Great bed and breakfast, excellent location. I would highly recommend.

A delightful family run bed and breakfast in the middle of Lucca. The location is absolutely brilliant. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. Good value for money. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional

Hosts were really kind and fast to reply, and the breakfast was good, too, with amazing expresso or latte. Really well located. One tip, it's hard to drive into the city with a big car and small streets,, but there is free parking outside the city walls, best to ask the hosts for some parking/luggage tips.

A Great Place to Stay in Lucca

My husband and I were traveling with another couple. Maison Gentile worked out perfectly for us. It is in the heart of the old part of Lucca with restaurants and stores right down the street. We each had our own room and bathroom (with a lock and key) and there was a kitchen/eating area in between our rooms. The room and bathroom were clean with fresh towels and toiletries. The host met us there and showed us around which was helpful. He was also very helpful with our questions about Lucca. The breakfast was exceptionally good. There was fresh coffee, a warm dish, something like a quiche, croissants, meat and cheese, fruit, yogurt and much more that I can't remember. I have no complaints!

Wonderful stay at a very reasonable rate. Highly reccomended!

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and it was a nice gesture to give us a small souvenir about Lucca during check-out. The place is recently renovated, very clean and we felt very safe.

Highly recommend staying here, comfortable, clean and great location. would definitely stay again!

The location was excellent, not far from the city wall but near everything inside, cute square with market stalls nearby, aswell as shops and restaurants on the door step, yet could hear nothing from the street and comfortable. Spacious room, Comfy bed and lovely modern clean bathroom.

As this is a B&B, essentially rooms in a large apartment with kitchen area outside off all rooms, you could hear breakfast prep and everyone having breakfast if you weren’t up early like the lazy sods we were (before 7:30am). Breakfast was limited (IMO) but good to have something there and good coffee. Hosts were lovely. Also hard to find but look for the columns off the street into an alcove (chairs and tables there and s stall with art work and you will see the big white door with small sign outside. Ring the bell!

We loved the experience of being in this village. We rented e-bikes with a tour guide.

This was by far the best breakfast we had on our journey. The room was very modern with excellent sound proofing, air conditioning and the option of having the windows open. Located inside the walled city making access to all stores and restaurants easy.

Great place to stay in Lucca

Very nice and helpful staff. I was sent a map and pictures over what's app to help me find the place. I was able to check in early. The room was very cute. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything that we could want and fresh cherries.

Very good continental breakfast, extremely clean, plenty of fresh towels and comfortable bed . Soundproof room so city quiet when windows closed and air con 😊. Great location in centre of town .

An excellent stay in a very central and comfortable location

The location was superb.It could not have been better placed for the concert which we were attending .Very warm welcome from the owner / manager .

There is no ' relaxation ' area save for your own bedroom but that is no real issue as most visitors are there to explore Lucca

Clean, comfortable, great location

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful and could speak in many different languages so communication was always clear. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Rooms were right beside the communal kitchen so it didn’t feel overly private but if you just wanted a place to stay it was ideal.

The apartment is in the middle of the historic Center of Lucca, very easy to reach from the station. The rooms are beautifully equipped and staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
