Visited this location for a July 4 weekend and was a great getaway from the heat wave! The house offered everything we needed and had ample space to hang out or enjoy the view. Not too far from SLO and Pismo Beach. Wish the fog was a little less intense but we still got to enjoy one sunset and sit around the fire pit. Would love to come back and visit again!

We loved staying at the house. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the view is. And the house has a unique story for Disney fans … Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We’d love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this home. Everything was in order and well-appointed, and the host was very responsive. The view of the ocean, Morro rock and the estuary were spectacular. Lots of inside and outside comfortable places to sit and enjoy the view. The home is in a quiet area, but just 10 minutes from town and good restaurants, and near all the outdoor activities we wanted to do. Highlights of our stay were hiking in Montana de Oro and Harmony Headlands state parks, tidepooling at Hazard beach, visiting the Morro Bay Museum of Natural History and estuary and visiting the little aquarium at Avila Beach. And then coming back to relax at the house to watch the sunset. We even saw a coyote chase a rabbit around the deck (the rabbit escaped). We would love to come back again.

Our stay at this vacation rental was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with breathtaking views that stretched out over the ocean, all the way to the iconic Morro Rock. The views were mesmerizing, with waves rolling in over the ocean creating a serene atmosphere. Evenings were especially magical watching the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink. The house itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, with everything I needed readily available. I particularly appreciated the filtered drinking water, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall convenience. The location of the property was ideal. It was far enough away to provide a sense of tranquility and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet conveniently close to hiking trails, the beach, and downtown restaurants. From lounging on the deck, soaking in the panoramic views, to exploring the surrounding area, this vacation rental delivered unforgettable moments. I look forward to return for another unforgettable stay.

Fantastic property with stunning views. Peaceful hilltop setting with wonderful amenities. The enormous family room with floor to ceiling windows was the focal point of our gathering. Easy access to hiking trails which lead to the beach made for a memorable day. The central coast is majestic. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were a spa-like treat. The property manager Denise was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely go back to this location.

Mini family reunion with trips to Paso wineries. Property had spectacular views of ocean and Morro Bay rock. Home was luxurious, stylishly remodeled (would’ve been nice if 3rd bedroom & guest cottage were remodeled as was somewhat uncomfortable to assign rooms as we all shared cost evenly). That being said we had wonderful time & hope to revisit in the future.

Lovely home with a beautiful view. Lovely bedrooms in the main house with bathrooms for each. The cottage was a little small and dated, but did offer what we needed in a 4th bedroom and bathroom.. The home is fully furnished with anything you might need, including the kitchen. This was especially nice since we cooked/ate in every evening.We would definitely come back.

We went to Paso Robles for our annual wine trip with friends. We were 4 couples and had the perfect setup with 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The kitchen is modern and completely equipped. There’s also a spacious laundry room. The living and dining room are the very best part of the house. The VIEW! We went wine tasting during the day, and came back to the house to cook dinner while enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

I have stayed at many rental homes for decades. The view from this property is staggering, 180 degree view of the ocean with almost nothing but protected landscape in between you and the ocean. Very nicely appointed house with new kitchen and bathrooms, everything you need. Wonderful location and communication with property manager. Book it!

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers staying in the house 4 nights March 18-22. The house met our every need and expectation. There's a panoramic seascape of ocean, breaking waves, Morro Rock, sand dunes, and chaparral from window-walls in the great room and master bedroom. We had great weather and were able to use the amazing fire pit. The wood for it and the fireplace is provided. How nice! The outside space is large with multiple areas to sit with others or alone. We played pool in the garage and table top games on the large dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and appliances. There's a very efficient ice maker in the huge refrigerator/freezer. We recommend you check-in to the house before going to the grocery store as there are cupboards filled with spices and some staples that you wouldn't need to buy. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked both literally and figuratively. We were very comfortable and happy staying in this spacious house.

