The cosy cabin was quiet and well located with easy access in and out of the city centre. The host made prompt contact with clear instructions for how to get there (a little tricky with a sharp turn off a driveway off a main road) but with his video it made it perfectly clear and finding the keys on our arrival was a breeze.
For international travellers the shower hot water system was a little confusing. We also had trouble with the front door not locking, but it wasn’t a big issue.

L’amabilitat del Mark i els detalls de la casa. Decoració maquíssima
M’ha faltat alguna cosa per cuinar.. una planxa o una placa… només hi havia el microones

Absolutely perfect location to explore Belfast. Mark was wonderful and quickly appeared to show us where to go and explain a few bits and pieces about the property. Overall I cant really fault anything! Comfortable bed slept really well!

The property was clean and excellent value for money. The host, Mark, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable bedding and quite spacious for a cabin. Some food, tea and coffee were provided, as well as fridge space and a microwave. Parking was easy and safe and the owner's instructions for accessing the cabin were helpful.
Dirt under the bed and sofa was reachable by crawling children. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor (not clear if/how it could be switched off). This is a matter of taste, but some of the interior elements were a bit unsettling, such as the pictures with hidden faces and the overall 'darkness' of the colour scheme (dark walls, dark radiators, black cutlery), but some people may enjoy this.

Mark the owner was very welcoming. We were supposed to stay in the cosy cabin at the backof his house. What a surprise we got when he said he was upgrading to the whole house. We had the whole house to ourselves. He had the fire lit for us. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Thanks Mark 👍

Nothing we didn’t even stay
When we arrived the bed wasn’t even ready and there was an empty milk carton and an open can of Beer in the fridge. We had given our arrival time and it looked nothing like the photos

The place was amazing and completely beat all my expectations. There was a very unique personal touch, that you rarely find when working away, as Mark had left a welcome sign with my name, text me a video of directions to locate it prior to arrival, and offered anything I needed at any time. Working away as a woman alone can sometimes be daunting and you can often hide away in your room for safety or privacy but Mark made me feel completely secure by providing 24/7 contact, knowing he was only next door in an emergency, cctv at the premises and most of all a friendly knock on the door to introduce himself and a very enjoyable conversation. The property had everything i needed and more and really lived up to its name. Such a cosy feel with LED candles and lamps, beautiful comfortable decor that made me feel I was at home tucked in a little woodland retreat. There was even a squirrel on the windowsill this morning. The patio area is a lovely touch right outside the door which unlike hotels meant you had immediate access to fresh air or a relaxing evening sat outside, able to nip in and out for a drink etc. Usually in hotels you have to walk quite a way from room to exit, and usually have nowhere to sit and relax on a nice day.
As for the host, Mark couldn't have been more accommodating or hospitable. When he knew I was alone with no car, he offered any help to get food or drink, in fact anything I needed seemed no trouble at all. Such a personable man who really enhanced my stay with his friendly persona. I shall definitely come back, not just for work but for pleasure now I know how enjoyable the stay was.
Conveniently located to the airport and Belfast City but without the hustle and bustle of city life, tucked away in your own cosy cabin away from the world. Just perfect. Hope to see you again soon Mark and this time stay for longer. Many many thanks 😊

Brilliant wee spot just a pity it's near glengormley side of Antrim Road, away from City Centre. Great for people who want to visit North of Ireland. Close to the Zoo, Cavehill Mountain and Belfast Castle. Can't complain about the accommodation lovely wee spot . Nice and clean and well decorated

I liked how cosy and homily it felt. Just felt like home.
There is a bit of a lack of storage as the draws in the cabin was filled with other diy bits and bobs.

Second time staying here at the cosy cabin and for exactly that reason, its so cosy, so handy to the bus route in and out of Belfast, the owner mark is lovely, always has a little check in with yah to make sure you are okay, has a little personalised welcome with your name on it and seeing it's this time of year and it's cold, we arrived to the heating right up and ready for us to just chill out. Will definitely be staying again without a doubt!
