Overall the stay was good, clean room even though it wasn’t the one we expected, close to our daughter’s dance competiti

It was clean, comfortable, and close to the dance competition location my daughter was participating at for the weekend.

It wasn’t the floor plan we thought we booked since we thought the one we selected had a queen bed and two twin beds. Instead, we got a bed that seemed to be a double and twin with trundle. When I inquired about that, I was given the answer that we aren’t guaranteed the room we booked, but one that is similar and available. The representative said the room indeed had a queen and twin beds. I didn’t like that response because if I book a room, I expect it to be the room type I want. There weren’t enough towels & wash cloths for 4 people either. They also use an air freshener in the hallway by the elevator which is too strong. It really bothered me as I’m sensitive to strong perfumes or smells making me cough.

We enjoyed our stay, as we always make the best of things. However, we'd hoped for a nicer space.

The location was good for us, as our activities were nearby. The responsiveness to inquiries was really good, as well. On a whole the amount of space we had was really good.

As spacious as the apartment is, it was very, very spare in furnishings. Teeny tiny dining table, with only 3 chairs that have seen much better days. There was a 3 person couch in the living space, but no additional comfy chairs. The mattress on the fold-out couch was stained :( . As stated in the description of the apartment, we expected there to be an electric kettle. It was no where to be found.

Spacious apartment

Very difficulty getting into the building and cavernous parking garage. Thought we could access building through door to stairwell in garage and got locked in. Good thing I had a phone with me.

I actually thought there was 3 bedrooms not just 2 and the cleanliness was poor.

Good location

Small beds, not very clean, poor air quality: very muggy and without a proper air conditioning unit was not very comfortable

Functional, serviceable, and great location, but interior amenities could certainly be upgraded.

Very efficient and detailed check-in and parking instructions. Very responsive service phone line. Well thought out "virtual service desk". We were delighted to be able to extend our stay in the same unit with all same pass codes, etc.

Really cheap dining room chairs and table. Really cheap twin bed with trundle bed below - instead of two twin beds. Cumbersone Roku TV streaming service, with no ability to get live local TV news.

Went for work related but ended up spending more time in the kasa property.

Courteous 24 hours virtual help desk. Elevator directly going from your parking deck to your floor of your apartment.

Trash chute was always full.
