Very friendly staff, beds were comfortable and good location for diving!
If I had to nitpick, the the hot water in the shower wasn’t too stable, but that really was a minor issue!

The staff were lovely, could not do enough, polite, friendly, went out of their way to help us whenever they could. The farmland and mountain views to the rear of property were lovely, although not easily accessed. The rooms were relatively spacious, with air con, and each had a little terrace or balcony area. The massages were decent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and tasted great.
The bathrooms were tiny wet rooms that had seen better days and just didn’t ever feel clean. You effectively had an open drain in the toilet at all times, in an extremely hot and humid environment, with associated smells. The rooms could have been cleaner, mine had a lot of cobwebs and dead bugs. I had a mosquito net over my bed that was grey and had blood splotches from previous use. Lots of minor maintenance issues like TVs that didn’t work, loose extractor fans, wobbly taps. Filtered water was available at reception from a bottle left out all day, there were no fridges in the rooms. Rooms only cleaned upon request, which is fine it’s a budget hotel, but having to go ask for loo roll is a pain. The photographs make it look MUCH bigger than it is, the communal spaces are tiny and cramped, especially the pool area. The pool also has lots of minor maintenance issues, broken fencing, wasps nest, etc. There are only 2 beds, no room for anymore. Breakfast is served at reception and seating is limited.

Truly wonderful team who made us feel very welcome. Excellent value for money.
The water pressure wasn't always the best but for the price of the room this can easily be forgotten 😀

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean, loved the view from the dining area at the back with the coconut palms. Good banana pancakes.
It's a nice, well kept place, conveniently located, I'm not sure why more people don't come. There was no issue with wifi either
It's on the main street, which is convenient, but a little noisy. To be expected. .

Loved the authenticity of the place and family run I expect with everyone trying their hardest, location was central close to beach and yeah give it a go. Have their own driver and car good price and nice guy Wayan.
A couple of things but really culturally subjective and if you mentioned it they bent over backwards to fix or change it. No complaints.

The staff couldn't have helped us enough throughout our stay. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Relaxed but attentive. This made it feel like a home. Food was delicious and good value for money. We love the spring rolls and they put plenty of love into the breakfasts. Thanks Sudi and all the staff at Villa di Amed

Very nice rooms in great location in Amed. it is on the main road but the noise never bothered us. bonus to have a tv. they even lent us snorkels for a day - great snorkeling on Amed beach.
bathrooms are very basic and small but work fine.

Room comfort was excellent, with an asian-style bathroom. Location is quite good, on main stretch of Amed village. Next door to market with ATM and supplies.
A pre-arranged airport pickup taxi never arrived.
The nasi goreng and eggs on toast breakfasts are ok, the rest of the breakfast options not good. Had dinner here once and it was unpalatable. Rooms are excellent, but perhaps eat elsewhere.

The staff were absolutely incredible! The villa is right on the main road, but it feels like an oasis of calm as soon as you enter!
Maybe a little far from the beaches where you can do the best snorkeling, but they made sure we could rent a motorbike.

Beautiful little hideaway near good restaurants and bars, everything was perfect and the staff were exceptional, could not fault a single thing. Great value for money.

The staff was Amazing; probably the best attention to detail I’ve seen in Bali.
The rooms need maintenance, it didn’t feel very clean and there were too many plants; they should be trimmed down as it felt like being in a jungle walking on the premises. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre and during the day it’s really loud with noises from the street.

The staff in this villa is the whole time very friendly and personal, remembering your name,... It gives you a familiar feeling 🙂. Oh and when we arrived after a long scooter ride, they offered us a free foot massage - heaven!

The staff were amazing and so attentive. They even provided afternoon tea every day at 4pm with a little Balinese dish on the side. These little additions really made a difference and just made our experience so wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean, with a good location in Amed.

The staff is unbeatable. They were always super kind, helpful and welcoming. They greeted me with a foot massage and welcome drink. It was super nice after the long trip. Breakfast was also super good - a lot of options, portions are big. The room was spacious, nice balcony. The pool outside is super refreshing. I really enjoyed my stay here, especially staff made it a good experience.
As it was mentioned in other comments, bathroom is super small and needs reconstracion for sure. it was not super clean. Even the rest of the room was clean. Also there was not hot water. It was warm but not hot.

We were greeted with a welcome juice and foot massage which was so kind! We were overwhelmed with the kindness of the staff. The room was clean and spacious. Like the other reviews said, the bathroom was a little small but really not a problem. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The pool was cool and clean. The overall experience was brilliant. If I were to stay in Amed again, I would choose here, without a doubt. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, you made our stay in Amed very memorable.
Nothing.

Lovely staff. Great breakfast. You can hire snorkelling equipment and get a taxi driven by one of the staff. Close to everything. A couple of minutes walk to beach. Nice little pool.
Bathroom was very small. And the room was noisy as it is on the main road.
