisters & their husbands, our mom, and our two kids. The house is in a fab location for getting anywhere we wanted to visit, and walking distance to a fantastic taco stand! It feels spacious and it's very cute!
A few tips for guest awareness: the house reminded us a of staying with a welcoming & hospitable friend who maybe just graduated from college or is in their first home. The kitchen has the basics, but not *all* the basics. Probably most visitors to Vegas don't come to do a lot of home cooking, but make sure you plan that way. For example, there's not really any serrated knives, there are no measuring cups or measuring spoons, and mixing bowls are sparse. There was one hand towel per bathroom, and one bath towel per person plus two extra, which felt limited. But nobody in our group was a two-towel bather so this wasn't a problem for us. Also, I suspect that the *extremely helpful and responsive* property manager would have gotten us more towels had we asked. We did ask for a couple of things and she was right over to get us sorted, which was wonderful and made us feel very cared for! And in contrast to other places we have stayed, there was ample toilet paper for the entire household. The front-facing bedroom gets a ton of morning sun, so put your early risers in that one! It also has a very loud squeaky box spring, so best for sleepers who don't toss & turn much. Other beds are basically silent. But all the beds were comfortable and cozy!

Property was just perfect for our needs.

Overall was a good stay, however was unsettling to see several cockroaches. Cute decor.
5.0
Great property, conveniently located. Car not necessary if you’re not opposed to walking 20 min to and from Fremont. The Deuce (bus) is also 20 min away.
Only criticism of the place is one of the beds (Queen) is EXTREMELY creaky. It’s excessive, really. Avoid it if you can.

House worked for us as it was close to our show.se
It's older, but again worked for us in the Vintage area.
House was clean.

We enjoyed being able to be there for viva Las Vegas but still be able to enjoy the peaceful environment just a few miles from the strip.

Decent house, not the best neighborhood

The house was comfortable and located in a area just close enough to Freemont area and the strip. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the Vegas life and also short trips for Nature adventures.
5.0
The property had alot more amenities than we thought it would, dishes and cooking items which made it feel like a home away from home. We were able to cook and not spend a fortune on eating out.
The rooms are cozy and the beds are extremely comfortable. The living room space was great for everyone to gather in with plenty of seating.
Close to Fremont street and not too far to get to the strip made it great for our adult only family getaway. However, we plan to rent it again for another trip with our kids.
Wish we could have used the backyard space more, but it was raining during our stay.

We really enjoy this property. My brother, nephew & stepson come for basketball event that includes Arizona Wildcats. The location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to where we want to be. Always enjoyable!

The retro vibe of the house was awesome. I loved it. The location was just a couple miles from the strip which was perfect. There was a flash flood that came through the first night and the owner made sure we were ok and also made sure the property was cleaned up after the flooding. Great experience.

I love this Vegas rental so much, I want to take it to a drive thru chapel and marry it! :)
I loved this rental and would absolutely want to stay here again if I can. What's great? The communication and flexibility of the property managers. The look and feel of the rental. It feels like home and a vacation at the same time. I found the King bed to be very comfortable, the double bed as well. The kitchen had almost everything we needed
-- literally, the only thing we needed to bring was coffee, but they had everything else including a grinder. The location - if you're able bodied, you can walk to everything you want and need. And if you can't walk, driving to stuff will be quick and easy. The nit picky stuff that I personally didn't care about but others might: the neighborhood is lower-income/working class. I don't mind because I am from a lower income/working class area. People typically think of these areas as "sketchy". We had zero issues. You should be fine too, just don't look for trouble. The driveway has these great fragrant plants that attract bees. I lived near bees for 20+ years so they don't freak me out, but concerned the others for a minute. The bees are more interested in those plants than they are people, so leave them alone and you'll be fine. The step from the wood gate going into/out of the back of the house. Be careful - we had a couple of stumbles, but learned quickly. The next door neighbor's dog. Will bark when people are nearby. Don't really notice it unless you're staying in the living room. The queen bed is a little creaky and hard according to one of our guests. Maybe you can take some of the extra pillows from the couches to add some comfort if you have the same experience?? The futon is little too soft for sitting, sinks down pretty deep -- maybe that's for the lightweight people to sleep. Other than those things, which really didn't affect me personally, I love this place so much, I'm feeling sad to leave right now.

Clean, But Outdated Electrical
When they say “vintage”, they mean vintage. There are only a couple of 3-prong outlets in the entire house. Also, some rooms didn’t have a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms are very small - not a lot of room to turn around, let alone to get ready in… no counter space.
The house was clean and the backyard is cute. The decor was neat. It’s just lacking in some much needed updates that wouldn’t give it any less of a vintage feel (ceiling fans and 3-prong outlets).
The biggest reason for our overall 3-star rating has to do with the time-consuming process we went through just to get check-in instructions. I checked my email (both inbox and junk), along with the Vrbo app multiple times for check-in instructions, but they were no where to be found. I tried contacting the property manager for this property through the messaging feature in the Vrbo app well after the 3:00 PM check-in time, but never received a response. We finally had to call Vrbo after a couple of hours went by with no response because we were all tired and ready to get into the house and get some rest. We were on the phone about 30 minutes in total to get everything sorted out and we FINALLY received check-in instructions after 7:00 PM. We were in town for a family emergency and we had all been traveling since early in the morning eastern and central time, so it was disappointing and frustrating not to be able to get into the house when we were ready.

Spacious, clean, comfortable
Beautiful home, super convenient to everything; downtown, the strip, the Arts District.
We had a relaxing time in this house.
The back yard is also comfy and pleasant. This is a terrific space, and the decor is classic and really fun.
Will definitely be back!

New year 2022
Property was very clean and close to everything. Wished there were televisions in the bedrooms. Also I wished the shower had more pressure in one of the bathrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice place, close to Old Town
Nice place to stay. However, very poor water pressure in both showers! Made taking a shower less than pleasant. Other than that it was a very comfortable house, great backyard and easy to get around to the Strip and Downtown Vegas.

21st First birthday
The house was nice although it doesn’t look like the pics online but the backyard was a great place to sit at night. The only problem we had was the murder that occurred only a couple of blocks away…

I loved this place!
Why did love this place? 5 things: communication, flexible, location, price & comfort. Communication - hosts respond pretty quickly (within 24 hours), Flexible- we needed a later check out time and hosts obliged, Location - walking distance to restaurants and Fremont, Price - to find everything this place offers at this price, great value! Comfort - this was my favorite part! It feels like home and a vacation all rolled up in one. The backyard is very relaxing. The king and double beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Living room great place to chill and watch the games when we wanted to take it easy. Things to note for future stays: neighbor's dog barks when you pull into the driveway. If you're getting in late, just get inside as fast as you can and it will stop. The driveway has these great fragrant plants, but they attract bees. Just leave the plants alone and the bees will likely leave you alone. The queen bed is hard, so maybe bring a sleeping pad? But that's it - everything else was GREAT, WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN! :)

Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the bed in the first bedroom was as hard as a rock and it should be advertised as a 3 bedroom, not 4. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!
