Spent 2 wonderful,enjoyable, relaxing 2 weeks with my family. Location was perfect for our needs. If any problems the owner took care of it immediately. Very accommodating.

The house is a great size for a large group of people. Ari was super easy to communicate with and always responded quickly no matter the time of day. I text with him an hour before my arrival and he sent the door code to get in. Upon my arrival the cleaning crew must have just left because every door and window was unlocked. I figured they must have been in a hurry. House was clean and orderly. My only concern which i didn't address with Ari was the green algae all along the pool walls. I read in the home information that the pool guy would come clean that week so figured it wasn't worth bothering anyone as he would take care of it the next day or so. Our dog had a great time in the backyard investigating all the beautiful plants and landscaping. My family and I prepared lots of meals in the kitchen. It was well stocked with dishes, appliances and utensils. Everyone in my group had their own space which was nice for when they needed a break or a nap. It was a great trip with my family and I'm glad we found a place so accommodating for all our needs. Thank you again Ari.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and while, yes, it was a beautifully remodeled and well-equipped home, I feel like I absolutely need to mention the owner. I’ve stayed in several vacation rental homes over the past year and never before have a had a problem with an owner until now. Chalk it up to cultural or language differences perhaps, but I found the owner to be quite rude and abrasive. First of all, you need to expand the instructions on the actual listing itself to see that he expects you to reach out to him prior to arrival to set up a time for him to meet you and show you around the property. I did not see those instructions and he did not attempt to reach out to me or resend me this information. He claims that he attempted to call me “several times” and that I “could have answered but didn’t.” The truth is that he called me exactly once. My phone had died shortly before our arrival and I messaged him from one of my family members phones stating that we had arrived and apologies for not seeing his instructions, and he called my dead phone. Once. Well it was very difficult to figure out how to heat the spa. He turned it on remotely for us twice, but the second time I asked him (a whole day later) to turn it on, he simply said “This is why I want to meet you upon check in.” Then proceeded to argue with me that he tried to call me multiple times and I didn’t answer. I wish I could include screenshots of our convo because I am only ever polite and respectful when staying in rental houses. So, maybe I’m an idiot for not thoroughly reading through the expanded information on the listing. It seems like if it were so strong a preference of the owner to meet us, he also would have attempted to reach out after booking to confirm with us. I did eventually figure out how to turn the spa on myself. There are several apps titled the same to use for control of the spa settings via wifi. You just have to keep trying until you find the right app. I’m not going to say that the trip was ruined by this owner, but I will say that he definitely made us feel unwelcome and like we were just bothering him. There are so many other lovely rental houses in Las Vegas with the same amenities that don’t also come with a problematic owner.

Nice quiet, convenient neighborhood. Good kitchen and great outdoor area with pool and spa. Nothing super luxurious, but we had most everything we needed. Could have used more bedside table lamps. Easy access to both The Strip and beautiful Red Rock Canyon, and, a bit further afield, Hoover Dam.

We really enjoyed our week-long visit. The house is clean and well equipped. Hot tolub was a delight. Location is convenient to hiking and the strip.

When I was loading my car to leave at 7:30 a man parked behind me blocking me in the driveway opened the garage (full of reno stuff) and began looking for things. I was uncomfortable loading my car and left earlier than I wanted. My husband and I left a different times (he was heading elsewhere) he messaged management and they said they didn't think it was a big deal and that they can't control the time the pool company comes (pool was a mess) and that they had someone change a outside garage light and didn't think it was a big deal. The guy was not a pool guy or a landscaping guy I am use to this. I had to ask him to move his vehicle so I could leave with my child. He was looking for things in the attached garage. I assumed it was the owner or partner, his van was a newer commercial Mercedes. He acted pleasant but I was uncomfortable. The house was styled well but has a few minor issues. The master shower has very damaged sheetrock due to what looks like water issues and the new painted doors and trim look like they are peeling already. The issues were minor and I would have stayed there again if not for the issue with the guy and the garage. You decide if this bothers you or not.

We stayed here for 3 days over Christmas break and had an amazing time! The house was spacious and clean. The beds are more comfortable than the marriot beds we stayed in on the way there. The backyard is above and beyond for a VRBO. Pool and hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. We didn’t want to leave! Also the neighborhood is very quiet but within a few miles there is shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Ari was very easy to deal with great place and very accommodating

The house was nice. Not extremely fancy. But nice. For some reason I was surprised there were two floors. The master is on the first floor. This house is all about the backyard. Palm trees and nice-sized pool and hot tub and nicely landscaped. There was a hiccup with the pool and hot tub needing to be freshened up from the guests before when we first arrived, but that was fixed by the next morning.

Nice sized house and owner was very easy to communicate with. Definitely not a place to stay if you are looking for a party, as loud noises are not allowed past 10pm. We were there to attend a wedding with family, so it was perfect for us. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool because there was a major windstorm in Vegas and it was covered with leaves and debris. But I bet you in the summer it’s beautiful!

We had an amazing time. Celebrated my husband's 55th birthday late September. We arrived in Vegas early the morning of our first day of the booking. Host was gracious enough to let us check in early. The house was extremely clean and inviting. Neighborhood quiet. A month later family is still talking about the stay and in the works of planning the next. Hope this home is available, because this will be our Vegas getaway rental. Love it.

It was a last minute decision to holiday with our adult children in Vegas and we lucky to find this gem. Lounging in the pool and hot tub in the morning was perfect ahead of a day of hanging out on the strip. It was approximately 15-20 minutes to any strip or downtown destination. Uber drivers easily found the property. The layout to the home was perfect. Loved that it was clean and easy to keep clean. The kitchen was filled with the right tools and dishes for 'cooking in'. Having a washer and dryer option makes packing lighter. The owner met us at the house for our arrival. Communication was easy and responsive. I highly recommend this property. We'd certainly stay there again!

This house is fantastic for families! Great communal areas to play games, cards while also having enough space that you are not tripping over each other.
