Joli et bien situé mais pas donné

La situation a deux pas de la place San Marco. C’est propre (mais mes allergies n’ont pas apprécié le tapis aux murs qui, forcément, accumule la poussière). L’acceuil avec une bouteille de prosecco.

Tout est joli mais en façade seulement. Beaucoup, beaucoup de messages reçus de la part des gérants.

Amazing *****

Beautiful apartment, very comfy bed, fabulous shower, tv has netflix and prime and the nespresso machine was a bonus...also great air con! Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Marco polo Square. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Canal view from room is amazing, especially seeing the gondolas float by. The hosts were super friendly, clear and easy communication about the booking and check instructions and they had great local information, happily arranged for a water taxi to collect us from the property and take us straight back to the airport for a good price. Kept baggage after check out for us due to late flight. Very highly recommended, would gladly return.

It wasn't a problem for us but be aware there is no lift so you will need to carry your cases up stairs...but the whole of Venice is not hold luggage friendly, with tiny, busy, cobbled streets and many steps and bridges...we were glad to only have carry on.

The location was great. Easy to get to all points of interest. The hotel was easy to locate. The staff were very helpful. great resturants nearby. canal view, seranaded each night, from the gondoliers.

Exceptional

The room at l'Abbaye was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially the young lady who checked us in. She was so nice when checking in and seeing her other times. The recommendations for restaurants were also very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish it were longer!

Superb

What a great hotel! The location was perfectly situation between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. The room was a nice size and well appointed. The staff were great to work with and very receptive to anything we needed. You won't be disappointed if you get a room with a canal view. It doesn't get much better in Venice than to open your balcony door and enjoy a morning coffee while the gondoliers are singing in the canal below.

Very clean and good location

There are 2 classic rooms and they are both different. Photos of each should be advertised separately as we paid a lot of money and stayed in a room different to what we booked based on the photos. Canal view was also from a lower point than the photos. If these are not advertised separately, we should have at least been notified before our stay. Overall just disappointed with the situation.

Perfect stay in Venice! Highly recommended

Location is excellent! Heart of Venice and easy access Staff were v helpful and nice Room super clean

The early check out at 10:30 was a bit unpleasant but they kept my luggage and ordered taxi for me Make sure you have everything before 6 as they close the reception!

Beautiful view in a historical building

What an amazing stay! We got the balcony room that looks right onto the canals, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. Amazing locarion, easy to walk to everything and very clean.

Exceptional

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Domus Superior. Our room was very clean and we were provided with water and wine. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many tourist spots. Domus Superior was very accommodating and even helped us get a water taxi right to their water entrance for an easy departure. If we are lucky enough to visit Venice again, we will most definitely be booking a stay with Domus Superior

Perfect!

The location was perfection. The front desk was so helpful to explain how to get to the hotel making sure everything was done correctly and we had a ride to get there. This Hotel is a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Venice

Very good

We could see a view of the canal from our room so we loved opening the windows and hearing the gondolas ride by with people singing.

the location is amazing! it’s not a hotel, more an apartment so don’t expect breakfast.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock but other than that, the property is amazing.

Location, comfort and view - watch as the gondolas go by and feel the magic of Venice

We can’t recommend Domus Superior highly enough from the room, comfort, location, to view and value for money. We stayed in a superior room with canal view in room 3B on 3rd floor which was as per the pictures on website. It was amazing to watch the gondolas go by and hear the singing which was magical and you could see this from all 4 windows. The location is 5 mins from the main area, right beside St Marks Square and the designer shops to the beautiful churches. Cross the bridge to go on the gondolas. You are beside restaurants and cafes so no hassle getting food. The owners were so helpful and nothing was a problem. We found the bed very comfortable and room large for Venice. There is water and coffee supplied. There is a mini fridge and TV with Netflix in English. We loved the decor of the room and in the dresser they even supplied a travel plug, which I thought was brilliant if you were caught short. We really had the best 3 days staying here and would stay again. This is a gem of a premise which has a fab location right in the heart of Venice and all the sights. Don’t hesitate to book. Venice is beyond beautiful and so is this room.

Nothing negative - the only thing was our fridge did not seem to work but we were out all the time and I never even mentioned this to the owners whom I know would attend to that straight away. Everything is supplied cups, glasses and bottle opener. The stairs may be a problem for some but not us. It’s really a beautiful premises and room. Just loved Venice and this premises made our stay all that more magical. The owners replied to all our messages and queries before we arrived which was so helpful. Highly recommend on every front.

Cold apartment, no heating other than ineffective AC, lack of promised private bathroom while luggage storage, unpleasant service, making copies of ID without consent, loud corridor and inter-room noises

Great Location Great View from the Balcony of the Gondolas Room was very nice Shower great Had Amazon Firestick to use for Netflix and other apps Was provided water every morning.

No Curtains. Be prepared to bring an eye mask with you. Fridge didn’t work that well.

Superb guesthouse

Very modern style room Very clean room and bathroom Clean towels and fresh amenities everyday Very helpful staff: Chiara and Marco willing to assist with anything. And all taxi bookings done promptly and arrived on time. Although it was cold. We still enjoyed the veiw from our room.

Fantastic location

It was a fabulous place to stay, so central and the room was lovely. Chiara organised a water taxi because we got in very late. The property was clean and the location was perfect. Would defiantly stay again if we were visiting.
