Was told I’d get a refund and never did.

The room was big, which was nice, but somebody left a plate of moldy food in the oven and it stink so bad staff had to come and spray it down. There was also a black widow outside of the master deck and also about 10 spiders that were huge and ginormous outside of the living room deck, and someone had to come and vacuum them up and did not get all of them. I was told I would only be paying $98 for the room, but my card was charged $320. I’m supposed to get the $50 back plus $150 off the room because of my stay. I have not got any money back and I am very disappointed because I need that money back. Very disappointing trip as the room was absolutely disgusting.

Very nice facility but cold.

The room was spacious. Good restaurant and bar at the facility.

Not enough bedding was provided. The “comforter” was almost nothing and no other blankets were in the room. Two thin, older blankets were eventually delivered to the room after calling the desk.

Wonderful Hotel

Two of the four elevators were broken during our stay which was very inconvenient as the hotel was fully booked for a cheer competition in town.

For the price they could step it up a notch

The aesthetic aspect of it was very nice the bed was quite comfortable the rooms themselves were nice. Room service was fast and tasted amazing.

For the price I paid for the junior king suite, no jacuzzi tub, barely any hot water I had to let it run for a good 10 minutes and then it just got lukewarm. The jacuzzi itself was outside in the rain, the pool was closed, and no valet.

①オートロックのドアを開錠するのに最低3回、試さなけれ空かない。ドアノブの問題と思う。 ②2日間、同じアイテムをランドリーに出したが、業者側の認識に違いがあり、倍近く費用が高く、フロントに掛け合うも、業者が判断する事なので関与できないと断られた

Not a hotel for long stay. Okay for one day if you are not used to better.

Size of the room

Very basic room and amenities. We reached at about 5 pm and had to leave immediately for dinner. There was only one glass to drink water or anything else. The safe was not working. No one paid any attention to my complaint till the following day after I made a point to stand outside and catch a housekeeping person.

Passable for one night. We won't stay for longer.

Size of the room

Although clean, the room amenities are very basic. We reached at about 5 pm and had to leave immediately after freshening up for dinner. There was ONLY ONE glass to drink water or anything. The safe was not working. No tooth paste/brush/slippers/provided.

Good clean hotel just off the highway.

Room was great. Clean and good size. Hotel was easy to access with lots of parking. Helpful staff. There was an area wide power outage the evening of our stay. Staff member Norman went out of his way to get us ice so that we could chill our wine as we played cards in the mezzanine by emergency lighting.

Pool water was very cloudy when we arrived and made it so that we didn't want to use it.

Great for families.

Very nice accommodations, we loved the pool and spa, even in the early morning. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, as well. Really appreciated the complimentary water bottles.

There could have been more bath towels stocked since they knew we were a group of 5 .

Overall, a nice hotel and very welcoming staff.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great central location for our trip.

Although the hotel and our room appears to have been refurbished or renovated, the shower definitely could do with an overhaul.

Good experiences and good value.

We stayed at Regency so we have a "standard" to compare - and this time we were pleased to stay at your hotel for a change. The room is spacious and bed comfy, the bathroom is clean.

It'll be fantastic If the omelette at the breakfast buffet is made with fresh eggs instead of egg mix - just hoping!

Wonderful staff & service; beds & pool Need a refresh

The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and the shower tile seemed like a recent/ well-maintained update. Pillows were big and fluffy.. Loved the friendliness of the waiter at the restaurant, the employees at the front desk, and throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. Love the ambiance of the restaurant & the beautiful elevators. Like that this hotel has an outdoor pool, although it needs some groutwork, cleaning & more chairs but considering most hotels in the area don't have an outdoor pool and if they did, it wasn't open yet, we decided to stay here.

Limited # of pool loungers, algae staining and missing tiles/grout in the pool. Bed was hard and linen was coarse. My husband & I woke up sore the next day.

Disappointing from the bathrooms to the room to the gym.

Room was a decent size and the location was fine for what I needed it to be. Bar & grill actually had really good food and the staff was nice.

Shower knob was hap-hazardly put together. I had to pull VERY hard on the knob to get the water flowing and even then the handle was so loose that it was annoying to get the temperature right. There was a sizeable gap underneath my door, so everynight I had to block the light coming in from the hallway with a towel (that gives you a sense of how much of a gap was there). The room was always hot; even with the A/C going, the air coming out of the vent was luke warm and never got colder. I ended up just opening the balcony to cool down the room (thankfully the outside temperature was cold enough). Also, the gym is extremely warm with no ability to turn down the temperature. It had to have been close to 85 degrees in there.

The view from my room - due to proximity of a very busy road, the immediate surroundings are turned into a park with a little stream, which is lovely. The hotel lobby & restaurant are very nice to sit in and work or have a cup of coffee.

Even though hotel is not that far away from downtown, the location is not easily approachable due to highway and anywhere you want to go it has to be by car. The rooms are dated and furniture was broken. The AC was extremely noisy when turned on.