One of the most amazing experiences of our life. The hosts are gracious kind and, accommodating. We are truly thankful for having the opportunity of staying at this property. When given the choice of a five star rating, we would say ten plus wouldn't be enough. Pictures alone cannot show the wonder of this beautiful place.

This property is a true gem. It has amazing views of the ocean, sand dunes and Morro Rock. We spend a weekend here with family and the house layout was perfect for all of our needs. We were even able to rearrange the living room furniture for games with our niece and to watch the views through the floor to ceiling glass wall. We are already dreaming of returning to this property.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was big, bright, and so relaxing. The house is EQUIPPED with literally everything you need. It's so great. The guest bed was a little on the firm side but overall very comfortable for all of us.

This property was amazing! It was more than enough space and the views were breathtaking. Everyone absolutely loved it and we all want to return. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The key to the cabin was a little difficult to lock.

We had a great time during our stay here. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean and every evening we sat around the fire pit with a glass of wine. It's not a super fancy place but for the price it was wonderful. It was foggy and overcast every day we were there but we come from the hot and sunny central valley so it was great for us. We would gladly come back next year.

Views from the house are spectacular! Fog can be an issue, in our 5 days fog was significantly blocking the view about half the time. But even then you can enjoy the wonderful house with walls of windows surrounding very tasteful mid century furnishings, shelves full of interesting books, and various other well chosen decorations. Everything works well. Good communication with owner. Comfortable beds.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home and have already recommended it to our friends. The home is located right next to Monatana de Oro State Park and the house it self is situated in a perfect location with endless views of not only the state park but our Pacific Ocean and all of Morro Bay. We loved staying in and having family dinners in the beautiful setting, enjoying the beautiful sunsets while we ate. Waking up to the gorgeous view was breathtaking for all of us since 3 out of the 4 rooms has ocean views. The house was truly designed to afford as much indoor/outdoor living. This home is loved and we were lucky to be able to stay here for a few days. Denise was so lovely to communicate with, her suggestions for activities and surrounding restaurants/cafe were so helpful. We hope to have a chance to return some day soon!

Beautiful views from the house. Ever changing weather. We looked forward to using the outdoor fire pit, but it was too cold and a bit breezy. We did use the indoor fireplace. Wood was supplied and even restocked during our stay when the landscapers came. Kitchen well stocked with equipment, a variety of coffee makers and coffee. Montana de Oro state park right there with hiking and beaches. Beautiful. We never found the guest book, but managed to figure things out. Owner was available if questions arose (none did, but nice to know).

What a lovely home away from home. The views are unbelievable, the kitchen is very well stocked. Coffee makers, electric tea kettles, pots, pans……everything you might need. The beds are pretty comfortable (bring your favorite pillow). Lots of linens and forget bringing a book to read. If you need a book, the shelves have an extensive library of books. We so enjoyed the location. It was a short trip to the store but far enough out of town to be incredibly peaceful. Don’t hesitate! Book this home and prepare for mesmerizing views and relaxation. Close trip to SLO, Avila Beach, Morro Bay and Pismo. Days and days of exploring the beaches with access just up the road about five minutes. Stay home and play corn hole on the deck. It doesn’t get any better than this. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful home and accommodating for three couples very well although one bath is aging. There are beautiful parks close by and many trails. The fog was heavy this time of year but not cold. Nice kitchen and the master bedroom is beautiful

My family really enjoyed staying in this home. The quiet area and outdoor deck were just what we were looking for. We enjoyed learning about the family history of the house as well. That was an unexpected treat. The house was clean with lots of room for us to spread out. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. And the views were spectacular!

My sister and her family came to visit from Denmark after 2.5 years of separation due to Covid. We had a spectacular time in this home. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the views, the cozy space and the nearby beaches and trails. The effective communication throughout the process made me appreciate the experience even more. We were 6 visitors and there was plenty of space for us. Some parts of the home are modern and newly renovated, and others are not. It didn’t influence our stay though. I recommend buying a few new cushions for the outside and perhaps storing them indoors. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the future. Our Danish guests were completely amazed, and we hope to return with them too some day.
