absolutely nothing. we didn’t get to see any of the property since we were never given a room. but the lobby and waiting area was horrifying anyway.
when we arrived, a woman was having a psychotic breakdown in the lobby. it wouldn’t have been a big deal, except that the staff ignored her and did nothing to help her. when we checked in, they made me sign in and gave us a key. then they took the key away and said they gave us the wrong room. my husband and I proceeded to wait in the lobby for almost an hour for a new key and were never given one. we assumed that they oversold and didn’t have a room for us. the manager of the hotel kept walking by us and ignoring us standing there. finally, we pulled the plug and left. waiting in the airport overnight was preferable to this disastrous experience.

It was a rat in our room, ran over the floor and my airpods was stolen from the hotelrom. The staff was not helpful with the rat problem so we checked out that same day late at night. First the staff didnt care that the airpods was gone, but when i showed them that the airpods was active right now in their hotel they finally took us seriously.
The airpods was not found and are still being used in the hotel regularly, as i get notificated by «find my airpods» every time they are used.
Also the room was not cleaned properly. It was a lot of deberis and sand om the floor and stains on the sink in the bathroom.

Bedding dirty and towel. Cigarette burns in the curtain. Hole in the bathroom ceiling which after the heavy rain that occurred over night (which I'll add woke us many times due to what I suspect was the poor noise cancellation of the windows) had dirty water dripping from it and caused the bathroom surfaces to be very unpleasant. Poor sanitation and overall cleanliness throughout the room which was very noticeable. Plaster coming off the walls. Very bad experience overall and only ended up staying 1 of the 2 nights we were meant to stay.

There is nothing which I liked about the property.
The staff is unhelpful and do not understand English. When we arrived there, they took 45 minutes to check in. It was hot day and we were with our toddler. We had to wait at the reception for so long. The bathroom drainage and toilet drainage was not working properly. There were only local people in the hotel. The breakfast was not good at all. Only local food. They said they did not receive our payment and we had told them that we paid in advance. On our last day they did not let us to leave the hotel at the checkout and said they did not receive our payment. We stayed there for 3 days and they did this when we were leaving. The reception staff does not seem to know anything about their system. I had worst experience staying at this hotel and will not recommend anyone to visit ever. It is waist of money.

Very average breakfast, room is dark and shower is dirty , need to change the lights I guess. But I guess I shouldn’t complains because the rate for the room is I insanely cheap. Heaps of restaurants around the hotel and very easy access to go around town.
Dark room, dirty shower and dirty pool is like haven’t been use for a while
