Sparse
The desk staff was Fabulous and extremely helpful. The runners were very kind. The room was very clean and spacious. The waterfalls in the front are cool to look at.
It's called the Garden Hilton except you cannot access the garden, so what is the point? The Booking.com picture of a dining area outside at night that does not exist. In fact the picture is not the same building. The restaurant and lobby is extremely sparse and very clinical looking. The rooms are not soundproof. The cleaning staff was loud. It definitely was overpriced by A LOT for what it was. Definitely not worth the price.

Good place to stay if you are there for near by events or food.
Close to the event premises we were there for “Hyatt Regency” Close to Sam’s Tavern and Redd Dog Pub Nice neighborhood
Daily room cleaning would be nice. Bar and restaurant prices were a bit steep given near by options

It was expense, but probably similar to the other hotels in that location. The staff were helpful.
Did not eat breakfast there, only used the bar and snacks. It was good. Location was good, Very clean and secure place.
Taxes are high! We did not realize so many taxes were added to the cost of the stay. They did not serve dinner on the Saturday night we were there, and we wanted to eat there. So, they told us of another place to go just close by, and that worked for us. Not sure if the kitchen was open on Sunday for breakfast. We left early.

Disappointing for a Hilton property
The location was good, the hotel was generally clean, ie rooms and lobby. The staff were kind but terribly understaffed to meet the basic demands of a Hilton guest.
Room service, no one answers the phone ever. We had to go down to the reception to get orders done. Extremely slow, and the preparation took ages as they are just no staff! Literally, 1 person is trying to handle the reception and room service. The food was bland and dry. Spa, the pool and hot tub were filthy! I think a 2-star property would have had it better cleaned. In addition, the hot tub jets were inoperative. (The tub wasn't even filled with hot water, barely warm)

It is worth the stay
Location is great and the cleanliness of the hotel. It is exceptional
The swimming pool was cold and the spa was under maintenance. Next time before I book a hotel I will call and ask about the swimming pool and the spa if ready otherwise I will not go there. It is for my kids and they were a bit sad

It was good and we chose it for the location
Nice lobby and good gym and great location
Hot tub and elevators to parking garage were down. We would prefer a smart tv there was. O directory on tv so we had to scroll through all the channels
